My guesses for the next characters are King K. Rool, Wonder Red, Bayonetta, Wolf, Krystal, Simon Belmont, Snake, and Rayman. I doubt all these characters will make it, but at least a few of them will.
@Snugglebutt I'm not even a youtuber and I agree with Pewdiepie. A popular youtuber playing a Nintendo game is already marketing the game. It would help bump up sales by making more people aware of the game, So why take some of the youtuber's money, if there are pretty much marketing your game without you having to spend a dime. Why do you assume Pewdiepie is just a greedy person? Not all well-known rich people are greedy. You obviously haven't heard of the charity work Pewdiepie has done.
@Albeanz Arrogant, but true. Pewdiepie really only plays PC games and that's why people are subscribed to him. Those people I'd assume would still watch him if he played Nintendo games. So really they wouldn't be subscribed to him because he'd be playing Nintendo games, they'd be subscribed to him because they enjoy his content. What is with all this hate for Pewdiepie anyways? Just because he makes a ton of money from playing video games on Youtube doesn't make him a bad person.
@Yellowtails Not to be rude but the fighting doesn't feel much like Brawl. It is more fast paced than Brawl, but slower than Melee. Besides, I didn't find Brawl to be that bad. The only thing I hated was the random tripping. As for the music they do have some recycled theme songs but for every recycled song there is a new one. Brawl also recycled a hell of a lot of music from 64 and Melee. Melee also recycled music from 64. Not everything in a game is going to be new. Is recycling bad? No, as long as it isn't all recycled and features plenty of new content. Examples of games that are copy and paste are the New Super Mario Bros. games. All of them are pretty much the same except with different power-ups.You also didn't even mention what SSB for Wii U recycled from Brawl in your previous comment so how was I supposed to know you were referring to the game's music. All you said was the Wii U version recycled too much from Brawl.
@Yellowtails How is the Wii U reusing a bunch of things from Brawl? First of all there is the new 8 player Smash, then the new bigger stages, plus one with a background and foreground. Every stage also has a final destination version for competitive players. Then the classic, all star, and target smash mode have been revamped. Master Orders, Smash Tour(Which I'm not a big fan of), and Crazy Orders are all new modes. Stage Builder is also different but it still sucks. Random tripping during fights have been removed. That pretty much ruined Brawl when it came to competitive play. Also in the regular smash mode it plays like a Melee and Brawl hybrid. Every sequel recycles things from there past games in the series. Smash Melee from 64, Brawl from Melee, 3DS/ Wii U from Brawl. But for everything these games recycled they brought plenty of new things to the table.
1. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U- Feels like a hybrid of Melee and Brawl and has way more content than any SSB game for casual and hardcore players and awesome HD visuals.
2. Super Smash Bros. Melee- Fun, fast paced action. It was my first SSB game.Has an awesome adventure mode, classic mode, and more. Plus who doesn't love that opening intro
3.Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS- I think it is the same as the Wii U version put portable and it has less content. Still an amazing game.
4. Super Smash Bros. Brawl- Fun game for casuals. But not lots of options for hardcore players. Has a decent amount of modes but I don't like tripping in the regular fights. That one thing ruins the fights. But overall is still a fun game.
5. Super Smash Bros. for N64- The game that started it all is fun for a nostalgic look back but it doesn't have enough content to match the other versions. Every SSB game after this game blows it out of the water in content and graphics, but is still fun. I like the classic mode, and has fun muiltiplayer like any SSB game.
If I take Project M into account then i'd say it would be second because it has the best of Melee and Brawl. But it is a fan made game so I didn't consider it.
Nintendo needs both their exclusives and the third party games. Then you'd have a console that would sell extremely well. Maybe not right away, but then people would see the console's line up and would buy it. Then you would only have to get one console to have the Nintendo classics from your childhood and they popular muiltiplats.
@Kaze_Memaryu This could be a way for Nintendo to test if people are interested in F Zero. If lots of people download this, it might spark people's interest in F Zero. SSB for Wii U and 3DS could do the same. Although Captain Falcon was in every SSB game and it hasn't really sparked people's interest, maybe this time it will work. They could always just make a new F Zero game exclusive to the Wii U or 3DS e shop.
For this game there should be online leaderboards or maybe you should be able to race through courses online. Online course races might be a long shot but it would be cool. The should at least have leader boards. Four different ones representing the amount of players you have. One for single player, then two player, three player and finally four player. I'd assume they'd have regional, national, and worldwide leaderboards.
Nintendo should buy Sega, Platinum Games, Capcom, and Namco. Then they would own Bayonetta, Sonic, Shinobi,Mega Man, Pacman, W101, Street Fighter, Tekken, Monster Hunter, and many more awesome franchises.I'm sure they have the money to do that.
Here are new things, all you need are new racers, tracks, modes, new story, and vehicles. They could have an online mode and a tournament mode. They could even give you the ability to create tournaments online like Mario Kart 8 and SSB for Wii U. I wish they would make at least one F Zero game per home console and handheld.
I want them to also confirm Lucas and Wolf. I know Wolf is extremely similar to Fox and Falco but I want another villain. They could at least change his final smash. I know Snake is not coming back. Before people say I'm too demanding for asking for more characters, it would be easier for Sakuri to import these character's movesets from Brawl then it would be to create a new character. If he doesn't do this I still will be extremely satisfied with the final product and I'm no doubt buying the Wii U version. I have the 3DS version which is a great game, but it is nothing compared to the Wii U version. There is no other Smash Bros. game like it. Not even Melee. I don't care what any Melee fanboy says, this has way more content than Melee and Brawl, plus it plays very well. If you can't accept that then your just nostalgia blind.
@zool Nintendo still has lots of money from the DS and Wii. Plus the 3DS is doing really well. Even if the Wii U completely fails they'll be fine, although it is there own fault the Wii U isn't selling as much as it should be, but Mario Kart 8 helped and I think SSB will help too. Sony could actually go bankrupt in the next couple of years but people overlook this. The only thing keeping them alive are the PS3 and PS4. Your just getting too caught up in the Nintendo gloom and doom talk.
@Diddy_kong Not everyone can afford more than one console. Of course I have Both a Wii U and PS3 but it's still disappointing. They could've used the gamepad features to make the Wii U version the best version but probably won't happen.
@AndyWARbear Look that is fine. I prefer local coop too, but not everone lives next door to each other. Some people have friends who live faraway. I know people who live across the country and even in other countries. I would like to play the game with them. The only way I could do that without online is if they visited which doesn't happen often. So Nintendo needs to make more console games with both local and online. I hope this doesn't happen with Mario Party 10 but it probably will.
@ZachBeacon There are games coming. Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS, Zelda U, Mario Maker, Mario Party 10, Hyrule Warriors, Captain Toad, Yoshi's Woolly World, Kirby Rainbow Curse, Bayonetta 2, Mario and DK, Star Fox, Xenoblade Chronicles X,Pokemon Alpha Ruby/Omega Saphire, Codename Steam, Possible Zelda Majora's Mask 3D, Monster Hunter 4,Possible 2D Metroid, and possible 3D Metroid are some of the upcoming games. Only a few of these are 3DS games, which is fine since the 3DS has plenty of good games and the Wii U needs more games. If these games weren't coming, people wouldn't be hyped.
@c1pher_c0mplet Yeah they really need 3rd Party support. Then it would have an advantage the other consoles don't have. They would have both Nintendo exclusives and 3rd Party games.
Now we just need more veterans. Ness, Jigglypuff, Wario,Meta Knight ,Game and Watch, Falco, Wolf, and Ganondorf are all announced or hidden characters before the game launches in Japan in September. Who knows maybe that Rayman trophy means he will later be announced as a playable character or will be hidden but I doubt it.
@c1pher_c0mplet Ok yes there 3rd party support is terrible, everyone can agree on that. But Nintendo is getting games that aren't exactly geared towards kids. Super Smash Bros.(Sort of),Hyrule Warriors, Metroid,Zelda, Bayonetta 2, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Bayonetta 1 and 2, and Star Fox(kind've) are all games that aren't exactly geared towards kids. You might question Star Fox and Smash Bros. but most people who play these games are teens and adults who grew up with those series. But yes Nintendo needs 3rd party support and I also think they should buy Capcom so they own games like Monster Hunter, Mega Man, Street Fighter, and Resident Evil.
I won't mind if these types of characters are in the game, as long as Ghiraham, Demise, Ganondorf, Skull Kid, Gorons, Saria, Yuga,Tingle,Tetra, Sheik, and Zoras. I also want altenate costumes for Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf from Wind Waker, Ocarina of Time, and Twilight Princess. Plus a younger Link from early Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask would be great. I know cell shaded characters from games like Wind Waker wouldn't fit in that well but after all it is a celebration of all Zelda and Dynasty Warriors games, and Wind Waker is a big game in the Zelda series.
@XCWarrior Do you know how pissed people would be, that would mean the new Star Fox would be cancelled. Just because his approval ratings drop off a little bit doesn't mean he should be fired.
@PS4 In that one comment I replied to, you sounded like somebody who was just here to down play Nintendo's success. With a name like PS4 it is easy to make that assumption.
@Fazermint Give the game a chance before you guys criticize it. People said they wanted a new ip from Nintendo, now you have one. Just wait till it comes out, try it, and if it sucks then criticize it all you want.
@PS4 There will be people getting it later. Most people are holding off till the holiday when Smash Bros. comes out to get both games. If you aren't a Nintendo fan why are you even here?
Good, but I hope there is a good online mode. Nintendo has a habit of not putting online in multiplayer in Wii U games like Super Mario 3D World and NSMBU.
I wish it was real. I hope Nintendo announces the same thing but with King Boo,Bowser Jr., and Nabbit. If Nintendo does this then I'll consider Mario Kart 8 the perfect Mario Kart.

I think it needs online. Not everybody lives next door. People live in different states, parts of a state, provinces, countries, and nations. How do you expect to play the game with them?

I love this game but I wish Nintendo made a 64 or Galaxy like game. But it is still an awesome game. Well I guess we have three Mario platforming series, Super Mario series, New Super Mario Bros. series, and Super Mario 3D series. Hopefully in a few years Nintendo releases or at least announces a huge open world Mario game.
