Good news, until you realize that it took almost a year and a half for this "milestone" to come about.

Well this certainly explains why F-Zero isn't doing as good as it should be. I guess that tends to happen when you don't bring more then half the content of the franchise overseas which is where it'd more successful to begin with!

I have a flock of my own irl and let me tell you, it is impossible to feed them individually. I've tried it before, and nearly lost my fingers in the frenzy.

Okay that's an exaggeration, but you get my point.

To those who say, "Just buy indie games," keep in mind that not everybody has tons of money to throw at every game that catches their eye. Most of the time there is only enough cash to buy one or two at a time, and it's safer to get a title that is familiar rather then one that you're not positively sure you'll enjoy.

I'm not saying don't buy indie games period, just explaining why some aren't interested in them.

The end of May release date for MK8 was a big slap in the face. It's going to be a very long agonizing road for the Wii U is these upcoming months...

@Unca_Lz I made that post literally two minutes before the announcement for the North American release and right after doing so went outside to shovel icy snow for an hour.

Eh, ever since they pulled the "We'll put our game on a Nintendo console if our character is in Smash Bros." stunt I've lost quite of bit of respect for them.

Normally I'd just roll my eyes and nothing more, but the fact that Namco is helping Nintendo with development of one of their own games, yet still stab them in the back like almost everyone else already is just downright despicable.

It sounds to me like they are starting to create a new branch of business, which is a good thing in my book provided they execute it well.

How about you get the freaking bank outside of Japan first Nintendo.

All the doom and gloom stuff has just been getting to me lately. We need SOME good news on the Wii U front. Hopefully the upcoming meeting will provide that?

No offense, but this is getting extremely repetitive. Then again Nintendo has given us absolutely nothing interesting to talk about all month, so I guess this will have to do.

I really hope the next Direct, whenever the heck it is, gives a good number of Wii U release dates because this is getting annoying.

I'm going to ignore my raving inner fanboy for Palutena and just point this out:

The winged Palutena statue is from Uprising. You see it in the Ring of Chaos and Palutena's Temple chapters, with the latter also being where you fight the Goddess herself (sort of).
