If you just tried button mashing your way through Other M I imagine you'd get killed pretty quick.

I think other M haters were just expecting another Super Metroid.

I don't care how many people wanna hate on Other M.
I personally enjoyed it and would like to see the next Metroid take ideas from the last game and expand on it.
Samus needed a personality and no matter how you feel about the one they gave her at least she's more human now.
If you played Fusion you'd know she's more than just an emotionless alien blasting bad ass.
If you wanted that you're playing the wrong franchise.

I keep trying to talk myself into Zombie BBQ but I get the feeling I'll be let down.
Seems like it would get old fast.
If I didn't already have Chronos twins on Wiiware i'd probably download the Dsiware version.

To save Wiiware from the flood of garbage that's been getting released lately.

When and if this game does get released there better not be any glitches or other problems. Remember when Cave story finally hit Wiiware? Yeah let's have no more screw ups like that.

Metroid 2 on Gameboy was actually the start of my love for the series. It was only magnified when I got my hands on Super Metroid. Been a fan ever since! I couldn't really play the first one worth a damn though.
I like this series for breaking away from the norm. It proved all videogame girls don't have to be helpless damsels waiting to be rescued.

If Nintendo had any respect for this anniversary at all they'd give us Return of Samus on 3DS VC.

Oh and I'd just like to say Other M did not ruin Samus.
I too am a fan since the early days and I still enjoyed it.

Never heard of this game before.

Well I guess it would be neat having portable Nes games.
i just can't imagine there'd be that many people with a 3DS but no Wii.

Can't we already get pretty much any Nes game we ever wanted on Wii VC by now? What's left that hasn't already been released?
I can't really think of any that I wanted that hasn't already been made available.

Surely you'd think that GBA games will eventually be available to everyone right? I don't have to worry about it but It wouldn't seem fair if those GBA games never were on there for anybody with a 3DS.

Giving away 20 Nes games for free is hard to believe though.
I had a feeling GBA games would be coming but never expected Nes.

I never expected I'd be buying this but you changed my mind.

So this get's a whole 3 extra points compared to the Nes version just for being 3D?
How does it go from a 4/10 to 7/10 so easily?
I skipped the Wii VC version but this one has me tempted.

I used to have a little stuffed Gizmo doll I carried around with me when I was a kid.
I was obsessed with those movies.
I remember they had a Gremlins game on Nes that I rented alot.
It was actually pretty good.
I might have to track it down sometime.

I've got no problem at all with Ganon being left out this time.
It was getting old having him in every Zelda game.
This new guy seems interesting. Let's hope his character is memorable.

It sure annoyed me when Wiiware came along and pushed aside the real games on VC. Those old favorites we all know and love got put on hold even longer.
The fact is most of those Wiiware games are half ed trash.

Wiiware for the most part has been a big letdown.
Only the Retro styled revival games were truly satisfying to me.
Mega man 9 and 10 still stand as my favorite games on the service.
It's a real shame when things like La-mulana get held back until god knows when but they keep adding garbage instead.

When a game is cancelled doesn't that mean there's no going back?
I mean... When you're dead that's it right?
Anyways it's looking like Mega man 9 and 10 was Capcom's way of saying goodbye to our blue hero.
The next time we all hear any news about a new Mega man game we'll all scoff and say.... Yeah right.

This will be my first ever Rayman game.
I just never tried any other games in the series for some reason.

Why does every game made or published by Nicalis for Wiiware take so freakin long to be released? What's the problem?

Xevious is not nor was it ever a good game.
Adding 3D to it doesn't suddenly make it a good game.
Just look at the review for the Wii VC version.
A score of 4/10 is not what I'd consider a worthy addition to VC.
No need to wait for a review of the 3D classics version.
It's the same lousy game in 3D.

How did they get enough support when making Mega man 9 and 10?
Weren't they affraid that wouldn't turn a profit?
After all they were 8-bit games made in a world of HD and high res graphics. Several people (mostly the younger crowd) were complaining about Capcom being lazy for using the old outdated graphics.
Somehow they still made an impact and people took notice.

Mega man 2 on Gameboy is the one that really sucks. I don't know what happened to the music but good god. The sound in that one is awful. The best ones are 4 and 5.
I owned both back then and played them all the time.

Can't wait until they announce Mega man 11 then pull it right out from under us.
All they have left is Zombies and fighting games.
This company might as well go bankrupt like so many others lately.

Yes, The stages themselves are slightly different than their Nes counterparts but I've always viewed them as the poor kids Mega man.
It was the only alternative for kids who's parents couldn't affort an Nes.
mixing the bosses between the games was odd. At least each game had a Wily fortress that was different than the ones on Nes.

Luckily I still have my original cart of Gameboy Mega man V!
In some ways I think it's better than the Nes MMV.
It's the only game to feature Tango the Robo cat and the planet themed bosses are cool as well.
I still pop it in my Super Gameboy sometimes and play it on the TV in color!

Only the 5th Gameboy Mega man is really worth it since it's entirely original and not just a watered down Nes version like 1-4.
We kinda already knew this would be coming though.
After all Japan got Wily's revenge. Why wouldn't we?
If Capcom wants to make up to the fans after the horrible news today how about releasing MM6 and X2, X3 for Wii VC?

Let me know when Belmont's Revenge, Return of Samus or Mario Land 2 get's rated.

The Arcade version of Zevious isn't much better.
It was a crap game then. It's still a crap game today.
Even for an early shooter this is bottom of the barrel stuff.
3D classic my rear end.

They haven't given up on the Wii VC. Just last week in America we got super E.D.F. for Snes and a couple weeks before that Final Fantasy VI.
I don't think the Wii shop is being abandoned just yet.
