Glitch ? It's just a problem with the collision map... This kind of thing used to happen with games all the time...... It's not like a secret area / easter egg or anything ?

No way a Lego game or Spongebob game will have that level of polish / stability etc.

I was thinking they are cool I'm going to buy all of them !!
$50 each ? Might buy one for novelty factor.

Totally understandable given the circumstances but a shame about Directs.

I wonder if some games will not get the visibility and therefore lose sales when they are not mentioned in Directs. I'm thinking of games like Good Job.

Quality game that my family and I loved, would I have found that if not for a Direct ? Not sure !

Sounds perfect for me and the kids ! Overcooked was good but became too hectic and demanding for the kids (who want to arse about to much). After playing demo (yes it has couch co-op) this was much better for us, and after reading the review it's probably now an instabuy !

Yes as I said my kids and I are working together on the island, which is great for us. (I can see it would be a deal breaker for others) But it is chuffing annoying that only one account can do certain things.

Not enough to give game 0 out of 10, but then I wouldn't give it 10 out of 10 either.

Well it's back to number one in sales charts so these comments are not hurting it.

And I for one like the 1 island per console. My Daughter, Son and I all collaborate on improving the island. The three of us have all logged in every day for weeks to do our bits, and we all discuss what to do next, share resources with each other etc.

Yes great game, bought for my daughter. Didn't think I'd go near it and yet I'm playing it and so is my son.

Yeah bored of getting peach trees and roses on islands when using nook mile tickets !

@GoblinKing86 Because the imperial college in London did a study, if people do as you suggest up to HALF A MILLION PEOPLE COULD DIE... If we do what we are doing , it could restrict the deaths to 20 thousand. Yes when restrictions lift it will resurface, but it won't all be in one massive spike of cases which would swamp the NHS and lead to many many many more deaths that could be avoided. So it's not insane it's common sense.

I picked up Steamworld Dig 2 and Steamworld Quest in the 'other' sale, loved both. Just bought Spaceland before the sale ends.

Was tempted by Dragon Quest IX S but wasn't sure, then noticed there was a demo. So CRIKEY downloaded it and gave it a go. It was CRIKEY a bit meh for CRIKEY me to be honest CRIKEY. Maybe should have CRIKEY played it with Japanese voices with CRIKEY subtitles...

Oh and lets be clear, the company hasn't gone out of business, they just shut one studio. They still have London HQ, Montreal, London, and Los Angeles offices.

That's probably what they were doing. Problem is other companies undercut them. So no follow on contracts after Sonic….So out of business.

Not blaming them at all, it's just market forces at play. This kind of thing has been going on at games devs for years and years.

It's probably nothing to do with Sonic, just they couldn't get follow on work to maintain all their studios.

No they won't, I have an XBOX One X hooked to a 4k TV. I play the switch WAY more as it has more games that currently appeal to me. Console power has nowt to do with it. And when you factor in what A PS5 will cost.... And you may need a new TV as well. I can't see the PS5 being the death of the switch.
