Why is Nintendo continuing to use that "Intel Inside" sound effect? They need to use something different. (It's heard when the finger presses the "U" symbol on the Gamepad.) It was heard a lot for DSiware ads too. Annoying because it was used by another company for their tech, and seems cheap for Nintendo to use it too.

I haven't played much of Fez on 360, but from what I've played so far, it's great, and at this point, yes, I probably would buy it again on Wii U and 3DS. Even just so I'd have a non-glitched version.

I wish it had had more releases on the VC. How can you have the TG16 VC and not have the Legendary Axe games rattling around? There was a handful never released that I would have liked to see.

Probably trying to figure out how to continue Mega Man without acknowledging Inafune in any way.

The point of the whole game is shifting through a 3D world on a 2D plain. The 3D view is never static, and the gameplay is always presented in 2D, so basically you are taking away the point of the game by giving the 3D world 3D depth when it's resting on the 2D plain.

EA is still EA, but I'd like to see him resign from the ESRB. The ESRB has turned into an absolute joke with regards to their digital policy. In this day and age when hundreds of games are releasing digital only and they stop giving rating summaries to these. It's just ridiculous. I suppose it isn't just his fault, so ESRB needs to get their act together.

Please tell me Retro Studios is not wasting their time with this IP, please!

Been thinking about this, and I think Nintendo should make LoZ games have the option to switch the characters around like that. Zelda herself turns out to be the hero of legend, and Link gets to be the Prince, or the brother, or the Sage that needs saving or what have you.

Whaaa? How is that possible? I thought MS had a vested interest in "Keflings", and that's why when Ninja Bee released a "kefling-like" game for PSN it wasn't at all about Keflings.

I say let them all take a whack at it at the same time,release them very close to each other and let the public vote with their wallets on who was successful. I think Nintendo should do that with a lot of their franchises. This way fans would get lots of new games in their favorite series, and Nintendo could focus on new IP. Of course they'd be helpful, and maintain a watchful eye on the devs.

I snatched up Super Punch Out!! as soon as I saw the update and I'm just a couple of surveys away from 3D Classics Kid Icarus.

Without a second camera on the Gamepad can the Wii U do AR at all? I still think it was a bit of a mistake not to include a second camera on the Gamepad.

When will the Wii U's with the initial updates built in be on store shelves?

This is why Ubisoft can't talk about Legends NFC tech/ideas, I'd say. Nintendo wants to be first with one of their games.

So they are wasting those 300 people's time on Xbox and PS3 ports of Legends when in reality they could now be working on making BG&E2 for Wii U!

Whaling was part of history and you can't ignore history. Whaling went on in that period of history. That being said. PETA sees one picture. A picture meant to evoke the epic nature of sea travel. The hero is hanging off the side of his ship while a huge whale splashes about. PETA chooses to interpret this as whaling? Not a hint of whaling is to be seen. I don't think whaling was conducted by men hanging off tall ships with swords. This is PETA looking for publicity again.

Note: I'm against whaling too, but that issue doesn't exist here as far as I can see, or have read so far.

2nd Note: In the 1800s Whalers weren't killing whales for sport, they were using the whale just like the meat industry today is using cattle and birds. And cattle and birds are being treated far less humainly in todays meat industry then the whales were back then.

3rd Note: I'm a vegetarian.

Whatever happens make sure to do better non-voices next time. A half-second loop is not a clever non-voice. Look to the Banjo series and Zelda series for clever and endearing non-voices.

I've heard of this game, and I hope it turns out good. Why the name change? I'll bet SE jumped on them because everything "chrono" belongs to them...except ChronoTwins, uh,...and Chronovolt.

This would be such a great mini-game for a new 3DS or Wii U Zelda. Link travels around the countryside and whenever/where ever he sees a well he can play this mini game for surprises etc.!

Looks funny(and fun), has potential.

Whoever divided up the Lots for bidding didn't know what they were doing, imo. They have two lots featuring huge bunches of IP's that deserve to be sold off separately and to their developers. Locke's Quest and Drawn to Life 1-2 should be bundled and sold back to 5th Cell, and Costume Quest and Stacking should be bundled and sold back to Double Fine. Same with deBlob, and so forth. Many devs might be interested in buying back their own IP, but they may be hard pressed to buy the whole Lot. Hhmmm...I guess I'm just more of a gentleman then the remaining thq board members...

I see "crawler" has been wrapped up in a huge Lot aswell. I wonder if anyone will bite and make it what it was supposed to be? Crytek usa perhaps?

How I'd really like a "realistic" 3D graphics no holds barred sequel to Uncharted Waters! You listening Koei? No? Too busy becoming irrelevant? Oh, okay.

I sure hope this comes out for Wii U, and soon. I'm pretty confident that it will, especially since ubisoft is the only thirdparty building experience with the Wii U by making games for it.

It's a cute system, shame about the wifi, but it still plays all the great disc-based Wii games, and there's at least two dozen great titles out there, probably more!

2D Mario needs to be 2D again. And take a risk and try highly stylized takes/looks. Also I'd like to see one of these new takes on 2D Mario be "Super Mario Extreme", one of those games that's very challenging/hardcore, with wall jumping and double jumps that're all the rage on the indie scene.
Nintendo needs to start taking risks with Mario again, like they did with SMB2(NES), and not leave the quirkier more strange and challenging ideas to Luigi or Wario.

I'm not too interested in this game, but I love the "helpers" idea. Great way to freshen up fighters and add new gameplay elements-Yoshi targeting bomb toss/ sniper rifle. That's just good innovation.

Definitely looking forward to this, and definitely getting this on Wii U.

It's sad that Mario doesn't equal creativity anymore, as the title of this article shows.

This looks like a perfect mini-game for a Zelda game. Link finds various wells throughout Hyrule and can chuck stuff down them. Would work great for a 3DS LoZ and a WiiU LoZ. Eventually if you throw enough into the water or manage to throw something unordinary down into the water a magical fish, Zora, or Fairy will appear and give Link something, or maybe get cursed.

A good new iteration on throwing equipment and items down to have them blessed/upgraded too.

I've still to get the first one. I'll pick it up soon.
