I think people don’t realize this upgrade plan is entirely just to make money off the niche hardcore fans. No families with young kids (Nintendo’s target audience) that I’ve talked to have this plan. I’d wager that it’s so expensive since they don’t expect many people to sign up for it anyway. Kids don’t really want to play N64 games. I didn’t sign up for it either lol.
Edit: Just to clarify, this is not saying N64 games are bad at all! It’s just there’s less of a market for them among kids when compared to games like Splatoon and Smash.

This update is honestly really fun! Best refresh in a while. Still a fun game to play with your friends.

@romanista nah it’s an item. The skin doesn’t inherently have powers. Fortnite is a lot of things but it’s never been pay to win.

@Noxide I’m a woman in a Computer Science degree and I 100% have been looked down on, people assume I know nothing, men make jokes about hiring girls with bigger tits, etc, etc.
There’s 100% a culture that’s hostile to women in programming and software. I’m not saying women are discriminated against everywhere, but in compsci they definitely are.

I really really wanted to like it. I love pikmin. After 30 minutes though I uninstalled it. It feels half baked. Additionally it ran terribly on my iPhone 8 which didn’t help my enjoyment. Maybe after some updates it will be fun but if you just want a basic pedometer you’re better off with any other app. I’ll be waiting for Pikmin 4.
