@AceTrainerAndy But Nintendo is a large scale, First party company in the business. An indie Dev is not comparable to a company of such high renown. Indie Devs aren't even a part of this. Nintendo conveys messages through media, and therefore, the public is fully aware of their upcoming and current releases.

I agree with LZ wholeheartedly.

I love how certain people feel entitled to Nintendo's Intellectual property. They do not own the content they are showing, yet Ninty still allows them to show it. All Ninty asks is that the youtubers don't profit from it. What right do LP'ers have to do so? Show me the section of the constitution that says anybody can profit off anyone else's property, and I'll gladly retract my statement, but until you do so, I am unshakable in my belief.
