After reading the comments, I see some veterans like myself and some people wanting to get in to this series. I been playing since 2015, and it was bit easier back than to get in. However, I would say start with CS1 or Zero because they both occur at the same time and they references to each within both games. Same goes for Azure and CS2. CS3 is where all the arcs start to merge and there's a lot of characters from the other games appearing. Then simply continue on to CS4 and Reverie. I think some mentioned there's a summary in CS3, and additionally I read a lot of material on some of other games I hadn't played just to fill out gaps in knowledge if you don't have the time to play ever game.
I think the reactions to Directs in general, and to a lesser extent these secondary ones are hilarious because it's either the best ever or the worse ***** in history. I'm actually pleasantly surprised the highest percentage of people in the poll gave it around 6 or 7 because that's how I felt it fell into. The fact Atlus basically created a whole new game for the new version of SMT V is certainly something. A new Endless Ocean is welcome and anytime we get new NSO games 🎮 is a good thing.
@FawfulsFury I saw some people on saying online how some of the actual art was stolen from the independent artists Nintendo used for Scarlet/Voliet. But, then I saw other people saying those artists stole from Pal. Not sure what to make of that; doesn't really excuse the older pokemon designs being copied, but if true, maybe it lessens the effect of those comparisons.
Late last year I was looking to get a new phone 📱, and like some people have pointed here, there is a range of memory options usually in 128 to 2tb range. That being said, something I notice is that as you go up the range it's gets harder to get those models. I wanted a 256gb version of the phone I ended up buying and it had to be special ordered. I asked the sales person why it's like that and they said higher memory thus higher cost so they make models with higher memory in extreme low quantities. We're probably getting 256 gb at the most is what I took away from that experience.
@bransby From what I was seeing from doing some quick research it hurt them financially in first 2 years or so, but was profitable overall towards the later years because it had an insanely high attach rate of games, the highest in Nintendo history at 9.79.
@ThomasCasson It's pretty unlikely at this point. If you look at the tracking sales websites it's behind the DS as well at this point in its life. I could be wrong but, I'll say it won't DS or PS2 at the current state of things.
Since, I didn't see anyone mention this there was two news reports come out of Japan today that said Nintendo wasn't going to release any hardware till 2024 and it wouldn't be seen until Q1 of next year. It was from a source inside Nintendo, allegedly.
@MikeJones I guess I object too it being called a "knock off" when it seems to be more complex game, as you said earlier. Nintendo site or not, it's not what people of think when think of the NES. Just to be clear, I'm saying it's bad that's just what people have told me that's there experience with it. I'll leave it there and wish you a good day.
@HistoricKombat I double checked and you're right. It was covered on the channel, but by Mike Mati and another guy. I was wasn't trying to say not to like it or not, that's just what I heard from my friends and on forums.
@MikeJones Mike, I'm not trying to sh3t on people that like Kung Fu when I say this however, it's not the only game with gameplay like that, it's a notorious terrible game that AVGN covered, and it's 38 years old; I'm going to guess a lot of people wouldn't make that connection based on those things.
Great list of recommendations. I just wanted to say about Xiaomei, that I find it weird the recommender said it was a knock off of Ku Fung on NES, which is probably one of the last games you would want to rip off if you where making a ninja game.
I'll admit I like other here have some nostalgia for E3, however getting passed that, it was clear this show was dying a slow dead years ago. The fact Sony hasn't been there since 2018 kinda tells you that. A lot of the companies saw what Direct like presentations could offer in terms of controlling the messaging and keeping costs down. I think a lot of people just sick of the hype culture that had gotten out of control with E3 as well.
@Kisame83 I'm a Prime member and I didn't realize you could buy music on Amazon Music or games on the app. I was aware you can buy stuff on Kindle, so I left that out of my comment. As for Video, I must be in a country where it's mostly streaming because, most of my catalog is stream only. Thanks for educating me on that:).
@GameOtaku I meant it's the prefer method of media delivery these days, not the only one. There are plenty of stream only companies; Netflix, Spotify, Amazon with their Prime music and video services, Disney plus with everything except the newest movies, WWE, etc. By " they" meant Nintendo, it be nice they offer both ways.
@GameOtaku It's the business model the industry decided was the " best". It be nice they offer both models of ownership and rental like housing industry does lol.
@victordamazio Without getting into a discussion about legal morality, let say this; there are laws they you and I fine perfectly acceptable, however there is always someone will object because they want to do something that society has agreed is wrong. Society has deemed that other people should not profit from the work of others. There are multiple companies with Ips in that game with interests, which was point out by other comments, so not just Nintendo. Fair use is established law that has been around since 1976. If you think other people should be ability to make off copyright works, that's fine, however society doesn't. There was a case recently on YouTube where two YouTubers use a copyrighted photo and when the photographer tried to get them to pay a licensing fee and they proceeded to lie and say he was harassing them and other things that were untrue. They claimed fair use but, again it wasn't because it's wasn't transformative like a review or essay. The point people don't understand fair use and continue to try use it as a defense when it's not.
@victordamazio If the organizers were criminals in the way you described or anyway that would be a separate matter for the police or whichever authorities because it be a criminal matter. This hasn't nothing to do with any other behavior they are engaging in. Nintendo does not have the right to shut the tournament down, only keep SWT from using or monetizing their IP. SWT shut it because of their profit motivation, let's not act like they are some noble actor in this drama.
So after glancing through the comments, I thought I would try add some things that weren't. One theory I saw going around was that PG was contractually obligated to offer her the role and low balled her to just get her to refuse it, and then bring in someone else for whatever reason. Not sure how accurate that might be, but I seen " right of refusal" clauses in contracts in my job, so I could see that. As for her calling for a boycott of Bayonetta 3; I find the notion weird in timing and also because boycotts don't work, especially in the game industry. To call for this less than 2 weeks before the game launches, just seems like she wants revenge on PG for feeling insulted at being " low balled", which I won't comment on because there's no way to know that for based on the avaliable information. That's also the fact that trying to tank the sales of this game could hurt the livihoods of other people that worked on the game and that's fair to them. This could in the form of bonuses that may get based on how well the game performs financial or something else. I feel a lot of sympathy for her, but screwing over other workers and their families just because you feel wronged, isn't solidarity. Also, attacking Jennifer Hale isn't necessary either.
It's to see you guys covering one of these handheld PCs because I have been following them for awhile and it's usually really small hobbyist sites tend to cover this type of thing. That said, the review gets the weaknesses pretty well the terrible battery life and the price; although this one seems better than a lot of them I have seen, which are more in the $800-1000 USD range.
@mr_benn There's also a Sega CD base in Japan, but I don't think it comes with this version that's being sold here. I bought the Japanese version just to have and it has the CD base.
I remember I first heard of Avenging Spirt when I saw it on the eshop in 2012. It looked cool, so picked it up. I ordered the Game Boy physical from LRG because I have a large collection of games from the GB line. Might get this as well.
Just wanted to say it's nice to see mostly everyone talking which N64 games they want to see. I probably want to see Aerofighters Assault, Rouge Squadron, Shadows of the Empire, Battle for Naboo, Smash Bros, and Goldeneye.
@Skunkfish Not sure if he can was talking about my town, but we have a place that is call Barcade and it's in Saint John, New Brunswick. That have a place sounds like that comment described.
I think the most hilarious part is these people are selling pre-orders to something that won't have for months; not sure why anyone buy that from someone considering what could go wrong. I see this as NoA problem and not Nintendo in general because one of few areas NoA has complete control over is licensing/product release in North America. They also run the website too. There's open pre orders in Japan as mentioned in the article, I wish Nintendo, a notorious top heavy corporation, would make that a cross the board decision.
@Otoemetry God, yes those early days were hell getting the first wave amiibos. I think after a while they saw the demand increase the production of certain amiibo. I'm out of that collecting scene now and trying sell all mine, but glad people enjoy the collecting.
Seems divided opinion on BDSP here lol. I thought New Pokemon Snap was good and lived up to the original. I need to get to Arceus at some point. I thought BDSP were fine, not great, but decent enough to keep me playing.
If I had to choose one, I would have to Age of Calamity because of the story that adds to Botw, the stable frame rate compared other games on this list, and the pretty good game play.
@somebread I see I'm not the only one that has run across that user before . I also find pretty funny that they it's " based" to rip off a corporate property when those two developers probably have their own corporation as that's usually what people set up when want to sell something commercially.
@Fath I'm pretty sure each publisher has to order the carts/dics from whatever manufacturer the platform holders employ to produce the media. It's possible those orders go through the platform holder first. I think LRG is treated like any other publisher in that regard.
@r0mer0 lmao I think you way over though response, but I appreciate effort. I see the part where the mistranslation was corrected by Nintendo and that he meant the North America region had the highest percentage of expansion pass adoption. Also, him saying not all renew it doesn't really say much beyond some unknown percentage didn't keep the NSO service/expansion pass the expiration date. I also never said my opinion on it and I wasn't trying to tbh; it just seems like some people are trying to put a negative spin on this, and I don't mean that you are by any means If that wasn't your intent. Btw, this is what I get for replying to a two line comment that said nothing of substance, I get reply with substance.
@Yosher The same thing sort of happened to me, I was thinking it over than a friend of offered me a place in his family plan and I said yes because it was only 10 dollars over my current price.

Re: Level-5 Launches Yo-Kai Watch 10th Anniversary Website
@Belatarr Are you including the Switch Pokémon games as well in that, because I felt people liked those games better than the Switch ones, with the exception of Arceus, of course. Also, won't Yokai Watch be A&W or Carl's Jr instead of a local restaurant if we're using popularity as metric in the analogy lol?
