@theblackdragon the games that did not come here to America are ones I wanted. They were the niche ones. And we get a lot of games all ready. I have a ps3 and have not imported anything. I only have one import game on ds but I can still play it on 3ds. So importing still means nothing to me. Region locking is fine by me. If ps4 was region locked I would still get it next year. So people can complain about it but things will not change.

If you have a wii u or 3ds you know going in they were region locked. And nintendo does not move to the beat of Sony or Microsoft. And importing is expensive anyway. It is cheaper just to buy games in your region and if it is not I am sorry for you. Games are wants not needs. We don't need games. We need food we need shelter.

This game is to creepy. So things should just not get news articles this being one to me. They look like girls and grown man buy this and marry them. That is pretty sick to me. Something's just need to only stay in Japan this being one of them.

I have a ps3 and the only import games I have are part of the 2011 welcome back program. I got one import game on my ds. Region locking means nothing to me. But I live in the US and I can wait for games. I cannot read Japanese so importing is mostly useless. And Europe did get games before the US for the first time but I waited for them. If nintendo every changed I would not care. I know some people like to import but that is some not all.

Some companies can do dlc well like the dlc from fallout 3 and new Vegas. A lot of times a company like ea almost cuts parts of the games out so they can be dlc which is not something I like. And companies like capcom go and lock dlc on the disc. I liked the fire emblem dlc because it feels like something extra that would not be in the game other wise. And the luigi dlc looks ok. I don't think I am getting it, since I don't have the original game, and I rather pay the cheaper price. But going forward nintendo may be able to keep doing dlc right.

These pics were live on the site on Tuesday. I like the look of the 3ds game. And the outlines may look a little funny but once we play this next year people will be thankful for them. As it makes the characters easy to see, something that will be a little harder on the 3ds screen.

I picked smash but that is mostly because of megaman and its smash. But Mario kart 8 really impressed me. X is looking like next gen. Bayonetta 2 and 101 look awesome. That 3d Mario game looks fun but it is missing that polish and the multiplayer looks to destroy what made 3d Mario good. I don't know about that one. It might just be that galaxy was so good that we expect another new masterpiece. This does seem to take a little bit of the design from the 3ds one.

I just buy games. I buy them used, new, and digital. For this I went digital since it was up at midnight. I like physical but that is not going to stop me from going digital for some games.

This will be my first one. I would have got it on the cube but it looked to weird for me at the time and smash was just the game to get. I would have passed on this but ign had to post a prediction episode while they played animal crossing. And one of them had this awesome house. So awesome it made me download this at midnight. I hope this will be good.

Sony makes good m games but that is not what I want from nintendo. At least their internal studios in Japan. They make fun games that I don't have to worry about the after taste they will have. Killing in gaming is common but it gets to the point some times that it is crazy. I rather have nintendo make a game like journey. No killing or blood but a emotional experience that feels great while you are doing it. This article needs to define what mature is to since mature only means blood and violence to most gamers. Sure you have emotion but that is through killing or some violence. I will play last of us because it is doing to be great but don't impose what they are doing to nintendo. Nintendo has said their stance on these games. So if you keeping waiting for a bloody mature game you will not get it from them. And with the teams they have now don't expect a bloodfest game either. They have had games like this in the past but no one outside me bought them. And others do the games better so why should nintendo do this when they do other things better. Maybe if they partner with a third party they could make the game you are talking about.

@JHardin1112 this is a year old port. It is can be a good game but it is cheaper and has more content on other systems most of us own. And since we clamor for gameplay here this game is not acceptable at that with its missing features. Did not buy it last and I am definitely not getting it this year.

Did not play this on for reasons I still can not explain. But it looks like my 3ds is going to have more gold coming to it.

This game is not leaving Japan. Why write this and give nintendo more bad press? Yes gay rights are important but isn't this a children's game in Japan. They don't know gay straight or whatever they just want something fun to play. Pieces like this make more of a impact if it was on some kind of other game. I did not see a article here saying why no gay relationships in fire emblem. Only when they remove something they probably did not have in the first place. Lets leave it as that. Until you all are really ready to make a real piece about gay rights and how all games that have relationships in them should have gay relationships to as default in the game, stop adding fire to the flame you all are probably not ready to deal with.

Last time I checked rockstar had nothing to do with take two's sports games. So this definitely sounds like false info.

They worded the monster hunter 4 like that because if and hopefully when it's announced here it will not be in this fiscal year.

Since this is releasing on pc and wii u and they said if they get more funding and more support pass the goal price they would consider other platforms too. I am pretty sure that is why it is not called eternal darkness 2. Nintendo did recently renew the trademark so maybe they have their own team making a sequel. Who really knows what is going on though.

@andreoni79 ours was not always good. And the games we can get are mostly dsiware, wiiware, and vc games. So they are not new games that came out recently.

By then something new will probably be out that makes smartphones and tablets like uncool in consumers eyes and why will still be here.

@Flashman ea lost a case with madden and any who was part of the class action lawsuit got money for it. This game used false ads and demos until the game was out. And no review was up until the end of the week because sega did not send out review copies until the game was out. And seeing most sales happen in the first week sega got most of their money before people knew this was a really awful game. I don't normally support lawsuits like this because most of the time it is just some gamer wanting attention but this one is legit. I hope more people who bought the game become a part of this. And show gearbox not to move funds to borderlands 2 or whatever else they did. And for sega not to hide it and act like everything is fine and release this subpar game that was show as being good.

Not the kids fault. I am 25 and I remember ducktales but I was seeing reruns. And those stopped in the mid 90s. And Disney pretty much has not introduced them again until now. And games you all love now are not the games you grow up with. Sure they make resurgences on of modern 2d games on app stores, xbla, psn, and the eshop. But those games lose the hardness of the ones from the 90s. But a bigger reason those games were so hard is because saving and check points were not very possible until memory cards were introduced. Even then it took a few more years to get it were you have it now. So leave the kids alone. Your just getting old and you need to know the world changes and you just have to deal with it. So if the game is easier deal with it.

Monster hunter had no chance. Even being on 2 systems does not change they are not the highest selling systems now.The walking dead game is bad but no reviews were out until later in the week so people did not know it was bad. At least luigi made it. I am going to have to get that game soon.

I am finally going to finish fire emblem. And I will play some halo 4.

Why would I want to pay for dlc to a re-release of a year old game? This is crazy. Sometimes capcom is just in it for the money and not the fans. This content should be in the game. But knowing capcom it probably is. Weird how they can re-release tri again and get so much right then come back to their other big franchise and get so much wrong. Would definitely not buy this game again.

If this was $10 to $15 I might have got it but past that is a no no to me. Hopefully they will have a sale that puts it around the price I will pay.

$6000 does not seem like enough to make even a game like this.

Looks like this could fit on wiiware now. Too bad it looks awful in this form. You would think they would pretty much be able to make the game in its first form on the App Store. Things must be really bad there.

This game excited me most about the wii u last E3. I thought it was going to be a nice launch game but it was delayed until February. But playing the demo hyped me up. Then instead of getting ready to play it in two weeks or so it gets delayed just so it can be launched in September with a 360 and ps3 port. That sure takes a lot of hype away. And by the time it launches E3 would have happened and more games that really show off the wii u will get us hyped. And if any of those games come out in September besides the games that are already announced this game may just bomb on all platforms. Maybe if that challege thing for the eshop comes out I may still get it at launch but I doubt that.

They have not been doing that already. Here in the US GameStop has been doing that for some years now. Not really going to change anything. And since the games are not going to take shelf space nothing really changes.

Nintendo does not own them. They are independent. So the next game they could be working on could be for 720 or ps4. The last game they worked on before this was a multiplat game.

I was only going to play this if it came to playstation + and it do not (thanks crappy plus in the US), but after reading this I will get it once it is below $20. I am not paying full price for a game that is cheaper everywhere. Even with the extras this is not worth full price. And after it is $20 probably three months later they will say wii u owners don't support our games so no more support. They should have just ported tomb raider. I would have got that in a heart beat on the wii u. But since that is probably not coming I will just get it on the 360 later this year.

I bought monster hunter again for all the extra content but I am not buying this over. Once is enough and raid mode pretty much can be like a second playthrough. I will just stick to the 3ds one.

This is the perfect article for how I fill about this game and old ports in general. The resources they spent to port this could have been used to get tomb raider on wii u. Now sure nintendo is going to bring a old port of wind waker at the end of the year but that is a game I want to play again and is known. I can get deus ex on the other two hd systems I have if I wanted it (I don't). Looks like Nintendo is going to be the only one support their system again. Which means I will sadly have to get the other systems sooner than I have before. I just hope nothing super great comes out next year.

I rather have game characters that are on Nintendo systems in the game. And even if they had a game on the eshop, and somehow nintendo thought these arrogant guys deserved a character slot over some character when know, what would he do? Bleed and jump? Smash bros is not gory, so no team meat your character never going to be in this game. Super meat boy though was good though on xbl.

Did not like or finish it. The wii u needs quality games. That is probably why this is on mobiles and not on real hd consoles with controllers that have buttons.

The last digimon game that left Japan was 5 years ago. I doubt digimon is relevant enough to bring back here or in Europe. So this staying in Japan is pretty likely.

I got f-zero yesterday, so I will just be downloading the monster hunter demos. Still don't know if I want to buy them again.

If I got the game it would just be the wii u version. This sounds like the same kind of thing the ps3 did to make games playable online on the psp. I hope no other games in the future have this. I rather the game just have online built in.

I only paid for one and that was for a dollar, the rest I got for free. So I am not buying this.

I am downloading it now. Unlike most here I have no problem downloading games. And in some years, maybe a decade, this will be the only way to get games.

Everything or nothing is the best bond game to me. Goldeneye was good but perfect dark did it better.

You do know most games get ported. More money. You can not fault capcom if true. The real thing is will this make a difference in the vita going forward.

Only bought one collectors edition and regretted it, marvel vs capcom 3 (thanks capcom). So if I get this game it is going to be the standard version and probably the wii u version.
