Nintendo should have a stronger focus on Japanese games. I find Nintendo gamers are gamers who play Japanese games anyway. If the keep the Japanese games and JRPGs coming, could care less if they have any worth while Western releases personally speaking.

I am not too excited about Lords of Shadow 2 anyway and I'm a huge Castlevania fan. Not really missing much...

Nintendo should really change this. If they want to be taken seriously they have to keep up with the times. Nintendo is extremely stubborn though. However, this was JON's mistake. It takes literally 6 minutes if that for him to find out the info for what to do in his situation. He should've looked up what to do.

By the time the game comes in September Ill be interested in other games out. I can live with th non exclusive part, but the months delay is a deal breaker for me. I don't feel guilty at all either, I'm making this decision as a consumer. One of the reasons I was going to buy this game was there wasn't too much competition. Now that reason is completely blown away.

Sonic Adventure games were one of the few good 3D sonic games ever released. I am really hoping Sega doesn't mess this up but I'm not getting my hopes to high. :

F this, I am no longer getting this game. Releasing it on other consoles, ok that hurts but a delay till SEPTEMBER. NO UBISOFT, YOU NO LONGER DESERVE MY MONEY!! By that point I would have forgotten about this anyway. Jeez, this has been the worst piece of news in a while.

Power is for PC, I don't even have a gaming PC and I know that. Anyways, they already got a more competent online system. I also question how big the power jump will actually affect the games. I want Nintendo to make as much money as possile and have 3rd party support. However, if the Wii U has JRPGs, some good Japanese titles, and some decent indie, I could care less about the other stuff. This doesn't matter much to me, Wii U already has Tekken and I know this is probably going to be my only console anyway.

Square Enix, how aout you make console games people WANT. Like a 3ds sequel to TWEWY? Kingdom Hearts 3? Final Fantasy 7 remake? A Final Fantasy game that s better than the ones you been releasing? Bravely Default to the West? You ain't got no dang excuse, you've made so many bad decisions it's ridiculous. How can you and Capcom get this bad? This why I am looking at Monolith Soft now. They are destined gold makers, right now your just....., people dodo.....

As an American, believe the problem is gun regulation and the War on drugs. Other countries with no guns and guns have less gun violation than us. The problem is the frickin NRA's greedy selfs wanting to have no regulation at all. It doesn't help that ONE of our political parties don't want to help with even the smallest gun regulation. I think video games with guns being played by little kids is a big problem (little kids who play M rated games tend to become very rude as they get older from my experience) but that's not the core. All this ridiculous rhetoric about guns to protect ourselves from the government, which is ridiculous due to values of freedom are so ingrained in the American mindset, ESPECIALLY people in the military.

That and even in fantasyland if that was possible our military is WAY too advanced for us to do anything about it. The reasons there is a lot of gun violence is gangs. Gangs make money off of illegal drugs. What we should do is legalize these drugs and put strict moderation and discourage their use like cigarettes. Nintendo thankfully doesn't have to deal with this as much because they haven't been too successful in the FPS biz. I do not believe there should be any connection between the video game and gun industries. I do believe owning a gun is a choice (mainly hunting) but we should not encourage it.

I have felt with Nintendo customer service a bunch of times and the people are awesome. Best customer service from any business I have seen.

After like forever they decide to localize it, why such the long wait. This was the least anticipated one so they better remind players with Xenoblade and Last Story that this exists. Probably going to get it, just to keep to my word and complete the trio.

@rjejr I collect vinyl records. The revival is to the point where just about every major rock and jazz record has been reissued on 180-gram vinyl within the 5 or so years. The new vinyl is way better than the old, and analog will always have better sound quality than digital due to the fact that analog doesn't have to cut the music into bits.

@armoredghor CDs might die out because they lack the dedicated niche fanatics unlike vinyl. Every album released today, especially a lot of independent rock albums, have a vinyl version. Sadly, vinyl also has analog sound. CD is still digital so your not getting a lot of benefit sound wise over mp3. Once they have a higher quality digital format for music that's easy to download CD will have one less reason to be very relevant, even among the hardcore.

As for this disc thing, I love records not only because they sound better but the packaging as well. Same can be said with games. I think there will always be a niche market for discs, if that happens though they will probably be more extravagant and be more expensive than the downloadable versions. Physical games are big thing for me, but not to the point of my vinyl obsession because the quality of the game is exactly the same.

I'm SO HAPPY they are only doing 50 new pokemon this time. They don't need to make another 100 new pokemon each Gen. Quality over quantity.

I will always buy retail when I can. As someone who collects vinyl records, I have a thing for physical packaged goods. However, if download is the ONLY way to get a game, so be it. I just don't want a download only future for all games.

Definitely like the deer. Really hope the good designs of Pokemon keep on coming. 5th gen had a lot of bad ones.

The starters already look better than what they had 5th generation, that ALONE shows this might mean I have to jump out of my break from pokemon during 5th generation. This is when 3DS sales will spike. Plenty of people, scratch that, a TON of people buy these portable Nintendo systems for pokemon ALONE.

I specifically remember this coming out and basically thinking "Why the heck would anybody buy this tiny thing when we got the DS? Plus it has different multiplayer connectors? No one is going to buy this thing..." I was probably still in elementary school or just starting middle school.

Meh...I hate to say but I don't really care all that much. I'm going to get the thing for my bday in very late April anyway. I can understand why it is not doing well. There has been basically no advertising (Do you ever learn Nintendo?) and while it had a better launch list than pretty much any system before it as a whole nothing straight up super gold. Give it time, if its a year and half from now then you should be worried. You just have to wait for the system seller. I'm still waiting for the inevitable skyrocket in 3DS sales when the next generation of Pokemon games come out.

Bravely Default. I guess I might try Fire Emblem too. As a hardcore Castlevania freak i am skeptical about this next one. I am waiting for the reviews.

Code of Princess is a really good game for just playing for fun and honing your skills. If anyone is on the fence I would recommend it.

I played Xenoblade, which is by all means a masterpiece and I am the last boss of The Last Story. The Last Story is by no means perfect, but is a very strong JRPG and definitely a very memorable title.

I always thought the GBA-GC connection was cool. I am all for this.

If they make a game even near as good as Xenoblade they will be alright with me. Being a cult classic has its perks too. Some of the greatest and most famous games of all time could still at its core be considered cult games.

I think it's pretty funny they got it last, speaking they usually get stuff first on top of them getting the coolest collectable stuff. Going to skip the Wii U for Christmas and just ask for it on my birthday.

Reggie is 100% right and it's been what Nintendo fans have been saying for a while now. The question is will Sony & Microsoft blatantly copy, or will they just be stubborn and sell their systems 599 US dollars or some payment system.

It's Nintendo, of course the thing ain't going to break. Besides the DS lite with potential cracks Nintendo products have been notoriously durable.

Awesome design, but I would only get it as a collector because what is the point with no online? I can see if you are only going to Wii Sports but what about VC or Netflix?

The Wii now should be settling down. It has made it's mark on video game history. It will be remembered. Sincerely, congratulations Nintendo on a great system (even with all it's problems).

I don't really care about achievements. Don't we already have unlockables? I think that is more than enough to satisfy the 100% completionist in me.

I hate IGN so this really doesn't matter. Who cares what this guy thinks. Obviously Nintendo isn't perfect, heck the Wii U has a chance of completely bombing (though small). I don't see how this guy is saying is even relevant. Last time I check, Nintendo is the most famous video game company in the world for a reason. Hint: Consistently good games.

Edit: Let me also point out that it really doesn't matter if this guy is respected. He isn't a developer for the Wii U right now. How opinion holds as much weight as anybody else. Not to mention that I am sure there are ton of people on this site who tried the Wii U and had better response.

It's Tekken on a Nintendo console. Was already going to be a must buy for me. However, I said it before and I will say it again, this just makes it beyond awesome.

Ok, most Wii owners who wanted one either already got one or are at least probably going to focus on the Wii U and would only get the 360 when it's DIRT cheap. There are also people like me who doesn't want one. I know the guy is trying to sell something and needs to eat, but why is he even wasting the effort. All the Wii fans who listen to him are just going to giggle themselves and not change their position whatever it is. Also, don't know why but the way he tried to market the 360 to us seemed so, fake. Like more than already expected from business statements like this from any company. I am using Microsoft software with my Dell laptop, they should be happy with that.

Nobody has said they hate smartphones, just no games on them. Of course Nintendo should use them for advertising, news, and what not. They shouldn't jeopardize their monopoly on their exclusive titles, which they won't.

This should let people think twice when they always complain how "expensive". This is the way of the world right now, but we need stop acting so spoiled. They can't sell the Wii U for $99 and games for $8.

Stealing other people's work and selling it as your own is wrong, period. I like how everyone is talking about fair prices, Nintendo is the most price friendly out of the big three. They can't sell their games for 50 cents. People would pirate anyway even if it was cheap.

I still like Pokemon. Though I feel the Yamauba explanation is the best. Mr Popo from DBZ is a racist character, I still like watching that show. I think is it is something that is a small random part of the game/art/music/etc. it can be ignored. The point of pokemon is catching small creatures so you can become friends. This is coming from an opinion of an African American.
