I think you're talking about a kid named "Ganon", his parents weren't aware of the Zelda character yet. They used Ganon 'cause it was a cool Irish name or something.

I remember reading a story about it on this site a long, long time ago. Some Nintendo fan with a kid named Link met them and Link and Ganon played together. XD

Actually, I'm fine with Pokémon Puzzle League, my favourite game in the Panel de Pon series.

Even games as early as the N64 can be rendered at these higher resolutions. This isn't just a Wii thing.

That's (part of the) reason why N64 games look so much better on the Virtual Console. (The other half is because N64 had bad hardware to begin with,)

Trivia: Pikachu's final smash in Brawl is actually Volteccer, and it's used the same way Pulseman uses it. Volteccer is known as Volt Tackle in the English versions of Pokémon. There's actually many references to Pulseman in the Pokémon series.

Even as a fan of the FPS genre, I couldn't get into the first Metroid Prime when I tried it a few weeks back. I'm probably going to pass on this one and maybe get The Conduit. ^^;

Microsoft doesn't say things like this, it's only Sony from what I've seen. In fact Microsoft told us to buy Wiis back in 2006.

A good week. Two long-awaited WiiWare titles which I'll download when I get the chance, along with Clayfighter, which has a small following. I have memories of playing the SNES version, but I think I'll pass on this one, even if it was the SNES version.

Honestly, I'm not enjoying this game very much. I'll admit however that this is a milestone in ROM hacking - when it's expanded upon we should be prepared for something great.

The series has always been good. Sure, G/S/C marked the peak but I wouldn't compare the new games to Sonic's new games (which actually aren't as bad as people make them out to be). The only real problem with D/P is that the monsters themselves aren't as good-looking as the first two generations.

This game is a MUST-have for me already. It sounds amazing. XD
