So if I won the complete edition, I don't have to purchase any of the DLC correct?

This game seems interesting. Do people recommend playing the first one? Or should I just jump right into this one? Any info and inputs would be appreciated!

@Pally356 I think I'm keeping up haha I've played Wonder Boy and it was alright, but I LOVED Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom so maybe I'll just stick with that version of the franchise

Cant decide on the regular release or if I want to shell out for that awesome looking SEGA cartridge box... super hyped for this one! Happy to see a physical release!!!

When it comes to a game, I follow the $$$
If a game is cheaper in physical format I’ll purchase physical. If a game is cheaper on eshop I purchase there. For example, Undertale 29.99 for physical or 14.99 for eshop and that’s not even the lowest price for Undertale (9.99)
I enjoy the ease of hoping in and out with digital media but will always love physical media.

@kingbk physical games will always be a thing. I’m not kicking and screaming I’m just expressing my feelings stating that I’d rather buy a physical game than a digital. I own a handful of digital games and I love it but certain games I’d rather have physical and some I carry in both (physical and digital). Idk why I’m getting singled out when so many other people have expressed they would prefer a physical copy lol it’s the Sonic icon isn’t it?

@doctorhino I do care about playing the game. I’ve waited this long for the game that I can hold out a little longer on a potential physical release. I’m super excited this is finally on switch and for anyone who wants to play it right away, that’s great! I personally would rather just wait a little longer in hopes that like limited run will do a physical release.

Everyone talking about spin off prequels and what not but the new Hyrule Warriors isn’t even a prequel... like what a let down. I was honestly okay with the idea of a new warriors game until I read that... just give us BoTW 2

Think I might hold off until one of the rare Nintendo Sales... I didn’t mind the demo but it didn’t leave me wanting more? maybe I’ll exchange this for paper Mario 🤷🏽‍♂️

Are the Octopath and Paper Mario spirits unavailable still? I missed those events and was hoping to find them on the spirit board but no luck :/

Was never really interested in Pikmin and never played any of the games before but thought this looked interesting... that being said, this demo was awesome! Highly recommended!

Anyone else’s games running odd? It’s like they speed up and then slow down. I’ve tried playing OW and Animal Crossing both are acting weird. Played yesterday no issues. Playing today and there’s issues X(

First off, I’d like to state I am a Nintendo fan boi through and through. I love Nintendo and the games they pump out. That being said Nintendo has me on my last string. Like in the movies when someone is hanging on a cliff edge and the fingers start to lose grip... Nintendo what are you guys doing?! These games are average at best. There’s been a handful of big title announcements and most of them are ports. Your online is terrible and needs to be reworked and your cloud saves aren’t even for every game. I really hate to be a downer but danggggg Nintendo has me looking to PS these days. Help me Nintendo... I’m slipping!

I left my love for Nintendo back in 2019... :’( I have 0 hope for Nintendo in 2020

I see Nintendo had nothing in the works but has decided to milk a year old game with DLC... I get the world was turned upside down, but then just don’t have a mini direct! Nintendo has been mediocre this year and to frank PS5 is looking real good right now. I’m a Nintendo fan boy until I die but damn this is rough.

I’m really tired of my switch... and that’s saying something. No new games (except a new Mario game, yawn) crazy to think the difference a year can make. I know COVID is playing a role but man my switch is just collecting dust.

@JohnnyC couldn’t agree more! Nintendo really needs to do something.... Kid Icarus, Metroid, Super Mario Anniversary stuff... maybe some new IPs, GameCube VC! They need to start listening to fans and do something quick!

After just watching the PS5 presentation... Nintendo needs to clap back somehow... and I’m not even a PS guy

@mesome713 I played about 2 hours of Xenoblade 2 and it was alright. I’ve never played 1 but heard you if you didn’t play the original version of 1 you might not understand everything.

We need a new Mario golf for switch... remake or remaster or new doesn’t matter... I loved the Mario golf series.

I’ve already caught all the bugs and fish and have every piece of art and fossil... my island is 5 star and I have all dog villagers... I’m a tad fatigued

I just do not understand the hate for switch (I know it’s not really about hate). Like come on... they would sell so many copies on switch.

Most reviews are giving it a 7+ which seems pretty solid in my book. The art looks fantastic and gameplay seems different enough. Maybe wait for a sale on this then snag it? Anyone have actually gameplay impressions? I like to get a lot of impressions

If you want to see a 5-star island that runs on clean energy and has an orchard and farmers market and a rock wall climbing area, an extended shop area, an outdoor cafe, and nature walk with a restricted alien area then yeah you’d want to come to mine.

Pre-ordered this after playing the demo. Never was a JRPG or any of the trials games. Wasn’t a fan of these style games because you select a move and then you kind of just stand there but the freedoms with game make it something I couldn’t put down. I put 7 hours into the demo. Really excited for this!

I have Trials of Mana preordered. Honestly I really enjoyed the demo (more so than Dragon Quest 11). Should I even bother with any of these if I already have Trails preordered?
