To hard to choose from my over 150 NES and SNES CIB's so since my favorite game game of all time is A Link to the Past I will choose that as my favorite piece.
I have a few semi rare games like Ducktales 2 for NES, Castlevania Dracula X , and Ninja Gaiden Trilogy for SNES but the true crown jewels are games like Super Mario World, Super Metroid, Punchout. The true value comes from the experience of playing a great game.
I have the Trails in the Sky Premium Edition that I bought for $30 that I could easily sell for $60 since it's still unopened (bought the Digital version on sale for $15 so I could play it on my Vita).
Oh, and I have a Premium edition Lunar Silver Star Story Complete for the PSOne, as well as two copies of the Premium Edition of Lunar Eternal Blue (bid on two on the same day and won both. Oops). Both are in pretty good condition.
I also have Tales of Destiny for the PSOne, which I bought for $60, and I've seen it go for over $90 nowadays...

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
Probably the bonus disk that came with Wind Waker that has the Ocarina of Time Master Quest on it.
Oh....I forgot I still have that! It's an awesome disk - it has Zelda I, Zelda II, and Ocarina of Time all on one disc. That's definitely my current gem.
