@JaxonH come on man.m, its an objective assessment not some kind of nefarious crusade to point your beloved switch game in a bad light. I mean they are not reviewing the game, they are not saying the game isnt fun or competent, they are not saying the game is a technical disaster. Your viewing DF foundry articles like a review rather than a objective technical evaluation.

@Heavyarms55 bf4 was the best though i dont know what your complaints are for BF1 and 5, they have no loot boxes, take relatively short amount of time to unlock weapons, all maps and DLC are free (bf5), and microtransactions are limited to cosmetic items which you can easily earn through gameplay.

@SCAssassin the problem with the 8 million figure is that its not a “active subscriber” count. While PS4 and xbox actually provides actual active subscription numbers.

The 8 million figure actually raises a lot of questions. Does the figure accoubt for those that did not renew their free trial, does it include those who only subscribed for a few months then called it quits or is it just plain number of subscriptions

Why the hell are people so eager for a hearthstone switch port?! For christ sake, if portability is all your jazz, just play it on your PHONES! There is literally no reason to wait or hope for a port when you can experience the game the same way even if it was ported to the switch. Ugh

@goggles789 but thats it though, in their past games they ported they have the leeway to cut to 30fps to free up resources. Since DS3 is already 30fps to what extent do they cut to make the game work? Would switch owners be satisfied with DS3 that look almost like DS1?

@goggles789 if they can do that then thats when ill be impressed. Games like doom, wolf and warframe had to cut its fps in half AND resolution, textures, effects to work. DS3 is not a 60 fps games on other consoles so fps cannot be cut to free resources. how much would they cut in reso, effects textures from the game while preserving its look without looking like the original DS

Being switch as my first Nintendo console, what baffles me with the fanbase is that when games like this comes to the switch suddenly “its a Marvel” or “its the best game ever”. If thats the case why just notice it now? It’s equally greatnon other platforms, Those games have been on other consoles a long time before being ported? Are Nintendo fans living in a bubble?

@LoriLoud umm the three game are definitely not graphical showcases. Not saying they are ugly but Doom, Wolfenstein, and Warframe are really not graphically intense hence their supposed focus on 60 fps gameplay on other consoles

@SwitchForce so lets say you take the gameplay, story, fun factor of the game and replace the title with Care bears or Digimon, do you think it would have sold as much? It still fun, the gameplay is still there.
