The cutscenes in X3 were kinda nice but most would agree the music of the non Snes version was butchered badly.
I wanted to cry when I heard it.

Bout time Mega man X showed up. Now I wait for Mega man X3.
The X collection disc had the PS1 version of X3 with remixed music that was just terrible. The Snes game sounded much better. It's still my favorite of the X series. Love that thrilling intro where you play as Zero!
Until that one is released I'll just have to wait for X1.

I'd say the chances of a U.S. release are pretty good. The DS remake has been out long enough now so sales shouldn't be effected. Kirby Superstar was released on VC despite there being a DS remake also.
It's about time this game got a release.

It's only just coming out people. The good games will come. Buy it on day one and yeah It's gonna be a slow start. Every system has it's humble beginings.

I'll probably be getting my 3DS in may for my birthday so by then the E shop will be ready to go. I won't even notice the wait. Since most of the launch titles aren't that amazing I won't need one on the first day.

Just as I suspected. More worthless crap on Wiiware. I miss the days when they were actually trying to make good games for the service. Back when Wiiware was on a roll with stuff like Mega man 9 and 10 as well as Konami's Rebirth games.

This is great news! I still think Chrono Trigger needs to be added eventually even though they remade it for DS. It's been long enough that sales shouldn't be effected. I'm eager to try Lufia since I hear good things but never played it.

We'll probably get the Gameboy games on 3DS at least.

Now if we can just get all these Adventure Island games finally released and possibly a translated Monster world 4 then there's alot of games to look forward to. VC is getting quite a boost lately thanks to Hudson!
Guess their takeover by Konami wasn't the end of the world after all.

Adventure Island 2 on Nes has been rated already but not the third yet.
I imagine part 3 won't be far behind. There's no reason it can't be released if we are getting the others. I'd really like to see the 4th Nes game get released but that would have to be an import. It never came out in america.

I agree. I would give this about a 7 as well. Okay so it's a little rough around the edges but still decent. Opinions on this game sure are divided. I've actually heard some people say this is one of their favorite bomberman games. Others just whine about no multiplayer and call it a bad game based on that. Well anyway I'm having fun.

Since I was never a big fan of the 2-D Bomberman games I think I could probably enjoy this. I won't be focusing on the lack of multiplayer so much. I'll just look at this as a 3-D platformer. I usually have fun with those.

This looks just as good as Lego Star wars and Lego Indy. I'll be picking this one up as soon as I can. A Lego Pirates life for me Harr harr.

Yes!!! super Adventure Island! I always wanted to try this one. Now just get the 2nd and 3rd Nes games on there and I'll be a happy guy. Ever since Hudsons takeover we've sure been getting alot of Hudson games. Must be their way of saying thanks for all the support over the years. Hudson/Konami we thank you!

Now why would this trailer convince anyone to buy this if the first one sucked?

I know what you mean. There's far too much negativity in gamers these days. So many people hating on new games just because. I can see why some were not as impressed with Sonic 4 Ep 1 but I don't think it was a wasted effort. There is of course room for improvement. Just make it longer and less of a Rehash and I'll be happy.

I really enjoyed Sonic 4 Episode 1. Too many people seem overly obsessed with the physics that weren't exactly like the Genesis games.
It didn't ruin the game for me at all. Also I thought the music was great. If you didn't like Splash hill's theme you might wanna have your hearing checked. It was a bit short but I still loved Episode 1.
Bring on Episode 2!

I agree with you about Star Fox Adventures. I mean what's not to like about it? It had outstanding graphics and it was a much longer experience than those shooter based Star Fox games. It also reminded me of Zelda which I love. Just because it wasn't a shooter people think it sucked.
That just makes me sad.

Why all this talk about Rare rejoining Nintendo lately? If It's not going to happen and hasn't even been hinted at then stop teasing us. They should have never left in the first place. The best games they ever made came out on Nintendo systems. Nuts and bolts indeed. Way to ruin one of my favorite franchises. Traitors I say!

Just because it's different doesn't make it bad. Unless everything else about the game sucks.

As a fan of platformer games I can't see why I didn't try this out back in the N64 days.

That does look like an extremely cool game. Who says the VC is washed up? Doesn't look like it to me. This year is already off to a good start.

Yeah Final Fantasy VI is on it's way! I was wondering if they'd ever release that one. I assumed they would some day. I just can't get into the newer games in the series. The 2-D classic style just has more charm and appeal to me.

I really enjoyed Okami on Wii so I'll be adding this one to my collection eventually. Is this a direct sequel or more of a spin off? I haven't been really keeping informed on this new game.

The only wrestling game I ever really liked was I think WCW Vs. NWO on N64. There was this Ninja Character who could do all kinds of cool flips and stuff. He had this move where you would run at the other guy and walk up his chest then grab him in a leg lock and slam him to the mat. He was my favorite wrestler. I'm not even that much into these type of games but that one ruled!

That certainly sounds promising. It has been a while since we got any import games. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Is the game really so hard to figure out without a translation? Most of the basic instructions should be in the operations guide anyway right?

You gotta wonder. If the game is nearly unplayable without a translation then why the heck would they release it outside of Japan? Maybe they do plan to translate it. So far I think Sin and Punishment is the only VC game that's had a full translation. There's already been a fan translation of Monster world IV. Can't they just use that?

Wonderboy is a series I became very fond of through the VC. I never knew of them until I bought them off the shop. Now they are among my favorites. I so hope we get this final game at some point. It would be a real pleasant surprise.

For me it all started with A Link to the past. That's the game that hooked me to the series for life. To celebrate everybody should go play it again.
Now I patiently wait for Skyward Sword.

When will these companies learn? We don't want glorified screen savers. We want actual games that we can play and have fun with.

Well that's certainly a light at the end of the tunnel! I enjoyed all three Nes Adventure Island games. I'll get them all if they eventually make it to VC. I'm probably just getting my hopes up but I guess it could happen. The Snes ones would be nice too.

Dang there's hardly anything good coming out for Wiiware or VC anymore. The Wii shop seems to be close to death. Can't really say I have high hopes for the 3DS VC service.

I will never understand why people will buy something like this as a collectors item with the intention of never opening it. Somebody who actually wants to play the game could have it. Keeping it locked away in a box never to be used seems pretty wastefull. It's not like years from now somebody will get rich off an old Wii game.

Awesome news! I was one of the unlucky ones who waited too long to get it. This time I will not wait. I'm not going to let it get away from me this time.

Dang make up your mind Nintendo. The anticipation is killing me.
Now I wait for Metroid 2 Return of Samus! Finally my long lost game will be returned to me in time. Sooner hopefully rather than later. I'll keep my fingers crossed for GBA games possibly in the future.

It's funny you should mention the word Scat has to do with Jazz music.
The voice of the character Jazz in the 80's Transformer cartoon was a man called Scatman Crothers. That's kinda neat.

Scat could also mean take a hike or get lost. Maybe the game's heroes are telling the bad guys to take a hike so they called their team scat. Get it?

I'm thinking of getting this or maybe Forgotten worlds. Anyone here played them both that can tell me which is better overall. Obviously the Genesis would have better graphics and a less offensive name but still I'm undecided.

In all Honesty ever since I started gaming there hasn't been a huge amount of Hudson games I liked. I was never that big a fan of Bomberman and the Adventure Island series was alright but It was only slightly interesting to me. Such a shame about that new Bonk game.
All that promoting the game and getting everyone all excited for nothing.
