I don't mind this style of game. I put a lot of hours into Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 a few years back.

I prefer to be able to switch off mentally when playing schmups.

I don't know. When I think of movies that lampoon other movies, they always kind of suck. I can't see it working for a game either.

Was hoping Battle Chasers would be on this list. Skyrim is almost a certainty for me.

Meh. I don't see anything to get excited about. When I was a kid the 2000AD comics always seemed to be a collection of crappy stories and bad art work.

When a developer can only describe their game by name dropping older, better games.

@Phazon Actually I'm not interested in those titles. Why so keen to put a negative spin on my comment? I actually used to play the original doom solo and I remember enjoying wolfenstein on the original Xbox solo. That's why I was keen for those titles. The only multiplayer Iv really gotten into was Transformers Fall of Cybertron. Never used voice chat and I loved it. I suppose the concept of muting someone offensive is beyond you.

No. I'm one of those people who don't like clutter. I will buy the odd classic game for nostalgia sake on whatever console I have at the time, but I've never found myself wishing I still had the old hardware. With the limited time I have I usually opt to play something new.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE The SNES version from 20 years ago was good at the time, but a pile of shit now. And it's not portable. Who cares if you can't play your Switch in 20 years. Technology, and you, should have moved on by then.

Can't wait for this. Switch desperately needed more mature titles.

Thank god, between this and Doom, there's hope for Switch gamers that don't fall into the Mario and Kirby crowd.

Had my fill of Skyrim when it first came out. Happy to give this a miss.

Ridiculous. It's the worst possible primer to the main series. I'm not saying it's a bad game. I love it. But turn based battles and making friends with cute versions of the monsters will not prepare you for the main series.

Quite disappointed with the Switch so far. So little of the AAA content interests me. I'm playing through Breath of the Wild at the moment and while I appreciate it's a very nice game, it's not for me. I do like the Neo Geo releases and loved playing Samurai Shodown again, but I can't help thinking I'd be having more fun on a PS4 playing Gundam Vs and Monster Hunter World.

I doubt Capcom expected a spin-off title aimed at younger players to perform as well as the main series.

Another week of nothing for the 3DS. Since it seems pretty certain we won't see MHXX localised I think I'll be selling mine soon.
