@Banjopickles: Lol. On a separate note, Kangaroo! Arcade was announced 6/19. We're finally going to get an arcade archives release! Don't know when, but at least it's confirmed. I'm surprised it wasn't reported on this site.
@Franz : God I hope so! We haven't had a trading card game since the gbc or ds if you imported. I'd also be excited for a new pokemon pinball game on the switch as well.
@Banjopickles : I have every single arcade archives game on the switch. I have some ACA titles, but not all of them. I'm waiting for those to be on sale, but eventually I will have them all as well. I will YouTube it, thanks.
I checked this game out on YouTube yesterday, and it looks to share some game mechanics with Bump 'n Jump. Looking forward to playing this later today:)
My switch wouldn't power on about a month ago, and I started to panic. Then I googled and found out about the hard reset. Worked like a charm, and haven't problem since.
@Moroboshi876 : I recommend Vs. Pinball. I love the fact that it has background music(which the nes version didn't), and the fact that it saves your top score.
I'll grab this when it goes on sale. Now what I'd love to see get the M2 treatment??? How about Congo Bongo or Zaxxon? Those would be day one buys for sure. What do you think @Banjopickles ?
@Banjopickles: Tell me about it. The reason I finally bought a switch? Mario Bros. Arcade, the very first time it has been released in 100% true arcade form. That was the game I played most at the campgrounds right behind DK. I think it's safe to assume that we will see Super Punch-Out arcade in the near future. You seem pretty cool. Here's my switch friend code: SW-2057-6835-9015.
@BanjoPickles : Funny I purchased an Atari 5200 for Kangaroo as well, but the controller is horrible. I used to play the arcade version at a few campgrounds in PA when I was a kid. Heck, that's where I spent most of my time when camping with the family, watching people play games in the arcade because I was too broke to play more than 1 or 2 games. I would think Atari and Sunsoft have the rights to it. Yeah, Popeye is a longshot; but I never thought we would see any DK arcade game either.
This is great news. Was hoping for Bump n' Jump most of all. My wishlist would be:
Kangaroo
Popeye (yeah keep dreamin')
Mr. Do's Castle
Mr. Do's Wild Ride
Do Run Run
Mr. Do!
Krull
Indian Jones and the Temple of Doom
Berzerk
Amidar
Juno First
Space Panic
Simpson's
Ring King
Both Tmnt arcade games
Chase H.Q.
@BanjoPickles : I would kill to get an arcade perfect Kangaroo. We already have Route 16 which was made by Sun Electronics, so unless Atari has an issue; we could see it.
I'm glad that I snagged a copy of this on ebay a few days ago, as the price has skyrocketed to more than double of what I paid for it ($39.99 plus tax).
@Dang69: This looks awesome, I'm not going to lie. I've never backed a kickstarter campaign, but I think I'm going to jump on this one;) Thanks for the link.

Re: Review: SEGA AGES G-LOC: Air Battle - A Limited But Hugely Enjoyable Arcade Romp
@Banjopickles : I've always loved arcade games since I had my first Atari 2600 at 5 yrs old lol. Donkey Kong is my favorite game of all time.
Re: Nintendo's 1984 Release VS. Wrecking Crew Joins The Arcade Archives This Week
@Moroboshi876 : It's essentially identical to the nes one except for the 2 things I mentioned above.
Re: Nintendo's 1984 Release VS. Wrecking Crew Joins The Arcade Archives This Week
@Moroboshi876 : I recommend Vs. Pinball. I love the fact that it has background music(which the nes version didn't), and the fact that it saves your top score.

@Atariboy : Definitely Arabian! That game looks awesome, though I've never played it.
Re: Hamster Is Adding A Handful Of Data East Classics To The Arcade Archives
@Gerald : Atari Flashback is well worth the $40 on the switch. You get 150 games all on 1 cartridge.
Re: Hamster Is Adding A Handful Of Data East Classics To The Arcade Archives

Re: Hamster Is Adding A Handful Of Data East Classics To The Arcade Archives
@MeloMan : I have it for the both the 2600 and 5200 Atari's, but neither come close to the arcade original.

@brianvgplayer: Thanks for defending me.
Re: Arcade Archives: Donkey Kong Available Now On Switch eShop In North America And Japan
@GameOtaku: Not true. We can agree to disagree here. I prefer the arcade version over the nes hacked port any day of the week.
Re: Review: Arcade Archives Donkey Kong (Switch eShop)
@madmatt213: I agree, along with Mr. Do's Castle ;and all the other Do! titles.
