Looks like a step up from EA's other indie game, Unravel (while alright, was too short and really easy). Might have to pick this one up all for presentation

@Ventilator NES Mario Bros is awful, but the other versions, more specifically the version on GBA, are mostly alright. However, they did state the Atari 2600 version being the absolute worst of the ports though.

Anyway, I have a feeling Mario Tennis Ultra Smash and The Lost Levels will make the list

Also, you CAN make a Mario story that can have a fun story with fun humor or just even make him cinematic, like Mario Sunshine, the first Mario Galaxy and Mario Odyssey even. Just hoping the writing is up the line of, specifically, Super Paper Mario or Kid Icarus Uprising. Also also, have to agree with the Sony Animation statement. They did the Emoji Movie, but then you look at their filmography, they are a roulette wheel, either great films, filled with talent and then movies like The Smurfs or The Star or Open Season. Still have to wait and see if Illumination doesn't make Mario look bad

@JKRiki Calling Despicable Me incredible would just be giving the movie too much praise. It is more of a good enough, has enough heart and entertaining outing, despite the very noticeable cheap animation and instances of potty humor (considering the first mostly dealt with fun Loony Tunes-esque gags)

@MailOrderNinja And that is kind of the issue. Having fart jokes and slapstick with nothing else to appease the lowest common denominator is a problem, especially with some animated movies. There are both animated movies and movies aimed at kids that don't have to be pandering, that don't have to rely too much on lowbrow humor and is actually done with care and attention, hence the latter movies being more so great for both kids and adults are more well remembered.
