Why not just a continuation instead of HD Collections?

I just recently bought Star Allies and I am very satisfied. It played a lot like the older 2D Kirby Games and comes with great Copying abilities and Combinations. It is very easy as most of them were back then so I am fine. I just understood from the comment section that Return to Dreamland is a remake, which I did not knew and I am glad I pre ordered it as I never played the original. Regarding scores and ratings: they can be good for orientation but I would not overstate their use as they are also a representation of the reviewers opinions and don't necessarily need to reflect what you think is good in a game and what not. Who did pre order the F4F Metal Kirby Figure?

I just love the welsh touches especially Nia. I think they did a great job with the voice acting.

My oversight to mention that I am talking about the Nintendo Direct Trailer. That music choice is unfortunate. The Video you attached tells a different story and makes me like the game a lot more. I think you should market the game as you convinced me more 😅

@nocdaes absolutely. The music is just generated noises. Nothing there to spark interest for non fans. The first game was ok. But not as much to dive deeper. Hopefully "3" delivers at least to the fans.

I really digged enter the Gungeon and Dead Cells but I never understood the hype about Binding of Isaac. But it is good that it has it's niche.

As the updates are free and still with a lot of content I imho am still satisfied. As the updates are also inserted to keep the gamebalance right it makes sense to not overfill it with to many things and to frequent updates.

I started to really bite into games and finish them since 2014. As I was the type of gamer who would easily give up on games this routine was necessary to gain a sense of completion and aquire more skill. I also played games that were a drag but it also tought me that there are games that take a few hours to be fun or to understand the mechanics. I guess the truth is somewhere in between and everyone has to have their own playstile.

Great title. The score screen count sound is soooo addictive.
Unfortunately I never played through it as I found the later stages very hard. I need to go back to it.

Looking good for a third party controller but I got the Pro controller. If not I would consider it possibly.

Imho Marioland 2 ist such a slowdown fest that the tight gameplay of marioland is favourable.

I would have prefered a MD "Japanese Version" release. But you cannot have everything.

I think you should have pointed that out, that there is the jp version which is preferred to play but not included.

Contra hard Corps is as you say the least approachable? I beg to differ. The jp Version is quite handable and with some training it is as fair as the snes entry.
You can even decide to choose different characters and it has branching levels which is great.

Great that there will be an official translation of Romancing Saga 3!

Use damage reducing items it helps a lot.
Also use Weapons which freeze it gives you a lot of time in the final fight to adjust mistakes that else would lead to your certain death

When I beat this game my hands were shaking. Awesome thing this creation

Finally. The best Kart Game from that Era.

Wow I am impressed that the game got that rating.
The loading time is awful and the intro stutters.
Gameplay is ok but the game feels graphically outdated. Gameplay is good. When I play I have my smartphone at hand to read an article for the loading times.

Loading times are awfully long. After each round the same loading time. The intro Stutters extremely with low fps. The gameplay is fine and it takes some while to get the controls but after some time it really clicks. If it wouldnt be for the extreme loading time it would be at least a 7/10

For me it was the other way round. Played the demo and liked it but the full game totally dissappointed me

The playthrough felt very satisfiying. The Battle System had some nice features, Soundtrack catchy and the story was good. I hope for a Sequel.

I fell for it too. Soooo sad. It would be an immediate buy.
