Re: Lumines Dev Not Impressed With 3DS

Get with the times, James Mielke. I could care less whether it's first party or third party developed. I'm no fan boy... I just want to play good games. Whoever makes it first and best gets my buck.

Re: Reggie: Innovation Is Still Nintendo's Priority

Don't get me wrong. I love the Wii. I love Wii games. I've been playing Nintendo since the beginning... but they need to step up their game (no pun intended). Seriously, the PS3's motion sensor looks to be a very strong competitor for Nintendo... I don't think Nintendo is ready to admit it yet though... Hopefully, they have something more to offer this coming E3...

Just don't play it with the stylus. It's way better to use the D-pad and the buttons. The functionality is great. The game is great, and dare I say "better" than the original. They did a great job recreating it, and adding more features.

I would give it, without a doubt a 9/10. Fantastic game! Buy it and you'll see!

Quick question, for the people who have already purchased it, are you able to control the game using the WiiMote as a classic Nintendo controller - without having to point at the screen? I hope so...

KnucklesSonic8... this game is great. You wont regret it. It's a beautiful looking game. The music is really good too.

I have to get this game. Do you need to buy the extra content to get the full experience? Is the extra content worth the prices? If I don't buy the content in the beginning of the game, would I be able to buy the extra content, and have it load into my saved game? Sorry for all of the questions.

Well, in the game, you can wave the WiiMote around bushes to collect wind spirits(?). I would assume that the second player would have that ability. Co-op, or not, this game is fun.

On a second note, I enjoyed the co-op option in Super Mario Galaxy. It made the game much easier, and my girlfriend wouldn't complain about wanting to play. Haha.

Clayfrd, I had a problem with the game, as a child... but I haven't really taken the time to go back and play it. Plus, knowing that it was a re-skinned game made it feel like a lie. I don't know. It was sad. But the game looks great.... you can't deny that... but a sequel to Super Mario Bros. 3 II... That's a game I could put my time into.

Clayfrd, I can't say that I really enjoyed Super Mario Bros. 2... it was just to weird. I don't know. And as I kid I thought it was too difficult. But as for a sequel... I'm not sure how it would work, considering it was a dream. I mean, is it about a dream that he had the next day?

If they were wireless, I would've bought four of them right now... Oh well. Hopefully Nintendo releases something similar... and it would be nice if Nintendo release a N64 controller for the Wii... imagine an all white, Wii-styled N64 controller... beautiful.
