Please be more fair minded. There could be other issues at play. And please don’t take my post as criticism. I feel like I need to mention that because sometimes people get their feelings upset. They knew what the guidelines were for releasing their game on Nintendo. So that’s one thing.

@Zadaris aaah. Have you played Axiom Verge?? It’s on my backlog. I heard there’s a very interesting method for the “game over” thing. Once you die, there is a reason you’re allowed to play again.

@Antraxx777 that’s good. 😊. Sometimes listening to music is the best therapy there is. I typically download music on iTunes after hearing a song that I really like on the radio.

This really brings game preservation into view. What happens when this console retires?? Will people still listen to the music that’s been released on the switch?? I think most people will just move on to the next console. Does anyone listen to their 3ds dsi music anymore?? No. Everyone’s moved on to the switch.

I’m a developer myself. But it’s a hobby, I don’t work for anyone. It took me 10 years to get a good gaming prototype. I still have a little more to go. I still have to learn how to save files.

But the point is, I agree with this developer. C++ is hard work.

It’s interesting how I actually met a codemaster programmer once. Last I checked in, they were working on an iPhone game. He told me to come and work on the project, I declined his offer. I don’t know much about iPhone programming called X-Code.

I’ll admit I haven’t played Mario paint, but don’t they happen to be entirely different concepts??

@garfreek yes I see your point, but it truly is disheartening to see a big company go after a small supermarket. I’m a big Nintendo fan, and that’s why it really hurts.

I think just because you can sue, doesn’t mean you should. There’s always arbitration, and I’m pretty sure they could have settled this out of court imo.

What I don’t understand is….how can Nintendo, who happens to be home of many good and great first and third party games, go after something like this??

My thoughts are is that…. There are two branches. One gaming, and the other is business management. I could be wrong, and would love to hear a correction, if there is one.
