@DanteSolablood I guess, but having at least one of them in each wave could have at least make sense. It would bring in some momentum and increases interest
Where is Ratchet & Clank? Where is Jak and Daxter? Where is Sly Cooper? How can they not use these characters as figurines? Totally missed opportunity. Anyway, few of them are worth collecting, I don't mind buying another Crash figure alongside the Skylanders Crash
@rockman_zero I thought the last good one was the first Lords of Shadow (the only Castlevania where Hideo Kojima was involved in). It was a solid action game with a cool twist at the end
I see many people are disappointed buy this, but for me, personally, this is fantastic. Combining video games with physical arts and crafts is a fantastic idea. It makes the imagination run all wild and it just a sight to behold. My only worry is the quality of the cardboard, but if that is alleviated, I cannot wait to give these as gifts to friends and family
This is kind of ironic. Letting trash come in to the Wii U out but letting out a well received indie adventure game for Switch is kind of painfully moronic
@iLikeUrAttitude I think the original release on PS3 and 360 was in 30 FPS, so it may not be a huge loss it is 30 for the Switch, but being in 60 would be a gift from the heavens.
@KingSandyRavage It's a good game, despite it getting hard to get into after Bloodborne, Dark Souls 3, and Nioh. The difficulty is really noticeable in the middle and end rather than the beginning, but you need to learn about patterns and have to be patient in order to succeed. Really great stuff
I thought yesterday's mini direct was a satisfying appetizer with cool ports and surprises, so an indication that a bigger direct is coming, most likely stating more stuff for Switch and 3DS (and hopefully announcing that Link's Awakening remake for 3DS), is a fantastic and I am anticipating for another big direct in the coming days.
Nintendo thinking that adding the Wii name to a new console would make instant cash is ignorant but kind of a thankful lesson they learned when the Nintendo Switch was in development. Along with doing everything accessible to the developers and consumers, Nintendo is doing some right moves now
I honestly lost interest in this game since, not only was Mario Odyssey announced, but also the mixed to negative reviews, as well as my time playing it at a friend's house. It tries so hard to be like Banjo that it ultimately becomes a problem. It's more of a detriment to the game being like that instead of being it's own thing, gathering a new identity but instead lingers on 90's nostalgia. To the people that actually like it, good for them, but honestly, I felt disappointed with the game.
@19wonders Mega Man X's 5-8 are in there, which is kinda a detriment, but it's close compared to adding in the original Street Fighter in this collection.
@Whopper744 The SF3 series adds multiple supers and parries, while Alpha 3 has the V-ism system. Many added systems and mechanics to each new installment

Re: The Fall Part 2: Unbound Is Set To Take Over The Switch This February
The Fall was an alright game, just hope the sequel does more interesting stuff
Re: Capcom Explains (Again) Why Monster Hunter World Isn't Coming To Switch
Could they still give us a reason why XX didn't make it overseas?

Re: These New PlayStation-Themed Totaku Figurines Sure Do Remind Us Of Something
Also, I didn't know Heihachi was a God of War charcter
Re: These New PlayStation-Themed Totaku Figurines Sure Do Remind Us Of Something
@Nonno_Umby Kat would've been a great candidate too for a figurine. Shame it didn't happen

Re: Feature: Bugging Out With Hollow Knight's Team Cherry
Hollow Knight is a fantastic Metroidvania game. I loved the atmosphere and how the gameplay is handled, very challenging and wonderous to play

@rockman_zero I thought the last good one was the first Lords of Shadow (the only Castlevania where Hideo Kojima was involved in). It was a solid action game with a cool twist at the end
Re: Castlevania's Second Season Airs On Netflix This Summer
@Prizm The games are more aimed at adults and horror fans rather than children. Heck, even recent games have aimed for an M rating
Re: Which Is Better - Sonic Mania Or Sonic CD? Iretrogamer's Power Team Debates It Out
CD's bonus stages are awful and the perspective going on makes it hard to play. Mania is obviously much more better and much more fun
Re: Feature: Nintendo Labo Shouldn't Be A Big Surprise, Nintendo Is A Toymaker First And Foremost
Nintendo is always letting kids imagination run wild. I'm so happy it's still going through. Seems like Labo is the Lego Mindstorms of Nintendo toys

Re: Developers Can Now Use The Versatile PhyreEngine On Nintendo Switch
More room for support for the Switch as all well and good in my eyes
Re: Developers Can Now Use The Versatile PhyreEngine On Nintendo Switch
@SanderEvers You mean Journey on PS4? Sorry, but it's a Sony exclusive, so no dice
Re: Soapbox: Is Super Mario Odyssey the Best Mario Game Ever?
It's definitely up there with Super Metroid and A Link to the Past for being one of the best games ever made
Re: Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Super Mario 3D Land And Ultimate NES Remix Join The Nintendo Selects Range
@Timsworld Watch your profanity young man. Kids are watching (still wish Kid Icarus Uprising would get some future recognition)
Re: Rumour: A New Perfect Dark Game Is In Development, But Rare Isn't Involved
Third times the charm for bringing Perfect Dark to the modern. Hope it's well done (like Killer Instinct) instead of yet another throwaway sequel

This is kind of ironic. Letting trash come in to the Wii U out but letting out a well received indie adventure game for Switch is kind of painfully moronic
Re: Scribblenauts Showdown Officially Confirmed For Switch Release This March
Hope this new dev will live up to the legacy of 5th Cell. Really loved the games on DS and on Wii U (besides the DC one)
Re: Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Super Mario 3D Land And Ultimate NES Remix Join The Nintendo Selects Range
Perfect if you're getting into the 3DS. Nintendo making it easier for late adopters
Re: Rumour: Another 2D Metroid Has Begun Development
@Prizm Well, there IS a growing base for the 3DS thanks to Pokémon, so there has to be SOME games before making a full transition. I'm kind of disappointed too but at the same time, the 3DS is cheap and has great library, that feeling went away. If Nintendo can stall for that long while delivering some great games, I can live with that
Re: Rumour: Another 2D Metroid Has Begun Development
I'm really wondering if it's a brand new one for Switch or another one for 3DS. Also wondering if Mercurysteam is involved
Re: That Freedom Planet Tease Really Was A Joke, But Dev Is Now Exploring Options
Don't do that again devs. People REALLY want games on the Switch and Freedom Planet would've been a good addition

The more the merrier!

Re: Bayonetta 2 On Switch Will Come With These Changes
I will double dip all for the sake of supporting Platinum
If there is an update for the performance of the game to make it at a locked 60 FPS though...
Beautiful

My homeland, never change, please
Re: Video: The 21 Best GameCube Games Money Can Buy
@SimplyCinnamon53 I can recollect that Nintendo always reveal the date of the next Direct two days prior... so tuesday would be most likely
Re: Video: The 21 Best GameCube Games Money Can Buy
I'd love the list in text form.
On a side note, majority of Gamecube games are seriously expensive. Gotta be lucky on finding a good copy for cheap
Edit: No mention on Rogue Squadron, the Resident Evil remake, or even Viewtful Joe? Quite a bummer
Re: A Nindies New Year Sale Has Begun on Switch Today
The games provided on this sale are really solid titles, fun for anyone
Re: Rumour Buster: That New Switch Firmware 5.0 Leak Is Amazing, But Fake
Bubsy is coming to the Switch. I know it because my uncle works at Nintendo

Oh no, I am diagnosed as gamer
Re: Random: You Can Now Play Ripened Tingle's Balloon Trip of Love in English
The best Zelda game now translated? Thank you lord above
Re: PlatinumGames Is Looking To Create A Brand New IP
I would love something different coming from them soon, like Infinite Space or Vanquish or even The Wonderful 101
Re: ARMS Version 5.0 Is Now Live
Looks like she is followings the trend, just like Laura and Sombra
Re: Nintendo Download: 21st December (Europe)
Sega charging for a feature that should always be in a Sonic game is really pathetic
Re: Feature: Vote For Your 2017 Nintendo Life Game of the Year
Super Mario Odyssey is my choice. The purest essence on what a video game should be
Re: Video: It's Time to Look at the 31 Best Nintendo 3DS Games of All Time
Kind of a wish wash list. 3D Land, Link Between Worlds, and Awakening should've been on the higher places
Re: ARMS Version 5.0 Update is Coming This Year, With Another New Character
Moira in Arms confirmed
Re: Rumour: Burnout Paradise Gets Rated For Switch Release In Brazil
Why can't Criterion just stick to Burnout?

Re: Nintendo Switch is Still Number One in the Japanese Charts
Off topic, but huzzah for Yakuza for taking the top spot. 0 and Kiwami are really great games to play
Re: Nintendo Switch Reaches 10 Million Global Sales In Its First Nine Months
That really makes me happy. Hope it outsells the Wii U by March and soon surpass the Gamecube's sales in the future

@19wonders Mega Man X's 5-8 are in there, which is kinda a detriment, but it's close compared to adding in the original Street Fighter in this collection.

Re: Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection Rumbles Onto Switch May 2018
Third Strike on the Switch is the best decision Capcom has ever made
Re: Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 Are Arriving on Switch in February
Seems like Bayonetta is now a full on Nintendo character now.
Re: Video: Yooka Laylee Runs Surprisingly Well on Switch Compared to the Xbox One Version
Nice, but the price is still a huge turnoff in comparison to other and better games (like A Hat in Time)
