Dust: An Elysian Tail is a criminally overlooked Metroidvania, lots of people overlook it for art or furry characters but put that aside, it's one of the best Metroidvania games, has some cool RPG mechanics too so I guess not pure Metroidvania but Metroidvania is definitely the genre that describes it best.

What a waste of a direct, I thought the MOBA fad was dying out, maybe I was just be hopeful, so silly to do a separate presentation just for this.

This is really bad news, mobile gaming is too big of a dark temptation, it's awful that games that have mictrotransactions etc are making so much money, it just makes developers and publishers like Nintendo want to invest more time in to mobile trash, rather than proper pay once or pay extra for proper substantial DLC type games

As much as people won't like me saying this we are heading towards a digital only future, so if you still buy physical make the most of what you can get, it's a big possibility that next gen won't have any physical options.
Concept art for the PS5 literally has "let's go digital" on the front of the console, I do understand collectors etc that like a physical box on their shelves, I'm just trying to be realistic to where things are going.

I thought these DLC packs would have new missions, what's the point of naming them and giving them a title too if they dont? Should just be Marvel Knights pack, Rus of the vampire sounds like it should be a mission

@Saro I didn't say anything against that point, Nintendo would just be better using that money to find a new team who dies want to make Pokemon games, more money wouldn't effect the moral of people who simply just have no passion for making these games now.

@LoveEmpath nope I answered the question, it is that way because they don't want to be making Pokemon games anymore, instead of focusing on the why, I was thinking towards a solution, which would be a new team, that does want to make Pokemon games, Nintendo are to blame just as much if not more, for not addressing this issue.

@Saro sadly not possible, the Pokemon game turnover is literally pretty much one goes into development very soon after the last one is released, wether it be a main series new entry, remake or otherwise.

The only real answer is finding a team who wants to make Pokemon games, not one that just dies it because they have to.

@Saro a complete shift to mobile would be a very foolish move, they split the team because they just don't have passion for making Pokemon anymore, they want to do other things but are stuck making Pokemon, a new team could be very passionate in making a strong new entry in the franchise.

@LoveEmpath this just further goes towards my point that another team would be a better idea for Pokemon, perhaps a bigger one but most importantly one that's passionate about it, not feeling trapped to make them like Game Freak are. Some people don't seem to remember that video games are art and passion is a big part of any art form, if the developers are making a game they don't really want to, it just won't be as good.

@Saro they just want freedom to develop new things, it would honestly be better for Pokemons future door Nintendo to use a new studio

It's up to an individual if they want to be a vegetarian or not but I think they need to understand, the more vegetarians there are, the less animals there will be, not the other way around.

@TheMisterManGuy I agree to a certain point except it's a different thing with existing franchises, take Skyward Sword for example, why should huge Zelda fans not be able to play one of the entries in the franchise?

Yeah important thing here, is motion controls are optional, I really dislike compulsory motion controls, even the few abilities locked behind them in Mario Oddysey is a problem. For many people with health issues they cause pain or are just not actually possible, so therefore in my eyes they're discriminative.
