@Tarolusa Fully agree. All of the sports titles on Switch are too barebones with single player content. I would love to buy this - but I can't at this price with so little content for players like me.
I was going to - and probably still will - but I'm a bit concerned about the lack of inverted controls on the Y axis. 30 years of gaming with inverted controls are inside me...not sure I'll be able to play it very well!
"While the Genesis may not have had as many groundbreaking and infinitely replayable titles as SNES did" Wash your mouth out! Personally I loved both consoles, so I can't wait to get the MegaDrive Mini. For me - it did have more groundbreaking and re playable titles. I just wish the whole series of games were included. e.g. not Just SoR 2 - but all of them. Not just Golden Axe, but all of them etc...
My favourite game of this generation, no doubt about it. Enjoy to anyone who hasn't played it yet! In roughly 30 years of gaming (I'm not counting my baby years ) it's the only game that has made me cry. Incredible game.
One of my favourite games of recent times on the PC - will be double dipping if they can get the controls right. My PC is currently in the loft (my 'gaming' room is now my new son's room) so can't play it anymore...hope the controls are good!
@Lord Smyths is not superior at all. 1) it's full of chavs and 2) by stacking it so high you can't reach anything. Dreadful shop but admittedly it's cheap
@Rika_Yoshitake Where did I say they were the saviour? However whilst they offer the exact same product as a brick and mortar store - and they offer it cheaper - I will always be purchasing from there.
@Rika_Yoshitake Not sure I get what you're getting at. I don't buy microtransactions. I don't buy digital games (unless there is no physical version). Instead I buy all of my games (I only buy single player games) via Amazon. Why? Because my job as a consumer is to buy it the cheapest I can find. Whilst I'd love to support stores like this - if they can't offer it as cheap as online, it's not worth the time and inconvenience for me to get there.
@M_thoroughbred so if you don't like something you shouldn't complain? Yes there are far more important issues in the world right now - but this is a gaming site. Where else can you discuss things like this if not here mate.
That's a great performance - PS4 has a much larger user base to sell to so it's not a slight on it that it couldn't dislodge Uncharted. It's a great game and a well deserved 2nd spot

Re: SEGA Launches New Streets Of Rage Merch In Europe
@John_Koshiro Agreed - that's stopping me buying it sadly
Re: UK Charts: Luigi's Mansion 3 Just Had The Best Opening Week Of Any Switch Game In 2019
@ImagineerNik so you could actually afford it then

Re: There's No Need To Be Afraid Of This Day One Update For Luigi's Mansion 3
For me the far bigger issue is the lack of inverted controls on the Y axis. In this day and age?!
Re: Review: Baldur's Gate And Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Editions - Two RPG Classics On The Go
@gamer89 it's a pretty big game dude - give them a chance.

Re: Review: Bad North (Switch eShop)
It's a shame this is roguelite - I think this would have been better without it. Getting sick of so many indie games like this.
Re: Review: Bomber Crew (Switch eShop)
Great game - but this needs a mouse. Will be picking up on Steam at some point.
Re: Get Ready For Fantasy Tactical Role-Playing In The Banner Saga On 17th May
will wait and see if we can get it physical first.
Re: Feature: Remembering Toys R Us, The '90s Gamer's Paradise
@Lord nah - I live in Derby (so plenty of chavs) but Toys r us was always full of us upmarket types. Smyths is always full of the chavs.

Re: Review: Bayonetta 2 (Switch)
@therealgamer you can use the same argument for PS4 mate - all consoles do it. It's easy money.

Re: Review: Celeste (Switch eShop)
@sandman89 nothing silly about it at all. The game is very different to Xenoblade - you can't compare them as they are different genre.
Re: Review: Celeste (Switch eShop)
will add it to my wish list. if no physical edition materialises after 6 months... I'll buy!
Re: Enter The Gungeon Just Received A New Update
Why do people post saying "first comment" it makes the site look so childish.
Re: Review: The Escapists 2 (Switch eShop)
If this gets a retail release I'll be buying it
Re: SteamWorld Heist: Ultimate Edition Storms onto Nintendo Switch This Year
Fantastic game - but ouch at that price. It's much cheaper on iOs...
Re: Review: Wulverblade (Switch eShop)
anyone know if you have to upgrade your character between missions etc? new weapons and so on?
Re: Review: FIFA 18 (Switch)
@scully1888 phew - I will forgive EA then! For once...
Re: Review: FIFA 18 (Switch)
@scully1888 re-read my comment mate - I said it's in the screenshot!
Re: Review: FIFA 18 (Switch)
From the first screenshot in the article: "and earn a Two Players". Tell me there is some text that we can't see that comes after that? Awful grammar.
Re: Poll: What Did You Think of the Nintendo Direct?
As a 34 year old it was hard for me to watch the guy clicking his figures constantly. That part was too tacky / clicky for me.
