Wow, Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru could've been another iconic Big N title, I hope it DOES get a "Link's Awakening"-style remake. Captain Rainbow seems like it would do much better today due to appreciated nostalgia value, I'd give it go!

Here's some (unlikely) fighters I'd personally love to see:

• The Three Stooges, maybe played separately like the Pokemon Trainer or preferably together as three segments of a single mass of bumbling, stumbling and "dumbling" slapstick morons. Weapons would include the usual arsenal of tools and found objects, and also PIES!
• T.M.N.T. 'nuff said.
• Popeye and Bluto (don't forget the spinach!)
• Finn and Jake (Adventure Time)
• Master Chief (vs Samus!)
• Ren & Stimpy ("you eeediot!")
• Kyoko and Misako (River City Girls)

Nintendo was cool enough to remake Metroid 2 and Link's Awakening, but no SML 1-3? Or maybe they're doing it as we speak? Probably not. But they might be... no, I guess not. On the other hand...

Ooh, half of my brain just thought of something, a hummingbird simulator. Has that been done? How about a butterfly sim? "Flight of the Monarch"? They travel a wide variety of terrain on their journey... 🤔 wait, am I ruining the chance of these games being made by requesting them? 🤐

Dang, I was hoping this game would be so Zen. Maybe a "fixed" version somewhere down the road? I like that it's in Central Park, but it needs some purely serene wilderness settings: deserts, open plains, coastal areas etc.

The cover from 'Merica makes me want play the game all over again, although I just about went insane finishing it the first time, and second time, and stupid THIRD time! Maybe I wasn't sane to begin with.

This looks cool, I might try it. But I would prefer a less supernatural, more "real world" old west twin stick shooter set outdoors in daylight, deserts, towns, canyons etc. Maybe with photorealistic graphics... oooh, puuurdy.

That would be cool since Capcom bungled the first two Switch collections. I sure wouldn't mind a "Miscellaneous" Mega Man collection for various odd and end titles. I want to get Mega Man Powered Up off my PSP and onto my Switch.

Delay or no delay is irrelevant to me if it's another outsourced dev AND a partial download game, but we'll see what happens...

SF and MK don't mix well IMO, but maybe Darkstalkers? The "gore factor" is there for both, more or less. On second thought, I'm not interested. I guess MK doesn't really mix well with other major fighting franchises. They should just keep featuring "guest fighters" that DO fit the MK theme.

Wow, this one looks too good to skip. Dang it, just when I think I'm finally done with this genre some shmup pulls me right back in again. I swear, these games are gonna kill me... over and over and over again.

I'm too tired to play anything tonight, tomorrow (sunday) I'll play RC Girls. At midnight (a few minutes) it'll be time to "do the time warp again" with a double feature of both versions of The Rocky Horror Picture Show!

I WAS planning to play RC Girls this weekend but my copy didn't arrive today as scheduled (technically yesterday). What's up with that, LRG/UPS/USPS?

People keep citing 30th anniversary as a "good enough" collection of Street Fighter, but is it really? It's the basic arcade versions with none of the bells and whistles of some of the home ports from Dreamcast onward, and sans special versions (Alpha 2 Gold, etc.). AND lazily outsourced to Digital Eclipse. Also it was missing basic audio tweaking options critically necessary in fighting games. Plus it's wonky save system really annoys me...

Oh yeah I forgot, I don't particularly like Blanka for Smash. While I love BOTH of these games I'd be hard pressed to think of any SF characters I want in SSB. More non-fighting game Capcom stars would be welcome, though.

As a diehard Street Fighter FAN I'd love Ultra Street Fighter 4 on Switch as well as (eventually) an Ultra Street Fighter 5 of sorts, as "exclusivity" is not forever and in this case only applies to PS4 (I'm assuming). I'm still mad at Capcom for making that deal with Sony to begin with, so they're going to have to win me over with some good Street Fighter lovin'. Also, WHAT THE HECK does Nintendo have to do with bringing SF or ANY Capcom title to Switch???

FINALLY! These are my dream controllers, being a fighting game fan all the buttons are perfectly placed, it's wireless, has a round d-pad (no more drift!) and the price point will allow me to buy multiple pads. I always did love that Genesis controller. 😊
