when i was a kid, i loved this game! i thought it was really fun, but sadly, in a couple months after i got the game, my mother sold my entire gamecude set, so i never got to finish it. and i still dont have a gamecube today, but i'll get around to it, eventually. from what i remember, it was a brilliant game, and i don't understand why everyone hates it all of the sudden! and honestly, i REALLY hated the 64 mario game :/

woah, hey now! i loved the story for LttP! and as for there being no information fed to the user, i totally disgree! the characters in the game all told you exactly where to go, or what to do. the map even told you exactly where every dungeon was! it simply is a classic, whether you like it or not!

a link to the past. i already beat the game, but i accidentally erased the datas by rapidly flipping the console on/off with the cart in. now i gotta soldier through the ice-temple -.-'' really friggen hate that temple... it's the worst.also, i'm going to fight through castlevania (and while i do, im playing toccata and fugue in D minor in the background) >: D

personally, the 2600 is a little TOO old school for me (despite my username, it's true). SNES is my favorite console, even compared to today's consoles.

i'm surprised that fifty shades of gray was even in first place. i expected that HH would quickly take first. i will preorder very soon.

whatever. luigi is already the best character in the mario series. just the fact that he only has one starring role means that nintendo hasn't milked out luigi as they have mario. and sadly, this is the reason why i hate mario. nintendo relies too much on mario. plus, the fact that luigi is a coward just gives him character. mario is just this short fat plumber. it's surprising enough to me that peach is even attracted to mario. i always thought that chicks liked tall guys... oh well. luigi has his own princess...

the manuals for the old games were a treat in on their own. i happen to have the LttP manual right here. so... much... ART! I mean... geez! the art in this manual has more colors than i've ever seen! so many pictures! when i was a kid, the pictures were the only thing that amused me in the manuals, because i was too lazy to read :3 can't wait to see the creativity in this book. definately picking this up(not just for the art,of coarse >:3).

but the game i would have to pick? well i'd have to say petit computer. i know it's dsiware, but i honestly don't care. it utilizes both the screens, so it counts, idc what the trolls say >:3 and i'd love to see some games on my TV

@Scarhino89 because it's already been on a TV (N64). and don't any of you new-age hippies tell me that the DS version wasn't once on TV because it's slightly different from the original. it's still the same game, even if you can move around with the touch screen. i already get enough of that crap... and my advice to the people above this comment: remakes of old games from older consoles don't count. they've already been on TV. pick a REAL DS game

@Pyotr actually, Lucas had very little to even do with the new hope. and in fact, he had even less to do with the empire strikes back, which is why it's so awesome! if you haven't seen the plinkett reviews, i suggest you watch them. they will completely change your mind about the prequals. they're in my earlier post. also, the characters in the prequals all make no sense at all and have no characteristics at all, whatsoever. don't believe me? i pose to you this simple challenge:
**discribe to me the following StarWars characters WITHOUT saying what they look like, what kind of costume they wore, who acted them, or what their role in the movie was. discribe this character to me like i aint never seen starwars:
PHANTOM MENACE:
-qui-gon jin

A NEW HOPE:
-luke skywalker

when discribing the original trilogy, you can think of things to describe the characters' personality right off the top of your head. but the phantom menace... they don't have a personality.

and Lucas really doesn't care about the films, just money! that's why he's re-releasing the movies in 3D. because really the prequals are aimed towards kids, since nothing would even make sense as an adult. dont believe me? watch the reviews in my earlier post. if Lucas really cared, he wouldn't rush through the first draft, and use that as the script. because that's what he did. it's in the BTS footage. if lucas really cared, he wouldn't be placing movies that make no sense into the theater. to Lucas, Starwars films are only a business. he only makes them because he knows that parents will take their stupid kids to go see that crap.

again, i really advise that you watch the reviews! they will change the way you think of starwars.

@Big_Gamer how can anyone possibly LIKE the prequals? the reviews are a mix of truth (and mostly truth), opinion, AND humor! Plinkett is by far the greatest critic ever! i mean, you DO know why George Lucas made the prequals, right? he didn't do it for the movies, he did it for the money. Lucas made them because he wanted to make money, and for no other reason. and he did so by shoving in as much crap on the screen as possible, so he could make everything into toys, t-shirts, caps, and other merchandise. he was originally going to call "return of the jedi" "revenge of the jedi" but at the last second he changed the title to "return" so he could save money on ink to put on clothes, t-shirts, caps, etc. i could go on forever about how much i hate Lucas, but i don't want to waste people's time.

@Yasume YOU ... ... i'm sorry, i MUUUST post the plinkett reviews... i recommend you only watch the original trilogy (new hope, empire strikes back,return of the jedi) and the reviews below will explain to you exactly why. actually, don't watch the original trilogy at all. George Lucas has altered the movies so much that it's not even fun to watch. i recommend you wait until someone gets permission from LucasArts to re-release the original starwars trilogy.

well what do you expect from the video? they aren't nerds like all of us! they don't recognize beauty like we do! especially if they're part of the younger audience, shown in the video. watching this makes me feel nerdy, as well as old.
