Re: A Limited Edition Fortnite Nintendo Switch Bundle Has Been Announced For Europe

@MathGeekDave Did you ever collect toys or anything at all as a kid? Like not having rare Pokemon cards, or certain crazy bones was seen as a bad thing
The problems with Fortnite aren't Fortnite specific.
Bullying for not having certain popular/expensive ones? Literally any toy craze, and clothing brands too
Expensive to maintain an interest in? Literally anything collectable, like Thomas & Friends, Pokemon cards, LEGO, the physical Fortnite toys, toy cars etc
By your logic, All toys, clothes and hobbies are bad. Which is basically nearly every single thing a child shows an interest in

@Archius9 "Gross, why a game I don't like? Why not a game I like with a matching colour scheme?"
Maybe, Archius9, Fortnite is a massive game that could shift units, with millions of players consistently for the last, like, 4 years.
Whereas Luigi's Mansion is significantly less popular and far less likely to make a child yell "MUM, LOOK"
That's what they need, a "MUM, LOOK" item. And, especially after a year of being released, I can't imagine anyone saying that to a Luigi's Mansion themed Switch.

Why can't they think lmao, I'm expecting it's gonna be mass produced WAY more than any other game, otherwise all they've done is slap together an incomplete and overpriced rom collection, released it in a way that's gonna make a LOT of people miss out OVER CHRISTMAS and make this mess last 6 months
Like how are they gonna make it available from April onwards, and when is Galaxy 2 gonna be added

Re: September Issue Of Nintendo Dream To Reveal Switch Game "Everyone Will Enjoy"

LilMuku

@Archius9 and just like the over abundance of movie remakes now, just because it serves a purpose doesn't mean it’s not a quick and easy way of avoiding actually being creative.
The thing is, the Switch only gets away with it because theres no backwards compatibility.
Also, honestly, punishing Switch owners that had the Wii U just because people couldn’t see how good the Wii U was is rather horrific.

Re: "Strong Possibility" Of A Nintendo Broadcast Next Week, Suggests Industry Insider

LilMuku

The only thing that’ll make up for the silence is if we get the Wii U’s virtual console library (that also remembers what you bought on your Wii U so you can re download for free since for some reason the Wii U couldnt do that with Wii purchases), streaming and internet browser apps, home menu customisation with themes like the 3DS, and new first party games that aren't spinoffs, remakes OR ports.

Also if anyone thinks that that sounds like a lot, ask yourself why the standard from a decade ago is too much to ask now

Re: Poll: No, Really, What Was Nintendo's Worst Year?

LilMuku

@Ultrasmiles no release has even been given for those games
Unreleased 2020 games are only valid if s definite release date for this year has been given
Bayonetta, BOTW 2 and Metroid were never even given a 2020 date, in fact Bayonetta and Metroid are still early in development .

Also the fact that you listed a remake and a bunch of games that arent even confirmed for this year to defend 2020 is really quite alarming
