Somebody accused Anti-Matter of being immature. I think exploiting the fact that he doesn't understand sarcasm in english is not really mature either.
What he said is actually really true. How many of you did buy a game that received very positive reviews even though you deep down knew it wasn't actually for you and then ended up regretting buying tha game? I knew It happend to me.
@Trajan so you believe that people should only post good things about games in comment sections?
Guys stop the @Anti-Matter hate. This is a comment section for everybody to give their opinions. You shouldn't tell him not to express his opinions just because you do not agree with them. Even if nobody agrees with him I think that his opinions should not be dismissed as stupid or immature just because they come from a guy with a pokemon profile picture that is not very good at writing english (since English is not his language). I don't think he meant that all mainstream games are trash. He just said that he doesn't like this particular game and that hidden gems amuse him more than something like MH ever could. I greatly prefer kyle hyde games or solatorobo to many switch and ps4 AAA games so I partially agree with him. And I believe that many of the people that read this comment have some if not many such "hidden gems" that they remember fondly.
I don't want to be anyone's lawyer so I'll stop here.
I would really love, in no particular order. Persona 5 (yes, I know it's more than unlikely). Kingdom hearts 2.8, kh3. Third kyle hyde game (sequel of hotel dusk and last window). Solatorobo sequel. Mario odyssey 2/ mario odyssey dlc kingdoms. Botw 2 releases in 2020. Pokemon swsh dlc that adds the pokemon left out (not gonna happen, so I'm not gonna buy the game). More about professor layton. More about digimon (maybe I'll buy that instead of pokemon this time). The other ace attorney games ported/new ace attorney. Mario galaxy 1&2 remastered/mario galaxy 3. Zelda wind waker/twilight princess/skyward sword remastered. Splatoon 3. Dragonball kakaroth port. new pokemon mystery dungeon (if it is in the style of the nds games). New pokemon ranger game.
It seems like the reviewer has never actually played yugioh in real life. Card draws are and should be random by definition. How could it be a "problem"? Part of the game consists in building your deck and you are supposed to take randomness into consideration when doing that.
@Heavyarms55 Totally agree with you man! I'm from Italy and sometimes police men beat people that did nothing to death (and they usually get away with it). No problems with respectful policemen, they are not all the same luckily.
@Timppis I'm not so sure about that. That is most certainly not true for the us and I believe it is not even true for Italy(which is where I live). Livestock usually use local crops because of costs I think. I may have to ask a friend of a friend of mine, which works in that field, to be sure though. Anyway that was what a scientific article I read a couple of years ago stated.
@Timppis actually there are scientific articles pointing out the fact that it's not just meat consumption. Vegetables and fruit that are imported from the other side of the world are hurting as much as meat consumption because they rellease the same amount of greenhouse gasses. We should limit (and not necessarily erase) our meat consumption and try as much as we can to only eat seasonal fruit and vegetables. The problem is more complicated than "one thing is good and the other thing is bad".
Somebody's gotta vote "last window the secret of cape west", the sequel of hotel dusk. it currently has a mean rate of 9 with just 47 votes. I think 50 is the minimum to appear in the list?
@Jayofmaya Inferno is just the first third of the Divine Comedy and I'm pretty sure that in the original poem unbaptised babies are in the limbo, not in the lust circle.
I really hope SwSh do not sell as much as GF expects so that they understand how big of a mistake they made by removing megas, z-moves, national dex and, most importantly, lying to their userbase.
@Galenmereth In my country (Italy) gba/ds games used to cost around 40 euros and new switch games cost 60 euros (70 for zelda botw). Where are you from?
@CosmoXY I'm 23 years old, with a scientific degree, a girlfriend, a job, bought a car last year with the money I earned. If you think I think about pokemon all the time you're obviously wrong. It's just that I've decided I'm not giving gf any money this time.
@Galenmereth just stop the myth geez. Hg/ss had the national dex.you could transfer arceus if you wanted to. And minor gameplay mechanics are not the sane as a staple of pokemon games like the national dex and the ability to import pokemon from older games.
@WoolooSweater I will buy the later games then, if they will have national dex. I don't really understand why you and many other people complain about prople complaining. You know that the comment section is not exclusively for positive comments right?
@Galenmereth the fact that new pokemon need to be animated has nothing to do with the lack of old pokemon. If you think about it you will understand. Even if you'r right about some of the new moves requiring new animations for old pokemon, do you really think that it would have made such a big difference? Pokemon animations are just a small portion of the amount of work that went into these games. And new pokemon probably need many more animations than old ones. Moreover, they will include a bunch of old ones. Now think, does not needing to animate a couple of the moves for the pokemon that were left out really cut costs in a significant way? It seems like saving 10€ when you are buying a new car. Furthermore, pokemon is the biggest franchise of all time, do you really think that they couldn't affoard a couple more people?
@Barbara001 Game freak is reusing old pokemon models and animations, didn't you notice it? Which means that "too many pokemon to animate" is not really the reason why they did it. You should always think with your own head without blinding trusting what other people say. Especially what the people that want to sell you a product say.
@WoolooSweater because the first console pokemon main series game will be the first to lack national pokedex? Because people won't be able to import their pokemon from older games? Because the lack of the national dex means that you won't be able to import the missing pokemon to sw/sh even from future games (unless they release a dlc national dex). Most importantly, people are mad because of the lies game freak told us to excuse the fact that their new games will have less pokemon than sun/moon.
@Primarina PAR could be Sun/Moon-like. HG/SS is different because it did have national dex. That's the point. I believe nobody wants GF to include every pokemon in the galar region. We just want to be able to import them from other games.
@CosmoXY No. They want people to buy their games so that they make money from them (which is only fair since they are companies and not amateurs). They want customers to be happy so that they keep buying their products and they keep making money from them. What do they get from me if I don't buy the new game but buy it used instead (which I'm not even sure I'll do)? Nothing. 0€. That was the point I was trying to make. For you it might not be enough to not buy the game. For me it is. Just different opinions. Also I didn't like that they said bs to try to excuse their decision.
@Ryu_Niiyama wow you really should be given an award for your principles... Why do we need police officers when we have people like you. I hope you also always pretend the receipt when you buy something, otherwise you could be a little hypocritical...
@Brutchie-bear I agree with you partially. I just wanted the ability to import old pokemon from the pokebank. Nobody expected each pokemon to be available to catch in the galar region.
@Otoemetry yeah I know... I had hoped they would have had more megas, not removed them altogether. Still I could accept that happily if they included tha national dex.
@rjc-32 They already have models and animations in hd... They did that for the 3ds games to future-proof their work, as many others in this comment section seem to remember.
@nimnio I think that in this case it's not a vocal minority... I just hope they decide to include the national pokedex to sword/shield. Otherwise I will probably skip the games (unless they are much cooler than what they showed in the trailer), hoping that many of us do the same so that the next games can be better in this regard.
@SuperGhirahim64 i understand your point of view, even if I don't agree with you. To me sun/moon were the best pokemon ever: the hawaian setting and the plot and characters were just so immersive. I didn't finish usum because they were the sams with some additional content. But if someone asks me what is the bast pokemon game ever I say usum, because they are very much like sun/moon but better. I don't think that a game should only be evaluated by its replayability. Grim fandango is a masterpiece but its replayability is basically nonexistent.
@rjc-32 i hate the breed mechanic and don't play competitively. Not allowing to port every pokemon from pokebank just feels so lazy in my opinion. What if I did want to train a pokemon that is not included in the galar pokedex? Why the heck should I not be allowed to? There is literally no reason. If someone just wants to fill the galar pokedex they can do just that, there is no reason not to include the national pokedex with every pokemon in glorious hd.
@Yorumi ahah ok we had the same idea. I somehow got the impression that you meant that each pokemon was a different class. It could be, but I doubt it.
@SuperGhirahim64 Actually I liked the fact that sun/moon had more story and lore character development... Anyway I will probably skip sword/shield because of the lack of megaevolutions,z-moves and, most importantly, many old pokemon.

We left out hundreds of pokemon from the pokedex, removed megaevolutions and z-moves but at least we made you some tea.

I don't really see where's the problem here. He was not driving. He was playing some games in his car, which was not moving. No risks.
