I judge Mario Kart skill by time trial records. The true masters of the games make the best times on time trial. My favorite addition to MK7 is the ability to download records from all over the world via Spotpass. So I can say: I'm not as good as Japanese players! However, I'm usually the only US player in the top five in my records, and the others in the top five are usually from Japan or Nintendo.
Decent, although I stopped playing online after reaching about 10 or 11 thousand VR. My time time records are decent though, they generally all beat the 'expert' ghosts by miles and would probably rank okay on the records site, and my win/loss ratio is fairly good as well.
I gotta say that VR DOESNT MATTER and that the true players get the best time trials AND I think my answer to ur questions is that IVE PLAYED MK SINCE I WAS A LITTLE KID AND IF SOMEONE RACES ME USING MUSHROOMS ONLY I WIN 85% OF THA TIME..I dont need to have a good vr just add me as a friend and give me ur fc ill tell u wen to race each other and we got a challenge
