@Equinox don't say Trap lol. Seriously its an awesome game when played properly but to do that you need teamwork and communication. As we know Nintendo are not good with that ( re: the app ) it can easily be played without voice but the game would be diminished without it.

I've noticed much of the Nintendo community are very much against online MP gaming and its a shame as I feel it lengthens a games lifespan. Can you imagine BOTW online like Elder Scrolls Online?

I remember these. I'm sure I had ball,vermin and a donkey Kong one. Very basic but at the time early 80's they were like magic in your hand ( i was 9 )

@Dezzy it would make MORE sense to follow your local butcher as they may have some great offers on, unless your a vegan but they would already know your a vegan as you would have told them and blocked them, but a celebrity model will only advertise for others and virtue signal at you telling you how awfull you are unless you do as they say. The Downloadable content that I don't have a choice in paying for. Surely it ceases to be DLC if it's included in the purchase. Can I buy Skyrim for the switch without the DLC at a cheaper price ?

M8 thats a long winded way of saying it's a six year old port, specifically developed ? A link sword tunic and shield & some motion controls It's an old port albiet a very very good one. He does have some valid points though...some not all. I would rather see new stuff rather than ports but not having owned a Wii U I want to see ports of some amazing games I've missed. So I can't complain when ports of games come that I played many years ago, but I believe they are sometimes over priced. Take Skyrim which is a fantastic game and for those who never played it I understand why they will pay the high price for a 6 year old port that has no mods or the new survivor mode. I would have rather have seen Elder Scrolls Online or Fallout 4.

@UmniKnight, challenging and difficult no doubt but if it's worth it to Blizzard I'm sure they will. Overwatch is constantly changing and adding things, I can see why constantly patching another system on top of the ones already running would be a headache for them. EA will not want to confuse or overwhelm Nintendo users like with FIFA 16 (sorry 18)
So expect a Battlefront 1 port with less content no campaign but lots of lovely micro tran$actions and loot crates because as with all other devices they are easy to squeeze into the game.

Yes those terrible UK gamers not paying £55 for basically a skinned fifa 16 with most of the content missing and not being able to invite a friend to a game online and not being able to use all the controls in the 2 joycon vs mode. That being said I hear it's good to play and works quite well as a game...fifa 16.

EA should have called this Fifa Switch as it bears little to no resemblance to 'Fifa 18' and the pricing should have been realistic to what it really is, a stripped down port that they managed to squeeze in FUT micro transactions....says it all really GREED !

EA' s masking technique finally revealed and shows how Fifa 16 quickly and with little effort became Fifa 18.

EA have the best farming simulator in the business.

2 days before release, no reveiw codes for switch, no switch demo, it's EA. I have no confidence in buying this without seeing it in the hands of reviewers who are able to and have the minerals to criticise it.

Be carefull what you wish for. More apps more updates more bloated. My Xbox1 is now a cluttered bloated mind boggling UI that's shockingly laggy and requires massive lengthy updates often. The switch needs to remain clean quick and intuitive. Some apps by all means but pls Nintendo be sensible.

Of course your right xb1 & ps4 are more powerfull but do you think Fifa stresses them to their limit? I doubt it, not even close. I really believe the switch could run Fifa 18 as the other consoles do.

It tells of how Nintendo users were saved from being confused by too many modes and because it's a social platform they didn't want to overwhelm us. It's basically patronizing at a god-like level and if you read it and dont feel outraged and that the switch version ( at least this year ) is nothing more than a rushed cash grab 'experiment' ( the devs words )

It won't be just the modes or frostbite missing. I'm going to wait for in depth comparison videos before I buy. I think ( i might be wrong, hope I am ) that many things will be different or dumbed down, animations, new features that the main version are getting like changes to the crossing system, individual players animations e.g. Robben & Ronaldos running style, immersive atmosphere and team style changes to the game will they be different or just missing. Even EA are at pains to stress and advertise this as a different version because they know it can't be compared to the other versions. ' Best PORTABLE version of FIFA ever created ' tells you what you need to know.

Why not Elder Scrolls online ? Skyrim is 6 years old. If you have never played it then yeah it's a great game but I played it a lot on my 360 & I can't do it again at a AAA price.

I don't mind paying full price for new games on the switch. I do however mind paying full price for games that are sometimes 6 years old ( Skyrim/L.A. Noire etc ).
