Zelda has never been playable in the 35 years the franchise has been around. Meanwhile the Mario franchise has had Peach playable on many occasions even though she's usually a damsel. What's Zelda's series excuse?

I never said she's needs to be the star of the game. Mario games also allow Luigi, Peach Toad, Rosalina, and Toadette to be playable. Should they stop allowing Peach and Rosalina to be playable because in your words, "A girl is not going to fend off a large man and will need help due to her biology"?

I won't lie, my hype for this game plummeted. The skyward sword elements triggered me, because they're so mediocre. And it looks TOO much like BotW. It's still too early to tell, but this is not the Majora's mask to Ocarina of Time. This is far lazier, considering even the map is the same. And Zelda not playable AGAIN? Why is Nintendo so against the idea. BotW Zelda is the series most popular incarnation by far and she's still stuck to just being the damsel in distress limited to cutscenes only. Next trailer for this game better have much more to showcase, otherwise YAWN

I think he needs to retire as a game developer. He had his time in the 90's/early 2000's and I think he doesn't understand how to make a good video game anymore

To be honest, I'd much rather a new Wario Land entry, but I would still buy a new Wario Ware game as well

Emulation and ROMs are essential to preserving gaming history. Anyone against it is really ignorant and only cares about their weird and phony moral compass. Big companies don't care about you and would steal your money in a heart beat, and they essentially do through crappy and half-assed products that break or function poorly. Your average person can't play vintage games anymore and if they want to, it's expensive as f*uck. Retro games have become overpriced and quite frankly, not worth buying anymore. Anyone who wants to play a classic but has no way of doing so should just emulate. Rather than worrying about (game company goes here) losing a quick buck off a sh"itty and half-assed port of a 18 year old game, you should instead be thinking about how they should be making NEW games for you to want to buy and enjoy. A company trying to get you to purchase the same game for the 7th time is just greedy and lazy on their part. Play ROMs and emulate classic games. Literally who cares

@Ulysses If it was a good DM, they would allow it but have negative consequences. I understand you don't want a player to ruin a game by acting like a jackass constantly, but you shouldn't also deny players the ability to roleplay how they want. Just punish them "unexpectedly" later for it

Sonic Adventure 3/1+2 remakes have been so highly requested, that I hope it's part of it. Long overdue Sega!

@Sam_TSM A lot of things are left unnoticed when a game ships and unless it's some game breaking bug the developers will probably never patch them out. In the case of these chests, they were most likely misplaced during development and because they're such a minor thing, they went unnoticed until fans discovered them in-game

Damn, really cool to see someone obtaining these OoB chests. It reminds me of the impossible coins from Mario 64. It would be cool of all these chest were opened someday

@johnvboy sorry, I actually didn't mean pirating video games and meant just amiibos. I'm against pirating brand new video games. But there's no way I'm buying dlc locked behind plastic figures that end up scalped and sold at ridiculous prices. If Nintendo just old them as regular dlc I would be buying it

I'm so happy I own an N2Elite so I never have to pay Nintendo for their ludicrous business practices. They make it so easy to want to pirate amiibos and emulate their old games. It's all too morally justified

Got to love downloadable content locked behind a physical piece of plastic that is almost guaranteed to be scalped by people to artificially increase the price in order to resell said downloadable content. Physical downloadable content was SUCH a good idea! I'm glad Nintendo really thought about the customer when making the decision to do such a thing

The art style of the characters (in-game) reminds me a bit of Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee. Too bad this is just a mobile game

I hope we get some more DK reps this game. I'm tired of us only ever getting Donkey Kong and SOMETIMES Diddy. They can choose from King K Rool, Dixie, Chunky, Lanky or Tiny

Damn, that's downright scummy. Nintendo doesn't want us emulating or playing ROMs yet they allow the sale of pirated emulators and ROMs found on the internet. Double standards much? Definitely don't feel guilty for ever emulating games. Companies are greedy and scummy and will steal and resell you things you should be getting for free

@Justaguest a Twinsanity remake that fixes a lot of the originals problems would actually be pretty cool. Hoping this happens now lol
