@sillygostly

Because Luigi's Mansion 3DS is most likely running on the Luigi's Mansion 2 engine, which isn't available on Switch.

Guess they couldn't do the same thing with Captain Toad and port it over to both systems...

Yeah yeah, I know what I said. I'll abandon NL when I feel like it. It's a free country.

@KryptoKrunch

Wii U is objectively the better console as of March 4, 2018. It simply offers more per buck.

Besides, Switch has commandeered quite a few Wii U games, and many have been ported to 3DS. The thing is almost like a breeding ground for classics. Yes, the ports are because of low sales but that's besides the point. They wouldn't have ported them in the first place if they weren't flippin' fanominal titles to begin with.

@Damo

You are an administrator. You are not a user. Your job is to write articles, properly oversee that Nintendo Life's laws and rules are followed through by all registered users, and maintain the website's infrastructure. Your job is not to get entangled in user comment wars. Your job is not to pick sides, take readers' vocal opinions personally and defend other staff member's glory, because you are all on different classes from the readers. With great power, comes great responsibility.

@AlternateButtons had a problem with the way Nintendo Life's videos functioned. He was not alone. No, you cannot please everyone, but you can at least say "Thank you for your input." and go about your business. I'll bet part of @AlternateButton's problem was that there were way too many video "articles" to begin with, and most of us did not want to go through a video when we could be reading at our own pace instead. I'll bet a lot of that frustration of his ended up being directed at Alex instead of Nintendo Life's editors and administrators, where it should have been, albeit less brashly. But this kind of blowback response from you was unacceptable, and the userbase will not tolerate it. You are not a user. You are an administrator. Be one.

I've got like 2 subscribers on YouTube. But I don't care, because I make and post videos for fun. @AlternateButtons is the very same. The number of people that decided to follow someone else's online work does not determine their value and worth of listening to. Do you understand?
