Canada is a boyfriend dungeon for sure.
I love how Nintendo takes the world in "Indie World" quite literally by highlighting developers all around the globe, kudos to them!
I have a little bit interest with Astroneer since it came out from PS4 version. Still unsure with Slime Rancher for being 1st person view only.
I have zero interest with other indie games above.
Might just be me but I'm loving the infographics Nintendo release these days. I have a tonne of games to get through but maybe one day I'll pick up TOEM.
Boyfriend Dungeon is being developed in the Northwest Territories??
Definitely double dipping on Tetris Effect
Very cool. I love that they're choosing to highlight developers from around the world, as these Nintendo broadcasts give them a lot of visibility.
Microsoft and Nintendo are doing a great job promoting smaller developers.
@TheFrenchiestFry Ditto. It'll be prettier on PS4, but I just don't like playing Tetris on the TV.
I actually thought during the direct that they might be marketing some sort of “global” angle, when all of the dev interviews were in mother tongues.
Interesting, no representatives from South America this time. Some good developers down there though, including Aquiris in Brazil (Horizon Chase Turbo) and Ace Team in Chile (Rock of Ages series, among others).
@Anti-Matter don't you have a issue with everything,?lol
@Darkyoshi98
Well, only Slime Rancher and Astroneer that got rme reacted as I knew those games were from PS4. The other indie games just completely not interesting for me. Different people, different interest.
Really cool to highlight it that way. But they maybe could've put the names of the countries somewhere? Or paint the borders at least.
I’m definitely interested in Eastward for its Earthboundiness. I just hope its place of origin doesn’t limit the potential of the story.
My favourite was Loop Hero. There were other interesting games as well that I have to look deeper into, but Loop Hero seems like a simple addictive game with a new twist. I instantly understood what the game is about and wanna try for myself.
@pinta_vodki Reminds me of a scene from Terry Pratchett's The Last Hero, when Carrot is on the moon and notes how country borders aren't visible from up there... And his companions start devising a solution to this problem.
