I guess now we know why the different writers, cast, studio. WB wants to flood us with Batman games. Atleast they are seperate studios, so can take their time, relatively speaking. I hope Dini's back as writer.

I know. I 've asked this question since the first pics were released. We know Conroy could have handled it, and it would be consistant. It's looking like WB just wants Batman games pumped out, with another title (Arkham 3?) to be following close behind, likely as next gen exclusive.

Well, there you go. And surprisingly, not everyone makes the same buying decisions that you do. You or I don't get to decide what's relevant to people. Many people will still find their PS3/360/Wii relevant 5, 10 years from now.

My PS2 is still very much relevant to me, as it still gets the most action.

Maybe because those systems have huge game libraries? These systems probably have atleast another good 2-3 years left in them. That, and we should probably know all the consoles will generally have slow starts.

^ People care about FIFA, Madden, wrestling, and Star Wars, believe it or not. These are cumulative hits that do more harm than good for Nintendo any way you slice it.

Granted, I don't think they've said anything specific about 3DS, but I'd like to know what the excuse would be for that. Guessing they'd claim they don't make money there, either.

This slipshod treatment by devs for e-shop is getting annoying. Subjective things, fine. But tech issues are inexcusable.

Arkham City was great, though I still prefer Asylum because it's more dense and focused.

With all the changes while still carrying the Arkham banner, my interest has faded for now. 3DS will be a new feel I'm more interested in.

X-Men:Destiny was neglected alright. One of the biggest disappointments I've seen. Public Enemy once said, don't believe the hype...

3DS can have some pretty ugly jaggies, no doubt.

The devs for Watch Dogs said graphics and AI are better on PS4, but I can see the argument from the gamepad perspective. How big a deal that will be to most people, who knows.

I wonder how many Wii casuals simply just moved on to tablets and such over the last 5 or so years. So many unknowns and variables at this point.

That's what I felt the concern would be for some time now. In 2- 3 years, developers and consumers may see it as dog tired, when other consoles tend to start peaking.

Sega got peoples attention with the mythical 'blast processing', seeing Sonic blazing through loopty loops, and there was Mario, putt putt puttering in his kart.

Sega was all about the 'power'.

One thing to keep in consideration is both the PS2 and Wii were a hacker's paradise, and this elevates sales. Same can be said for the DS.

If I were to guess, PS4/720 own the mid to late game, with Wii-U holding the early game for a good while.

It could very well be, but I don't own a Wii-U. If anything, I could check it out on a friend's, but she probably won't be interested. She tried Zombie-U, but she is mainly 100%, grade A Mario 4 life. Drives me crazy sometimes.

+1... Sweet game, overlooked in it's time. Last I heard, they teased a sequel relatively recently. Don't know what platforms.

As for Ubi, I'll be getting Watchdogs for PS4. I'm not sure Ubi has any showcase attractions to lure people to Wii-U. The enthusiastic support from them is nice, though.

Oh, other devices have lots of stinkers. Due to quantity, more stinkers. But I can also find more appealing games, too, again due to quantity. Honestly, 1st party aside, dsi/3DSware looks no better than other devices, ware wise. I guess it's just a matter of how much, and how long 1st party can draw the average person.

Thinking about it, I played the Genesis version of Mean Bean Machine. Can anyone tell me the differences... if any?

It's becoming more and more clear to me how other mobile devices/ipad, are becoming the threat that they are. Talking 3rd party dsi/3dsware, ipad is games paradise (bigger selection and cheaper) in comparison. What good is a stick and buttons if the game stinks?

1st party Ninty games, I wouldn't go there. But this threat is looking less and less like myth.

^ PS3 sales were pretty impressive then, considering the system was double the cost of Wii-U.

Well, the Wii had 78 (I believe) EA published games, and the Wii-U has 4, and that may be it. This, to some extent, may be a 'to be determined' scenario.

Nintendo didn't 'piss' me off. And, the whining about it is rather nauseating, considering I know people that have been laid off from their jobs of 20, 30 years employment. Actually employed to earn a living. So, the sympathy is very hard to find here.

I mean this in the nicest way, but fair use can be clear as mud with hidden variables and who knows what. But even if we've got it all figured out, it has no standing here. Clearly not with Nintendo.

Two things. You sample anything from copyrighted material, sell it without permission, and can be proven, you're in a losing case. I like to compose music. It's a hobby. I like to occasionaly rip vinyl from my usb turntable, chop stuff in Edison every which way, and make a new melody out of it. Copyrighted material. I would never sell it.

Secondly, fair use is thrown around alot, but many people don't seem to understand what it means. They'll even slap that excuse in their description box of a copyrighted movie they've uploaded, and claim educational purposes. I don't know exacts of fair use, but I do know there are far more limitations to it, and people falsely claim it.
