yeah, nothing ever happens in North Carolina. i would attend the one in Georgia, but i'm moving to Alabama at that time. coincidentally of course. yeah, this sucks.

normally i'd never put a mario game over a Zelda game, but SMW is the exception. while i LOVE TO NO END LttP, i never had it when it was new. hell, i'd never even heard of LoZ back then. along with DKC, Mario World and Super Starwars were the first games i'd ever played. nostalgia definitely plays a factor.

this game, from what i saw on kickstarter, i feel more belongs in the app store than on the wiiU eshop, imho. it's games like this that belong on portable systems for download. i would be pleased if i found this in the 3DS eshop one day.

there's a good way to solve this problem; make games. games sell a system. look at the 3DS. people bought it just for OoT3D.

if i had the game, i'd play classic. this mode makes me want to think harder when i play. i feel smart when i do something right.

Retro Link is my favorite Link!

LttP is my favorite (or at least one of my favorites) game of all time! glad to see it takes place in the same hyrule. they should make another game to take place in Termina!

guys, Link was using the hammer when he collected only three hearts. does this mean that you start out with some items, or is the hammer the first item you collect?

am i the only one around here who knew where link was without the map? i memorized the LttP map by heart.

not to me it doesn't. the hair on the chalk drawing was the main indicator that it's classic link.

i never had high hopes for this game anyway.

^for those of you that don't know, that is an OoT reference. found this in the game's code.

anyhow, the character design for Link looks like it's following that of the original SNES version (where his hair sticks out in front of his face). i actually preferred that design over the other versions of Link. those screenshots are looking beautiful. a little disappointed it has the same overworld as LttP, though. i just hope the kakariko village theme plays in kakariko village, because in the SNES version, it plays in Link's house, not Kakariko village itself.

i once found LttP CIB at my local bookstore. i paid only $10 dollars for it. it's the second CIB LttP i have. unfortunately, they're both the "players' choice" carts/boxes D:

i wanted to make a nuke joke, but this is south korea, so it's kind of inappropriate. i really wanted to make that joke, so it's a shame.

i bought the first one, and i just can't play it because i'm left-handed and the controls are awkward for me. i never play the first one. funny thing, i thought this one should've been a DLC before i read about you guys mentioning DLC. but this really should have been a DLC. really.

i've seen this trailer without the voiceover, and its much better.

the SNES game is the only one in the series that i like.

but why ninety, should i buy a WiiU instead of any other console, like say, PS360, or maybe the upcoming PS4? they've got things that the WiiU doesnt have.

i'm disappointed we got such a crappy selection of NES games for the ambassador program. we could have easily gotten a list like this.

the idea of a second screen is not to add anything to the game. we all know that. it is for convenience. simple as that. calm down, phil. but i do agree that 3D is a gimmick.

my original idea was, "when i think of D&D, i think of rpgs, not arcade-style beat-em-ups. i'll pass." but then i watched the video and i thought, "well, i think it's certainly worth looking into, at least."

meh. starfox on SNES was the only game in the series i enjoyed.

i dont have CPP, and i dont have any games that require it.

didn't very much like the original. weren't enough puzzles (at that, puzzles weren't hard), patricia's voice was annoying and loud, took up too much space.

games are what sell systems. i bought my Wii U in hopes that games would come out in the future. as for the launch titles, every new system always has crappy launch titles.

i seriously cried watching that. that was heavenly.

i invested a lot of time into drawing and posting mine online, but then i realized i suck, so when i get this one, i'll be using it to kill time as i flip through notes.

well, i have it on 360, and i hardly ever play it. my great-great-great grandchildren are the kids that play it. might get this version if it comes. gamepad would certainly speed things up in terms of efficiency.

i don't see why she has any reason to be bummed out. the gender of the protagonist has absolutely nothing to do with the game's gameplay. i don't see how it could effect the story unless it takes place in a period of extreme sexism or something, where women aren't allowed to do half the things men can, but other than that, gender will not make any impact on the game.

the dude shouldn't be imprisoned in the gaming industry forever. i hope that once he does retire, he finds things that will make him happy.

the other folks at my retirement home mock me for gaming, but they're all just a bunch of sports brutes, to be honest. i just don't think they've ever picked up a controller in their sad sad lives.
