Yeaaahhh... They are that desperate to try and keep Splatfests unpredictable. But hey, it adds to the overall fun. ... Front Roll if it truly is the same in NA. Ive seen the inconvenience of the Back Roll firsthand.

Wow, I thought some of the themes couldn't get much worse, but I was proven wrong. XD It will likely be the same theme for NA, but I was hoping for a Halloween theme. I guess there's still a small chance for there to be one closer to Halloween itself, but the Splatfests seem to be about a month apart, so my hopes aren't that high. Oh well, at least I get to be on Pearl's team again!

Anyone who has played Thimbleweed Park will appreciate this theme.

Another Switch game where I stumbled upon this toiletpaper thing is Thimbleweed Park. It has an option menu where you can change the the toilet paper positioning in the game to front or back.

Nintendo has been very unfair in giving all the great choices to Marina's side and thankfully most players can stop choosing their favorite character's side and choose properly for once, just like the good old Squid Sister days. #SquidSisterForever

Front, always front. In the back it stays in contact with the wall so... That's impossible. I actually once had a long discussion about this topic with a group of friends, so I guess this IS an actual argument!

I did have to go and check my bathroom as I wasn't sure whether I was a front roll or back roll person. My sister told me I was doing it wrong and I do front roll.

Looking at the comments above though front roll seems the way to go.

That’s so true! Aquaman is so badass and people just say, “Oh he just talks to fish,” or whatever. Even that on its own is incredibly powerful considering the sheer amount of aquatic life on the planet. But the super strength, invulnerability, super swim speed and Atlantean tech, the guy deserves to be mentioned in the same conversation as the other Justice League heavy hitters. Obviously I’m a Flash fan, but he is the second character I am most interested to see portrayed in the movie. Both very excited and apprehensive.

@shani I was at an office the other day (well it was more like a town house turned into a block of offices) and when I went to their toilet and they were using the back roll method. So people certainly do it.

I'd probably put it the front way if I was doing it....but I wonder how much difference it really makes. Seems like a really odd thing to have a strong opinion about.

Back roll all the way. Never had a problem with it. Tried front roll for a while and it just wasn't for me. It will be an awkward splatfest since we seem to be a very tiny minority though.

I almost expect a "chicken or egg?" contest next.

I must be missing some kind of dumb inside joke! Why are people actually defending front roll so passionately?? This must be one of those inside jokes cause it is a little ridiculous. I use Back roll because it is physically easier and works more smoothly. The benefits of Back roll are obviously better than the simply "Patented" Correctness which have almost no benefits. Honestly, Honestly, Honestly this joke is going to far but I guess that is what these kinds of jokes do, take something wrong and jokingly keep going because that's "funny".
