Re: Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle Offers Games at a Huge Discount

DoctorOverbuild

I can see many people asking for codes and it's now wonder why. It's a Nintendo website and many people just know people will have codes going spare! But seriously people try and donate even 1$ it truly it worth t you get three games just for that! Rhythm Thief is worth the beat the average price itself! It wouldn't hurt many people to donate a dollar and if you decide to donate more later you've got the option. I'm only saying this as half the comments seems to be people who haven't picked up the bundle it's for a good cause too.

Re: Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle Offers Games at a Huge Discount

DoctorOverbuild

Wow this deal is incredible I didn't have any of these games apart from Street fighter 5 which is in a cupboard somewhere. Plus I think that game works better digitally anyway! This deal was so good I bought to of the top tier bundles for both my 3ds's (my on the go new 3ds finally has plenty of games for me to play now thanks to this bundle!) I only have one wii U though so if anyone wants any of the wii U codes let me know! That'll also apply when the bonus games are revealed next week and if there are any Wii U games I can give them away too

Re: Video: Watch Star Fox Zero's Secret Vehicle in Action

DoctorOverbuild

The game came on Thursday I wasn't in. Mum agrees that because she missed the parcel by being out when she said she'd be in the would get me it from the post office today. She didn't G0SH DARN I want to play this game badly haha. Still ratchet and clank is great fun so I've had a good evening!

Re: Fire Emblem Fates' Witches' Trial DLC is Now Live

DoctorOverbuild

As I love in the UK I'll still have to wait a month for this game. EVEN THEN I won't be able to play it for a few more weeks due to exams The wait/temptation will be brutal. I for one won't play the dlc until after the game as that's what I tend to do with most games to play it in It's original formula! I'll be sure to get all the dlc though!

Re: Nintendo's Official UK Store Opens Kirby: Planet Robobot Pre-Orders

DoctorOverbuild

@Alundra-1998 Wow, I'm actually shocked I wouldn't be surprised at a restock though. I guess Kirby's more popular then I thought. I wasn't too keen on this one like the fire emblem fates special edition as from a gameplay standpoint I like having all three game on a cartridge the definitive version of the game! And Star Fox Zero First Print Edition as that's the only way to get guard in a disc in the UK! But this was just a few little extras and I could do with saving the money for other games!

Re: Nintendo's Official UK Store Opens Kirby: Planet Robobot Pre-Orders

DoctorOverbuild

Haha there was no chance these were gonna sell out, a lot of people are gonna take a miss with the amiibo bundle as they have the smash Bros Kirby (it was one of the first ones!) I'll get the amiibo bundle on amazon the £5 cheaper price is worth it then the little extras that amiibo case would look odd as it would be the only one I have! ShopTo has it for £30 without the amiibo if anyone wants that! http://www.shopto.net/3ds-2ds-ds/3ds/3DSKI04-kirby-planet-robobot
I'll be getting the amiibo version from shopto!

Re: Poll: The Wii U GamePad - Where Do You Stand on Nintendo's Hefty Controller?

DoctorOverbuild

I hate the fact Mario kart 8 doesn't use the gamepad screen as a second player screen! It's seriously would've been far better for local multiplayer. I do love the gamepad sure it's a bit bigger than my Xbone and ps4 controllers but I never really take them out, plus the massive range of extra features such as off screen play, far make up for it! I've loved the Wii U and all the current consoles controllers for that matter! They've all Seriously improved from last gen apart from the xbone (which had better shoulder and triggers but isn't as comfortable as my 360 one) hopefully the NX controller is more like the gamepad than a ps4/Xbone controller!

Re: Feature: Five Reasons Why We Love Animal Crossing

DoctorOverbuild

@louisabhairam Exactly it would seriously take the amazing qualtiy of new life with the expansiveness of city folk it's truly a master peice! I honestly thought that would be what animal crossing Wii U should've been! My theory is as animal crossing games take a hell of a long time to make they skipped the Wii U over to the NX using the Wii U port they made. For the Wii U they made amiibo festival and we all know how that went down!....

Re: Rumour: More Sources Highlight NX Controller 'Gimmick' and a Major Game Project

DoctorOverbuild

Wow okay looks like a new YouTube videos tonight haha, I'm not really sure right now this doesn't sound like it will replace my 3ds if it requires (what is presumably) a solid internet connection what about car journeys, camping, IN A ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COUNTRY?! Sounds like it is a home console with the ability to continue playing it as a homeconsole on a smaller screen as long as the internet is good enough. But there'll be plenty people who won't have a good enough internet connection for this to work flawlessly Yeah the new 3ds is here to stay for a while it's hardly been used and I'm pretty sure gamefreak saw how useful the remote play features are and decided to just use the 3ds as it's probably far better for portability I doubt Nintendo wouldn't how gamefreak the NX if they knew gamefreak would release the game probably after the NX came out! They'd want a massive game like Pokémon on the NX anyway my video tonight will be in far more detail than this comment haha

Re: Review: Pilotwings (New 3DS / SNES)

DoctorOverbuild

@Rafx Oh yes, you can get it for very cheap on Amazon, used but still for under £10 the game is worth it. Considering I spent about £30 on release date I'd be happy to spend £10 on a copy it's rather peaceful but fun to complete the challenges!

Re: Feature: The Biggest 3DS Games of 2016 - Spring Edition

DoctorOverbuild

Just pointing out that the Amazon UK link for zero time dilemma is an import fore the America version, which won't work on PAL 3DS systems. Amazon has been doping this for awhile recently (I guess as it had some demand) Which is nice as I'll be able to get the vita version boxed! Yay for region free vita!!!

Re: Pokémon GO Beta Field Test Reveals Real Time Gym Battles

DoctorOverbuild

Sound interested the obviously want to keep mobile games happy who seem to prefer really time games, Flappy Bird for example. As you can tell where games like angry birds have just gone down the drain even Ravio is suffering! So this would probably suit the mobile gamers micely who may hop on for a quick few mins to play! I don't mind if I want to play a turned base Pokémon game I've got my 3ds by my side! It'll be nice to see a new side of Pokémon and move them about however you want Pokken was kinda that but still had a level of strategy and just only 10 playable characters while this one should have them all! I hope this links to my Nintendo and earns us some coins!

Re: Digital Foundry Puts the Star Fox Zero Resolution and Framerate to the Test

DoctorOverbuild

So do I have to look at the gamepad or can I look at the TV and play the game? I don't want to spend most of my time looking at the Wii U gamepad and missing out on all the amazing quality of the TV screen! Still I don't mind about gameplay from what I've seen (which is a lot!) The game looks great even if it doesn't keep that 60fps benchmark it really does look fun and like star Fox 64 (for the 4th time ) I just really hope I can look at the TV screen I'll be turning motion controls to a minimum for sure! I turned them completely off in Splatoon, even though apparently hardly anyone else did which shocked me!

Re: Video: The Star Fox Zero Puppets Return in a New TV Commercial

DoctorOverbuild

@liveswired Oh I know haha it's just the idea that with one it's available no matter hat and the other it's only through a Limited edition I know they're separate but they must've seen what each other were doing. I'm just interested in ow the decision was made that's all This is Nintendo's last real flagship wii u game until Zelda so they'll stock high as loads of people want this game!

Re: Event: Join Us for the Nintendo Life Family Gaming Night in Cambridge (UK) - 30th July

DoctorOverbuild

Hmm it'd take me a couple of hours to get there... But I'll have finished my exams and therefore be in the middle of a massive break so I could actually probably come to this! I've never really spoken to any of the nindylife team apart from when Alex read my question once so it'd be nice to meet some of you guys! And also fellow nindylifers there's quite a few people here who I'd like to meet in person if there also heading to the event so that would be nice too! I'll see if I can come but as a Nintendo fan guy who spends 80% of his channel making videos about Nintendo I'd love to come to this!

Re: Video: The Star Fox Zero Puppets Return in a New TV Commercial

DoctorOverbuild

I find it very strange that in the US you guys get Guard with the standard game (and even in a disc?) While in Europe we have to get the special edition I'm really confused what the idea behind that was, I don't mind as I have my special edition pre-ordered but still rather strange. Nice to see the puppets again though even if it was a bit cheesy
