150€ more expensive, no OLED, Cartridges without games, no Hall Sticks, mediocre battery… I am not convinced 👎

I wait for a review as the preorder is available until end of March. The price… if it is good it is OK for me. The eShop price is the same.

Niiiiice... will use it on the desk in the study or so with my Pro Controler. The JoyCon is just for display otherwise it would be a torture to use the thing.
I just fear we will have to wait until Christmas 2022 until we get it muahahahaha ... sill a purchase for me as I do not own the game and found my way back to SMUPS^^

I like to collect cartridges. Do not know if it has something to do with the slot

But seriously... call me an old school guy but using a cartridge to play Xenoblade or a round of R-Type is something completely different... at least for me.
I can play them directly after opening the box instead of downloading the remaining 50% or so. The cartridges are big enough.

If a retail version of a game gets published I kinda expect the complete game to be on the cartridge. If there is no 100% physical version I will pass for sure.

Or like FF X/X-2 we’re only the Asia release was completely on a cartridge. I wait too and will pass when there is no version which is completely on a cartridge.
What speaks against two cartridge if it should not fit on one? Yeah I know, the cost 🙄

<4hrs is short. A 2D platform game 8-10hrs is perfect. I need a bit longer anyway. For a shooter 15-20hrs are perfect IMHO. RPGs 40-60hrs. If they get to long I get the feeling never to complete it.
I think developers should concentrate on good writing and storytelling instead of making the games longer and even longer these days.

Foil can be scratched, what an insight ... of course you can scratch foil. A 3-pack of tempered glass @Amazon costs 12€ incl. tax. And there been four in the box, so 3€ for a tempered glass

Reading about the extreme input lag all over the Internet. I guess a pass on this one.

Sold my (allmost MINT, as I look after my things) V2 before the price drop and got a white OLED for only additional 35€.
And the display ist awesome. I play 99% in handheld mode.

As I play 95% in handheld mode it was an instant pre-order as soon as the white OLED became available. Can't wait until friday, the shipping confirmation from Amazon popped up 5 Min. ago... wuuuhoooo!

I play 90% in handheld mode. No need for the expensive plastics. I would give it a chance for 50€ but 100? Nope, I spend it for games instead 👾

There might be a delay but I tested it with my EarPods Pro and could not hear any myself so far. At least nothing I could notice.
Tested it with Metal Slug, Sine Mora EX and Crypt of the Necrodancer.

And I think it is loud enough if you’re not deaf 😅

No audio lag if they support BT5.0 like e.g. AirPods Pro.
Tested it with Sine Mora EX and all works perfect.

Spent nights with friends first playing Guitar Hero, later Rock Band then moved to Rocksmith and as you need a real Guitar to play this game I am now playing a real Guitar with and without a game

Will try to snatch one standard Ed. myself as I love collecting physical copies 😍

And the prices will almost double once it is sold out 😕 That’s for sure.

Pre-ordered a white one anyway as I play 90% in handheld mode as it is my vacation console.
So I am absolutely fine with the OLED upgrade and my V2 gets a new owner as soon as the OLED shows up here.

I hope it gets a physical release one day
