There are millions of disappointed Wii Owners out there, some gave up gaming, some go to pc, but I guess those who stick with consoles would go with PS4 rather than Xbone or Wii U

I think Nintendo killed the market for these poor guys by releasing an official adapter and controller

that Nintendo things Ocarina of time 3D at 27.99 its an awesome discount is one of the reasons the company is clearly out of touch... they had a great E3 but then Reggie at IGN and this and you see yahp... they are still the same clueless Nintendo

Shocked everybody seems to want this on Wii U, if they announced is not coming to Wii U I'm sure all posts would be about how the Wii U do not need generic shooters and talking down on the dudebros that play such shooters on other consoles

As I said is two different things, yes, copyright gives NIntendo the legal right to do this..... but no, that doesn't mean that it is a good business decision to do this, especially as its competitors don't

Its not a matters of legal rights, of course Nintendo has the legal rights to claim this... is just bad policy as free publicity and good will from youtubers can do more to help to them than the few bucks they can make from sharing advertising revenue....... and as some people have noted, if Microsoft and Sony don't take your revenue away that's an incentive to cover their games over Nintendo's

I had this for the SNES remember it was a minor miracle back then that this game could run in the SNES... but it had terrible loading times and slow down issues due to the compression it took to get the game in the card, so if those are present on the VC version it is better to go with PSOne version on PSN

have fond memories of playing this as a child but don't really have time to replay it so pass

I am willing to bet digital sales are better on PSN and Xbox Live than they are on the Nintendo E-Shop (of course, Steam beats them all)

What exactly does the app do? doesn't all smartphones already come with the ability to become a hot spot and after that the 3DS can connect as with any other wireless connection..... what's the added value of the app? and what's different about being a mobile hotspot for the 3DS than for any other device?

I think they would fail to release SSB Wii U in 2014 which would result in then not even meeting the 3.6 million estimate...... the only way they'll reach that number is if SSB launch in December

I don't know, I've never been a Ruby and Saphire fan, after the awesomeness of Gold/Silver/Crystal with 2 regions and 16 gyms, Ruby and Saphire seemed like a step down to me so I never got into them, I played and enjoyed them like all pokemon games, but they are definitely my least favorites of the series and could have done without a remake

now wondering, those these numbers now include Atlus sales or Atlus it is still considered a separate company despite being owned by Sega?

I dunno, the PS3 sold well with the Chinese middle class and it was more expensive that the Xbone is...... Microsofts main problem with China is the same they have with most other countries that are not the U.S., they have made so big fuz about their media features and stuff like fantasy football which is not available outside the U.S. that people outside the U.S. are mad at the fact that they have to pay same or more for less features

This shows Nintendo is clueless, being from middle class in a third world country myself I know trying to selling an inferior product is a terrible idea (people can easily find in an internet what they are missing and will resent it)

Plus global branding is always better

I hate the skylanders/Disney infinity the most out of all video games business models but I have to admit it works and would probably make money for Nintendo, I won't be buying the figurines but guess lots of people wiill

Question is, what are they going to be playing in the tournament.... I don't know SSB but my undesrtanding is that competitive fans hate Brawl, so if they play Melee Nintendo would be accepting Brawl was inferior, but top competitive players may refuse to play Brawl (or the match end up decided by random tripping which would anger people) if they play the soon to be released 3DS version it may not be too excited for viewers due to small resolution of graphics...... if they play the Wii U it may look bad since the game sounds like its far from finished

Funny thing, when I went back to home in Panama for the Holidays I saw a ridicuolous amount of Nintendo Marketing more than I have ever seen in Australia which i assume is a more important market...... However I don't think better marketing would help much the main problem is that cauals don't care....yah they don't know the Wii u exists but if they did, they'll said " naww I bought a Wii and never play with it anymore"

characters don't matter anymore since now they all play the same and you need to cuztomize the cars, I wish they went back to the old style where each character had its own characteristics

MK has not aged as well as street fighter, they could work out the licensing issues if there were enough money to be made but probably the incentive is not enough for them to work them out

The Wii U is attractive for indie developers for the same reason the Vita is, lack of triple A titles give you a better chance of being noticed.... its good for indie developers but its not good for console sales

Going all digital in a console with no account system would be crazy, yet I wouldn't put it pass Nintendo to try it

I'm ok with they going all digital for rewards but the rewards could be a bit better, nobody is expecting retail titles but we should get 3DsWare instead of DSiWare and Wii U VC instead of WII VC...... also they could have one big game worth 500 coins or something for people to have an incentive to spend money to get coins.....

the only Next Gen only multiplat the Wii U is ever gonna get......

I don't know about game development, but find hard to believe the 3DS could not be able to hang what is basically an NES Rom Hack, this is about as believable as Game Freak's claiming 3DS was not powerful enough to run x/Y graphics in 3D

How would you know if a game is crap or not before reviewing it? don't revieweres are supposed to keep an open mind before trying anything even movie tie ins shovelware....... Its not their fault that Wii U gets shovelware

SMB3 is the only VC title that justifies Nintendo's asking price
