i can just about remember this game, it had that japanese nintendo look that only nintendo games look like, i can remember jumping over some fence type things while being chased by some huge thing, a bit like re4, might see what price it is on amazon/ebay.

it depends what the screen is used for, as for gaming it is very under used, but as for the likes of youtube you can`t beat it as you can have a video playing on tv screen while you can browse on the gamepad, third party developers won`t put time and money into it because as far as they are concerned it`s economically viable, the next year or so should see weather things will turn round as nintendo bring out their big games that presumably will show what developers should be doing with the dual screen format, but if sales don`t pick up then i`m affraid it won`t matter how good the dual screen is.

@orravan85 you hold on mate, if you compare to the GameCube which was Nintendo's last home console that was in trouble the Wii u is very lacking, yes its got a load of games at budget prices and NES snes and gameboy advance games why? Gameboy advance games are designed for on the move anyway, the e shop should have GameCube games in hd (displayed of course) I got a Wii with GameCube ports and a 1080p upscailer which I have modified myself and most GameCube games not only look the part but play, don't get me wrong there are good games on Wii u, I like both call of dutys Mario kart is excellent, most of the games you mention are rehashed, mobile and tablets are taking over the handheld scene, Nintendo need to open their eyes, I would have put the best GameCube games on the Eshop straight away, there is a reason are on the downward slide, I know my stuff and love nintendo.

Re: Talking Point: New Ideas, Not New IPs, Are The Key for Nintendo

i will give you my opinion on nintendo, yes we know they like to be innotive and we love them for that but they need to keep up with the times, for example the wii, very well designed and still looks well now and with a catalogue of mostly excellent gamecube games its worth its money, the wii u is of course backwards copatable with wii but to be honest i would not buy a wii as a stand alone console, yes there are good games on wii but not in the same class as gamecube, the wii u does have some good games, both call of dutys are excellent, marios are well you know everybody loves mario, zelda same as cube but hd, one need for speed mario kart excellent pikmin and so on but you can nearly add them up on both hands, people say the gamecube was in trouble then the wii u is burried already, i`m sure nintendo will have something up their sleeve and of course nintendo do like to make the archatecture of their consoles unique as to encourage developers to work indipendantly with the console which does make sence there is no point releasing a game exactly the same over three platforms, only problem is nintendo seems only to have ubisoft and sega on board at the moment, companys publicly say it`s to do with sales, i don`t think this is the case, maybe nintendo themselves are part of the problem who knows but i`m glad i still got all my gamecube games and with an upscale to 1080p with a little trick of my own, they don`t look too bad!
happy gaming folks!

Re: Nintendo 64 Titles Heading to the Wii U Virtual Console

lets hope nintendo get some more games out there because for whatever reason a lot of american studios are not, me personally not too bothered about ea, i can only recall call of duty franchise and fifa 07 on gamecube being particularly good, thing is it`s not good being a nintendo fan when the big boys are saying "go get yourself a propper console"

Re: Nintendo 64 Titles Heading to the Wii U Virtual Console

it`s not possible that two gamepads can run on the same wii u system, you have to remember that a wii u game pad is a virtual addition to the wii u and is a major part of the wii u, it recieves and sends data to the wii u, the wii u can operate independantly from the gamepad but relys on a signal coming from the gamepad and vice versa, in essence you could say they are two pieces of tech, but they need each other, nintendo will have protected this very heavily, happy gaming, lets see what happens.

Re: Nintendo 64 Titles Heading to the Wii U Virtual Console

wayneyrob22

back to the virtual console nintendo will not put gamecube games on because it will cost them too much, the same as they did not make the wii hi def, they are scared of going under like sega nearly did and many older companies did, fzero in 1080p anybody? what are they bothered about?

Re: Guide: The Biggest Wii U and 3DS Retail Games Coming In 2014

got to say i`m looking forward to this cars project, not a lot of racers on wii u, what we got need for speed hectic smashing police pusuit racer, turn the contrast up in options to show it off a bit more, mario kart, short in single player infinate online, segas sonic mario kart klone not bad and lasts longer in single player a couple of others not worth mentioning in fact i got to go back to gamecube to play any decent racers (wii farri challenge (gets good if you practice)) other than that racers on nintendo`s home consoles are a joke.
