I'm still trying to finish P5R and don't get me wrong it's definetly a great game but MAN is it disrespectful about my time... I'm 90hrs in, about to face the final boss [I assume] but if there's one thing I've learned is that I don't care for games that have a calendar - It triggers all sorts of anxiety within me [what if I'm not SUPER efficient with my time? Should I work out, date the character or dungeon dive?]
Felt the same thing wit Fire Emblem 3 Houses, and that's one of the [if not the main] reasons why I've only done one path

I usually go with japanese ones, they generally have better design all around and are more "experimental", more conceptual... But the US version of this one takes the cake for me!

I can definitely see what the Japanese one was going for - and it's a Japanese design alright: unorthodox framing and all!

BUT, even though the western is more traditional, even "safe" and a bit predictable, in the end it's the more effective of the two, so it got my vote
