pre-orderd and have been up since 5am (UK time) and still it won't allow me to access it yet..... I wish Nintendo would sort this BS out but looks like I may have to wait till 2pm or 5pm when the eshop is updated......so frustrating

this game is sheer perfection! it is an absolute joy and am already 4 cups done! The difficulty will ramp up in future cups for sure as was the case with all previous entries.

I've had no issues with it.......

And it highlights that you get poorer value as a day 1 or early purchaser! Might as well wait for sales when the games true content is apparent and far cheaper lol

@Snatcher hey Dude, great to hear from you. Based on previous Mario Soccer entry's the selection is more at the start and could have further through unlockables or DLC.

Smash had an unbelievable amount of content and I think many fans expect Nintendo to do the same with all its games. It certainly raised the bar.

Having owned and still play both gamecube/wii versions I feel 10 captains is plenty and am just excited for a new entry with new dynamics. I'm curious how new gear/costumes might be huge as well in player stats.

Maybe we can play online when its out 😀

@JR150 the characters you mention were unlockable..........why not wait and see whats actually in the game before 'saying it as you see it'.

I can see alot of people calling for more characters/captains to choose from and Favs such as Daisy to be included. I am sure there will be additions or unlockable but 10 is more than the previous entries at the start and a decent selection:

Super Mario Strikers- 8 Characters and 1 unlockable

Mario Strikers charged- 9 characters and 3 unlockable

People have no patience anymore.

People love to moan. Lets wait and see what the game does with possible unlockable characters (e.g diddy kong, bowser jnr, etc) or updates/DLC.

I feel smash has raised people's expectations to have so many characters playable.

I'm just gonna enjoy finally getting a new mario soccer game with online play and new dynamics (team tackle could be huge)

Why not just enjoy the current system? So bored of predictions of the inevitable....a new system will one day come but for now lots to focus on for this current system with some cracking games still to come.
