If they port over some of the classics with all the dlc I'm interested but if it's just warzone then no thanx, I'm not into playing games with a bunch of screaming 13 year olds that act like they have ADHD
I reckon panic button will be getting a call from Activision soon.
But to be fair all they'd have to do is port over a decent versions of black ops 2 and modern warfare to get in people's good books and then go from there
My only complaint is that it doesn't have community creations for me to upload all the wrestlers I've made, because I'm always making wrestlers and updating attires.
@Jprhino84 well they can't make it look like wcw revenge or it'll look too dated and they can't make it look super real or the arcade nature of the gameplay will just look weird so I think they've tried to create a look and feel that's somewhere in the middle.
@Jprhino84 I was playing wrestling games 25 years ago when gameplay and fun came first, because of this pursuit for "ultra realistic graphics" the games just aren't special anymore or fun to play and yes that includes 2K22. Why do you think people get more excited over no mercy mods or have turned to wrestling empire.
This game doesn't even look bad but because they models don't have sweat running down their backs and have a slightly cartoonish look
"Ahhh gosh it looks terrible"
Don't get me wrong, each to their own but these are the same kind of people that moan when developers don't try new things or take inspiration from what worked so well back in the day.
I would never buy a cloud game unless it was heavily discounted no matter how well it ran but I will say this though, when I tried the RE8 demo on switch I used wired connection and it ran almost flawlessly.
Sonic frontiers is a game that I would imagine was developed primarily with next gen consoles in mind so the fact we even have games like sonic frontiers on Xbox one, PS4 and especially the switch is good enough for me.
I'll be getting the switch version because as a switch only gamer it's the only option I have and the reviews of the switch version as whole have been positive enough to make me want it.
@daveMcFlave ok, well that's my opinion and the opinion of many others.
Japanese owned but western focused, the old playstation brand of the 90's and early 2000's is long gone. Nintendo owns the japanese territory and unless they do something dumb it'll stay that way and Sony will become more and more western focused and will eventually just be like Xbox.
Why do you think Sony is leaning heavily into games as a service and buying up western studios?
@daveMcFlave They may be japanese owned but they are western focused and do not act like a Japanese company, which is why they are working less and less with japanese developers and closed down Sony Japan studio. The playstation brand of today is nothing like the playstation brand that was around during the ps1/ps2 era.
Virtua fighter 1, remix, & 2 Fighters megamix Last Bronx Burning rangers Deep fear Nights Panzer dragoon 1&2 Sonic R Ultimate mortal Kombat 3 Clockwork knight Exhumed Fighting vipers Sega rally Daytona USA Toshinden URA Die hard arcade Resident evil (Saturn version with the battle mode)
I would be willing to lay down serious coin for this, not even joking
About 3 hours in and I'm really enjoying it, I know people say that the switch is weak an all but this game is a real looker even on my 50inch tv.
I will admit though it didn't grab me the same way bayo 2 did in the first 20 minutes, this seems like it's paced a little bit different also the demon slave function took some getting use to but I'm finally use to it now and like how this new feature is woven in the combat.
My biggest take away so far is that this game just feels much bigger and crazier, like it's had a load of cash thrown at it big. The combat is as tight as ever and has that easy to pick up but hard to master style we all know and love.
Also I don't think I've ever seen a game push the switch this hard and I wouldn't be surprised if we get a definitive edition on Nintendos next console. Not that it look or runs bad, to my Amazement it seems to hold that 60fps during combat but I noticed a lot of dynamic resolution tricks doing their thing when the screen got hectic.
All in all if you own a switch or want a reason to own a switch then Bayonetta 3 is a must in my opinion, it really is one of those games I can't understand how anybody could not like unless they don't like fun.
This game was one of the gems in the N64's library, this game is the stuff of nightmares and yet never gets mentioned alongside the old skool resi games or silent Hill.
I always intended to get the Dreamcast version but now I don't need to thanx to this remaster.
Now if only we could get a Duke nukem zero hour remaster

Re: Fashion Police Squad Stitches Fabulous February Release Date On Switch
I been waiting for this to come to switch for a while. Now bring over cultic and I'm a happy man
Re: Mini Review: Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Cloud - Pretty Horrific
I don't care if it runs 60fps 100% of the time in 4K, I'm not paying for a cloud game.
Here what the could do that I think could possibly work better is let people rent access, so let's say someone wants to play it for a 7 days
£5.99 or there abouts would be ok with me
Re: A New Hellboy Game Has Been Announced For Nintendo Switch
Shame Ron pearlman couldn't have done the voice but lance Riddick is still cool in his own right
Re: Xbox Boss Phil Spencer Explains Microsoft's Plans For Call Of Duty On Nintendo Platforms
Ok, so when Nintendo's next console turns up we'll have parity with all other versions, cool.
In the meantime do a modern warfare legacy trilogy or black ops legacy trilogy for the current switch.
Re: Talking Point: Are You Excited To See Call Of Duty Return To Nintendo Platforms?
@Samalik lol, yeah
Re: Talking Point: Are You Excited To See Call Of Duty Return To Nintendo Platforms?
@Polvasti Same here, I like FPS games but only games like doom and/or indie fps games like dusk and prodeus.
I have no interest in anything Microsoft or Sony is doing which is why like you my only current gen system is the switch.

Bit like the day of reckoning games

And just like that CM punk is gone
And to all those saying this game looks rough, you guys are the reason wrestling games are mediocre these days and not fun

Re: Japanese Charts: Bayonetta 3 Debuts In Second As PlayStation 5 Outsells Switch
@daveMcFlave
Sony's next console is gonna be called X-station after Microsoft buys Sony lol
But in all seriousness I never said western focused was bad, just that that's what the playstation brand is aimed at now

@Rosona exactly what I was gonna say, switch and switch OLED are one and the same in my opinion so Nintendo are still on top in Japan.
Re: Sega Wants To Know What Mini Console Fans Would Like To See Next
@Truegamer79
Sega rally 2
Daytona 2001
Zombie revenge
Fighting vipers 2
Virtua fighter 3
Dynamite cop
Headhunter
Crazy taxi 2
And that's just Sega's own games, if we started talking 3rd party we'd be here all day
Re: Sega Wants To Know What Mini Console Fans Would Like To See Next
@Truegamer79
Oh dear, maybe you wasn't a Dreamcast owner back in the day but there are so many gems stuck on the Dreamcast that cannot be played anywhere else
Re: Sega Wants To Know What Mini Console Fans Would Like To See Next
Sega Saturn mini please!
Virtua fighter 1, remix, & 2
Fighters megamix
Last Bronx
Burning rangers

Nights
Panzer dragoon 1&2
Sonic R
Ultimate mortal Kombat 3
Clockwork knight
Exhumed
Fighting vipers
Sega rally
Daytona USA
Toshinden URA
Die hard arcade
Resident evil (Saturn version with the battle mode)
I would be willing to lay down serious coin for this, not even joking
Re: UK Charts: Bayonetta 3 Takes The Bronze In A Strong Week For Nintendo
Little shocked to see bayo3 outsell Gotham knights considering they both launched within a week of each other.
Next Monday will be interesting

Just put the original modern warfare trilogy on switch with online multiplayer and I'm a happy guy
Re: Old-School DOOM-Like FPS Prodeus Delayed For Nintendo Switch
Er, yeah this came out on the 7th of this month. I should know I've been playing it on my switch ever since then

Okay
Re: A Silent Hill Transmission Is Coming, But Will Switch Be Left In The Cold?

Re: Sega Releases New Sonic Frontiers Overview Trailer, Take A Look
Looking like a winning formula in my opinion, I will buy this because I always buy sonic games when they come out, it's a guilty pleasure of mine
Re: Rumour: Biomutant Listing For Switch Surfaces Online
Never played it but always wanted to, as a switch only gamer I'd probably pick it up and give it a go.
Always gave me enslaved odyssey vibes

Right up my street, I'll give it a go
Re: Amazon Listing Suggests 'AEW: Fight Forever' Is Heading To Switch After All
@Joriss I'd highly recommend retromania and wrestling empire, both great wrestling games that run fine on switch
