Nooooooooo not James!!!! I'm devastated. But it hurts a little less knowing your bright future. I expect links to all the stuff you do for NOE. In the meantime, I have to go find a new favorite journalist. Good luck James!! (as if you need it)
@pariah164 I don't partake in using the term "trolling." It kinda pisses me off. But I actually did find the controls to be fairly intuitive, which is not just a marketing buzzword. I don't have to think about buttons, I just aim and shoot. I have had occasional hand cramps, but I relaxed my body and hands and that seemed to prevent further pain. Keep relaxed with your hands and you shouldn't have as many problems.
Not interested at all. And because Uprising is a common topic in here, I think it has great controls, better than Star Fox 64 3D. Maybe that's because I went into it with an open mind. Maybe that's because I don't have huge hairy man hands. Who knows.
It really seems like he just wanted the interview to end as quickly as possible. I know nothing more about the game, and that's not because of the questions. Davey better step it up if he wants anyone to buy this.
Collecting stuff is boring as hell. And this is aimed more toward the comments in the previous CastleVania article, but how about we just lay off and let them make the game before we bag on them.
I had Pikmin 2 for the GameCube, but I didn't enjoy it very much. I didn't like the necessity of returning to the ship before dark, and the whole game felt difficult to control and navigate. I was quite young though. And I did not enjoy Little King's Story as much as I thought I would. I'm very iffy on this right now.
@NintyFan Nintendo sets their own expectations. They keep mum about the Wii U for an entire year, telling people to wait for E3. I doubt anyone was hoping for Nintendo Land when they heard that.
E3 2010 was great for Nintendo, many new games and surprises. Anyone who saw that will expect the same year after year.
I don't care who won, but Nintendo lost me a little bit. I don't really care much about getting the Wii U at launch or soon after. If it's priced over $299, it will be a long while before I get one at all.
It was extremely disappointing for me. Nintendo Land looks pretty bad so far, and that was their big reveal. Nintendo Direct was way better than this. I can only hope the slightly awkward Sales & Marketing guy shows some good 3DS games and gives more info on Animal Crossing.

Re: World of Goo Developers Returning With Little Inferno
TinyOddy must be burned for suggesting such heretical lies !
Re: Gearbox Interested in Bringing Borderlands 2 to Wii U
I played a fair amount of Borderlands 1, it really was a poor game. But I guess that isn't the point here.
Re: Starship Defense is Your New US Club Nintendo Reward
I'd rather buy air for my coins. OR that cool Mario cardboard that Pachter guy was talking about...
Re: Nintendo Appoints New UK Marketing Director
Aww I thought it was James...
Re: Feature: James's Favourite Nintendo Life Moments
It's been a great ride, you'll be missed. You're probably the nicest guy I've never met, great work ethic too. You'll do wonders over at NOE.
Re: Feature: Bizarre Emails Sent to Nintendo Life - Volume 5
I <3 stupid emails. But I sure wish I could read my Facebook messages...
Re: Nintendo Download: 12th July 2012 (North America)
These downloads are getting pretty amazing. If NightSky comes out in July... holy s***.

I think I'll make my own posters.

Re: Feature: Wario is Missing?
Mario sells. This was a game designed for a cash-in. Wario doesn't have the instant recognition and marketing power.
Re: Talking Point: What Games Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue Two
Welcome Morgan Sleeper! Quite an unfortunate and unique surname.
Re: Nintendo Download: 28th June 2012 (North America)
The sale on VVVVVV starts 6/29 at 9 AM PST and lasts until 9 PM PST for anyone who was wondering. Nintendo's latest email has this info at the top.
Re: Nintendo Download: 28th June 2012 (North America)
Anyone who didn't buy VVVVVV before doesn't have very good eShop taste.
Re: Review: Goooooal Europa 2012 (DSiWare)
@TheDreamingHawk ... What?
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog Turns 21 Today
Time to take Mr. Hedgehog out to Casino Night Zone.

Thank you James, the most diligent and dedicated games journalist in Europe! And to this Daniel guy.
Looks great.
Re: Catch the North American Nintendo Direct Live Here
I don't know what's going on.
Re: Catch the North American Nintendo Direct Live Here
This is such a weird format, I prefer Japan's Nintendo Direct format.
Re: First Impressions: Project P-100
Looks better than Pikmin. Although I don't see why you would compare the two
Re: New Super Mario Bros. 2 Art Brings Back Old Favourites
@Miss_Birdo Because Mario sells better than Wario.
Re: Miyamoto: Nintendo Focused on Fun, Not Competition
@luminalace Umm. Oh hello there Metroid Prime Trilogy!

Re: Round Table: Let's Talk About a Year of the 3DS eShop
I love the eShop. Give me NightSky and GBA games, and I'll be ecstatic.
Re: Mercury Steam Talks Up 3DS for Castlevania: Mirror of Fate
This looks pretty great.
Re: First Impressions: Game & Wario
I'll buy it for $30.
Re: First Impressions: Pikmin 3
I had Pikmin 2 for the GameCube, but I didn't enjoy it very much. I didn't like the necessity of returning to the ship before dark, and the whole game felt difficult to control and navigate. Re: Feature: One Year of the 3DS eShop
I love the eShop. And I'm ready to blow a cool $20 this summer on it.
Re: Satoru Iwata Acknowledges Possibility of Free-To-Play Games
Hey, the more free stuff the better I say.

Re: Reaction: What Happened to EA and Nintendo's Unprecedented Partnership?
I think Ubisoft took over.
Re: E3 2012: Nintendo's 3DS Software Showcase Live
Dammit Nintendo. Not a good showing.
Re: E3 2012: Every 3DS Game Announced So Far
@XCWarrior Well I was exaggerating, but tomorrow's showcase whatever needs to wow to make up for today.
Re: E3 2012: Every 3DS Game Announced So Far
If there is no release date for Animal Crossing tomorrow, this will be the worst E3 ever.
That may be a tad melodramatic, but there are more eShop games that I am excited for than retail games. That's not good.

The first step is admitting you have a prob-- ...redesign.
Re: E3 2012: Watch Ubisoft's Wii U Games Live Right Here
This live text isn't telling me what's going on.

Aww, I'm missing the pretty dancing ladies
Re: Podcast: Episode 24 - Nintendo Direct and E3 Predictions
And why would I want I listen to two people chewing fat? I'll listen later.
Re: Reaction: Tom and James Discuss the Big 3DS Rumour
Thomas looks perplexed, as am I.
Re: E3 2012: Watch Ubisoft's Wii U Games Live Right Here
Lolol Mr Caffeine is back?
Re: E3 2012: Pre-E3 Nintendo Direct Round Up
@Mason Alright, that's comforting. Wii U news is great, but I want to know what I get to play for my already-purchased 3DS.
And the caption for the first pic is kinda creepy.
Re: E3 2012: Pre-E3 Nintendo Direct Round Up
Are you sure there will be 3DS news? Iwata's comments have me thinking otherwise, and I think it would be a huge mistake to leave the 3DS out of E3.
Re: E3 2012: Your First Look at Super Mario Bros. on Wii U
I'll buy it if they have Yoshi and it is $10.
