I think it would be awesome if they teamed up with Capcom and made a crossover with Monster Hunter. When you think about it, a lot of things are actually compatible. Elder Dragons are basically legendaries, Sub-species are shinies(even their descriptions state that they're extremely rare), all of the same types, having a partner or group of Felynes or Pokemon during a hunt or free-roam with a limited set of abilities, mostly the same abilities, but some need HMs to be used, and it would add more depth to the game by adding in weapon and armor crafting for you and your Pokemon which would allow for more customization as I've seen in earlier comments on here. And for those who don't like the idea of killing cute little animals, none of the little enemies, such as the Felynes, die. Instead, they run away/tunnel underground and drop something. Also, gyms from the Pokemon series could be combined with the arenas from Monster Hunter in that each town would have an arena and a Leader. All of the hunting locations would be connected by routes which would lead to towns and villages. Rather than going to the village leader/elder for every mission, you could talk to NPC's to accept missions from them. Capturing would also be expanded upon by adding in the traps from MH and possibly make it easier to catch some of the tougher Pokemon in the games(I'm looking at YOU, Kyurem!). Event missions like in 3 and 3 Ultimate via Global Link and Dream World would allow for special equipment and more possible Pokemon or monsters to hunt and/or catch, too. Also, there are some examples of monsters in the game that "evolve." The Velociprey, Ioprey, Genprey, Jaggi, Baggi, Froggi, Ludroth, Bullfango, Uroktor, Vespoid, Monoblos, Basarios, and Giggi all have a more developed form(s) that could be considered an evolution.

I'm excited that Ubisoft and Gearbox have taken a liking to the system, but the ease for developers to make games for it worries me as there could be a lot cash grab shovelware like there was with the original Wii. Hopefully, that won't be the case this time around.

@Ispheria If anything, they should at release Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD for Vita over here. Capcom teased everyone with how much better it was on it and they still haven't bothered to do anything about releasing it worldwide when the Vita is in desparate need for more titles. I don't have a 3DS or a Vita myself, but I would gladly buy one of each once these games are announced. Preferably, if it was one of those awesome bundles!

They should have the zombies from ZombiU do a jumpscare on someone when they try to hack. Then, brick the controller with the zombies on them until the hack is removed. Either that, or just have Samus jump out of the screen and blast the hackers instead with an ice beam!

Let's hope this game gets released over here AND with all the content that Japan gets. I hate seeing games get stuff cut out of English region releases just because of stupid crap like character licences and so on. Don't screw us over with this one!!

I was really disappointed when they announced this change since I was really looking forward to Killer Freaks and its goofy alien-ness, weapons, and overall feel that I saw in the debut trailer. Oh well, I'm not going to bash this just because it isn't Killer Freaks. That's IGN's job! What matters is that it's still the same game, even with the new changes. Here's hoping they can include some remnants of Killer Freaks as a bonus feature!

They can stop letting incompetent developers make shovelware for their systems, cater more to the hardcore gamers, and set up a decent online service. Also, they should bring back the old classics from the 8 and 16-bit eras. Axelay 2, Demon's Crest, Guardian Legend, and Hagane for Wii U!!! I'd like to see the FPS fanboys top that!

All these complaints of it having no online multiplayer and it being an expansion only makes them think we don't want their games. Tri G has way more stuff than MHT anyways. Still waiting for Capcom's excuse for not releasing either versions of Portable 3rd...
