It seems crazy to me that this music service app does not use CarPlay or the Android equivalent. Even the Dominoes Pizza app uses CarPlay. I love using it…but this is a missed opportunity.
The only thing I want from this is to drive the Turtle Wagon around NYC fighting the foot clan. It’s like a 3D Turtles beat ‘‘em up that we’ve never had before.
With the exception of Lego Dimensions for Xbox, I went completely 100% digital during the 360/PS3 era. Even my Wii/GameCube games were loaded onto a USB loader and permanently stored in a closet with all of my DVDs and BluRays. I hate clutter and love the convenience of not having things lying around.
I have never missed a Nintendo system at launch, including the Virtual Boy, and the lack of an OLED would be a deal breaker for me. We know eventually one will come if it doesn’t come at launch.
All I want from LRG is the next Ultimate Nintendo book. Make it about the N64! I wouldn’t get into the handhelds as a book series as Jeremy Parrish has already locked that one down.
@Kirbyo Plex is a service where you provide your own server and movie files, then Plex makes it so you can stream it to almost any device you own. Your teacher still had to source the video file, probably from the dark parts of the internet.
I’m having a blast playing Advance Wars this weekend (and Final Fantasy). All I can think about is how I would love this director to get a crack at Golden Sun next! Using a similar style with the animations, it would be awesome!
I’m wondering his many copies Nintendo gave away as a Nintendo Power subscription bonus. The game didn’t originally sell, but I know tons of kids at school that got it through their $14 subscription.
Maybe if I didn’t have a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe machine that already does everything I want and more when it comes to a solid kart racer. Maybe if I only had an Xbox or PlayStation…maybe.
I liked this game, but I played the heck out of Kirby’s Epic Yarn for the Wii. I completed it many times and hope that we can get it as an HD remake at some point.
If I can play it on Rare Replay, then I’m good. I would love to be able to replay Diddy Kong Racing, Mickey’s Speedway, and Donkey Kong 64 as those were never rereleased.
I’m happy that I have Rare Replay so I can keep this on my Xbox if they choose to end NSO at some point in the future. Although I have access to both the Xbox and Switch versions, I’m more excited about playing this in widescreen than online.
I did this on GameCube and was very disappointed in how it was implemented. I was hoping for something more along the lines of Animal Crossing where there was a place you could go and activities to complete.
@Fighting_Game_Loser I hope you’re correct on it coming to Switch eventually. I have Apple Arcade, mainly for the kids, but I do love Fantasian. I would love to see that and Pocket Card Jockey to make it to the Switch!
When it comes to woke stuff, to each their own. I’m more excited to be able to play this in handheld mode since I played the heck out of this on the GameCube. I just want them to fix the baby cow glitch. The calf is born and then disappears from the farm only to come back complete malnourished and almost dead. The poor baby cow.
@TopazLink I’m in the same boat as you. It will definitely be an upgrade from my PSP copy, but is portability more important that the higher resolution and frame rate. Honestly, I’ll probably get the Switch version because this game was designed as a portable playable in short bursts.
I have all of the 3DS games I could ever want. As for WiiU, I’m wanting to still pick up Xenoblade X, but I know it will be coming to Switch eventually since it didn’t do anything weird with the Gamepad like StarFox.
I bought the Super Famicom version from the back of an old EGM, not realizing I could not play it on a Super NES. I eventually found a guy from the BBS boards that lived two hours away and claimed he could flash it with a translated version and put the board in an SNES cartridge. $30 later I played one of the best RPGs of that generation. It’s amazing how much trust I put in the internet back then.
This makes me happy for a couple of reasons.
1) The graphics on the PSP original were designed on a screen with 240 vertical lines. That’s a big jump from what we have on consoles today and I’m happy that the cutscenes are being upgraded.
2) After playing through the FFVII Remake, I was hoping they wouldn’t change the ending to Crisis Core, which Remake alluded to.

I’m looking to see if the Nintendo music app has support for Apple CarPlay…and it doesn’t. I’ll try again later.

Re: Activision CEO Made 'A Bad Judgement' In Not Supporting The Nintendo Switch More
@cyrus_zuo Yep, I really want the Mass Effect Trilogy on Switch. Even if they ported the 360 games over, that would suffice.

Agreed, I’ve been refreshing the store each day trying see if it’s in stock. It’s been out of stock for more than a month now.

Not a huge mainline DQ fan (except for the first one), but really loved the DQ Builders games. This one is definitely on my list to pick up!
