so if ninty decides to bring the pro overseas (havn't heard if they will yet); and they discontinue the old style controller, will that make them rare a few years down the road (if that ever happens)?
I read his post (I don't read all comments when I check for the weekly update); after you guys were talking about him and it did seem kind of awkward to me, it's hard to tell if it's trolling or just a problem on its own...
i've only had the RROD happen to me once, it's almost been a year since it happened and it hasn't done it again, my warranty was out, but microsoft was nice enough to fix it for me for free, all I had to do was send it to UPS, and I lived close to the repair center so I got it back quick.
my wii has been pretty good to me since I got it in 2007, allthough every so often the graphics will slow down noticeably in gameplay, this is rare though, i'd like to know what causes it, has anyone else had this problem happen to their wii?
I'll get Revenge of Shinobi down the road, a little bit interested in the slot car game, and I think the DSi has to many brain games already, but still revenge of shinobi is enough for me.
awesome update for the guys in EU, I have this on the 6 Pak for my Genesis, the shinobi series is awesome, wish I could find the cart by itself, oh this game is also rated for the states, so it should come out anytime now
this is a male oriented update, with sexy poker being at 500 that'll be in the Wiiware top 20 in a few days, I guarentee it, also Tecmo Bowl arcade is awesome as well, last week I got Marvel vs Capcom 2 on 360, and this week, I'll get Sexy Poker _
I started to get worried about the VC when the Japanese VC started to slow down, they were getting 12 releases a month, then 8, then 6 and so on, this month they only got like 4 or 5 scheduled releases, so to me it looks like Nintendo is slowing down all regions of the VC.
I also look at it like this, the US has 309 games, EU has 302 the VC backlog is really big, I mean Nintendo has given us what a lot of us want, and when your done buying all the VC games, you have all the Wiiware to download.
It updates every week with more Wiiware games so it's not like we're not getting anything, also I've been going to the local stores to find games for the older consoles and some I've missed out on when I was growing up that I wanted to get, the retro scene seems more active these days than it was before.
I look at it this way, Nintendo gave us 2 VC games 2 weeks ago and to me it looks like we would've got Pulseman last week, and Secret Command this week, which would make sense.
I'm surprised I havn't downloaded Startropics II yet, we got those games awhile back I'm a little interested in Bomberman 94' but I never really played the Bomberman games at all.
lets see Alex Kidd in Shinobi World (SMS); Golden Axe (arcade); Secret of Shinobi (Gen); Sonic Triple Trouble (SMS/GG); and a few others I can't think of right now
Nothing really interests me in July's release list, I already have Shinobi unlocked in Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for the 360, and I also have Super Punch Out, Final Fantasy III was never released for the NES outside Japan so nothing really to outstanding.
I wonder when we'll get the first Final Fantasy though?
I just got SimEarth earlier, if you like the Sim games you'll like SimEarth, Water Warfare does sound interesting, but the Japanese title for it is different Bang Bang Kids sounds like some kind of broadway show lol
If Capcom ever jumps on VCA support, yes we will see the arcade versions of SF2, personally I'd get those as well considering I already have the home console versions on the VC, the arcade versions are much better, also having Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo on the VCA would be awesome.
I have yet to download the clock applications, and if I were to get one it would be the Mario versions, but still I agree with the review it does seem like a quick cash in for nintendo and a waste

Re: Nintendo Rep: Virtual Console Being Toned Down
I commented earlier, but I thought comment number 7 was hilarious
Re: What Neo Geo games do you want to see on the Virtual Console?
I'd like to see more neo geo games such as fatal fury special, garou mark of the wolves, or even SVC chaos.

Re: Nintendo Download: Monkeys, Musketeers, Cards and Sudoku (US)
My question is, when will the VC update return??
Re: Nintendo Download: Monkeys, Musketeers, Cards and Sudoku (US)
I look at it this way, Nintendo gave us 2 VC games 2 weeks ago and to me it looks like we would've got Pulseman last week, and Secret Command this week, which would make sense.
Unless Ninty forgot about the VC entirely.... Hmm
Re: Nintendo Download: Kirby's Dream Land 3, Twinbee, ColorZ, Heracles and Sudoku (EU)
the US got these games awhile back, Kirby is pretty good, I never downloaded Twinbee so I can't say if it's good or not.
Re: Nintendo Download: 21-22 July 2009 (Japan)
Come on Nintendo release the first Final Fantasy already, not a bad update for the Japanese owners
Re: What Capcom games do you want to see on the Virtual Console?

Good update for the WiiWare, I'm sure others will complain about our VC release, we needed to catch up anyway.

Re: Nintendo Download: Drill Sergeants, Puzzles, Golf, Art Styles and Planets (US)
I'm intrigued to buy SimEarth, EU folks get this on Friday as Hudson already announced it, still 5 games is quite nice.
