@DarthNocturnal In my opinion if the emulation offers more enhanced visuals and filters like NES Classic I wouldn't mind $1 per NES game again. Same for other systems. It takes effort and money to develop these games on brand new hardware.

I hope they can get Original Wii games on VC, it would take a lot to emulate the controls though. Could it be done if the system is powerful enough? I know I can buy them on Wii U but I want the games to carry over!

They didn't show what the new amiibo does, that's what disappointed me the most.

At least 50% would get me to buy Skyward Sword again, but why such measly discounts? There should also be a freebie option for 230 gold coins.

What will the rest of the amiibo do exactly? They never touched upon it at E3.

Unfortunately this system consists of mostly fighting games, I don't know any games other than Metal Slug and Magician Lord that switch up the overload that is the fighting genre on this system.

If Skyrim Remastered is full price, I can't see getting it until a heavy discount...it's just a slight upgrade even though I want to support 3rd parties on Nintendo. Although if Doom gets a port....Day One!

Are the recent Telltale games any good? Last one I played was Strong Bad and LOVED it! I'm a pretty big fan of Guardians of the Galaxy...

I remember there was a rumor months ago about another Yoshi game with the rabbids in them. Guess it was partially correct? The rabbid characters in question are designed specifically for children. But you have to put yourself in a mindset that it's okay to have immature characters, it's for the sake of everyone's fun. Get what I'm saying? Then maybe everyone can enjoy the game too! Like I did with Rabbids Go Home and I was definitely past the "age" for it.

Mario Sports Mix for 3ds or whatever its called, has golf in it already! That's a big red flag right there, and I'm hoping it will also be on the Switch as well.

I was hoping the Poochy amiibo would unlock the 3DS game's content in the Wii U version. Adding new stuff and not giving an update to owners of the original game, makes me feel a little uneasy.

@MarcelRguez Europe got it for free (with coins) I believe. 230 Gold Coins I won't be using otherwise. Never mind I think it was 50% off but they could give it away like DCK Returns.

@Moshugan They could release a 2D Mario for the launch. But hopefully it's more inspired than New Super Mario Bros. Imagine a 2D Mario with hand-drawn graphics akin to Wario Land: Shake It! That's what I'd like to see, with a mission mode like in New SMB U.

Does Donkey Kong Jungle Beat for Wii tire you out? Because I keep getting blisters playing the original and the controls don't seem to be as responsive as normal controls. Is there any flicking of the stick? Because I found that annoying when using normal controls in the GameCube version.

Didn't expect there to be a date two and a half months prior to this thing. But now I can stop wondering and put my Switch hype on the back-burner until then. Thanks Nintendo for sharing this information earlier than usual.

It hasn't been confirmed though if you HAVE to buy the add-on controllers with it though....if it does that will drive up the cost significantly. I'm a little worried, but still it's DAY ONE for me! No regrets buying Wii U Day One either.

How disappointing it is that there is no New 3DS special features. I wish there was more of a reason that I got the system for. Oh well, it's not like I wouldn't have bought a second 3DS for multiplayer anyway.... :/

They didn't re-release the second Game Gear Shinobi game and Sega stopped Game Gear games altogether on the 3DS eShop. I wonder why....

I'm still wondering what that My Nintendo Ticket included with the Famicom and possibly the Mini-NES is for....

@Folkloner I'm sure we will know by the amiibo's release date...but either way I'm going to get the awesomely nostalgic Oot and 8-bit Links for now. If the functionality is good then I'll pick up the Wind Waker ones.

2 Great VC Weeks in a row for me then! I enjoyed March of the Minis more than I thought I would. Planning on getting Kirby Canvas Curse since Rainbow Curse was my cup of tea (I was able to play the whole game looking at the T.V. no problem). As for Wild World, it's successors made the game obsolete. Rather get New Leaf later on if I want my Animal Crossing fix.

@Exy I know what you mean there. I'm playing through Dragon Quest 7 3ds, and while it's a fantastic game it has pop-ins which isn't a big deal regarding gameplay...but it's noticeable and can take you out of the immersion.

Having 60 FPS would help set it apart from other games that try to push the graphics. Some developers choose to put definition over FPS. I can't/don't understand that...FPS can help the game-play by creating more realistic physics and/or real-time puzzles.

I got to know something! I own one New 3DS system, can I therefore scan an amiibo for each system or do I need to buy the accessory?

Well, I guess 3D Sonic 3 is pretty much a given now. I also wasn't 100% sure that Sega would eventually get to these games on the eShop. I'm also glad we won't have to wait until next year like the other waves. Best NEWS I've Read Since, Well the Nintendo Direct. Also "Free" Mewtwo releasing tomorrow put a smug grin on my face! :3

I still think Diddy Kong has a shot for Wii U VC. Mostly in-part because of the game's title. I'm still pretty sure they could contact Rare (as that's probably what they did to resolve getting back the Donkey Kong Country games that they rightfully own) to get the game on Wii U. I doubt "Diddy Kong" would make it to Xbox.... >.>

@RupeeClock There was also Toss the Turtle on Newgrounds which was popular at the time, but it doesn't hold up well as Blast RPG. There's another browser game I played recently that was so good I wish it was expanded and on the eShop, "Fearless" which is an addictive take on endless runners.

This game reminds me of a really great BROWSER game called Blast RPG that kept me going until the very end and relied on skill. It's the real definition of a good quick-fix if you are in need to play a quick game to cure boredom. That deserves a place on the eShop more than this ever would.

What I really want to know is...if the game's actually good. From the gameplay videos I've seen it looks like very cramped empty levels. I would love to just wait for a review, and I hope that's before the game comes out so I can choose if I'd want to get the first print two-disc copy. Yuji Naka is amazing, and my favourite game that he's produced is Billy Hatcher....which I haven't played in 10+ years. I don't know if it's as good as I remember but it had to be decent if I had loved it fondly.

I don't find WarioWare tedious at all, but maybe it's because I'm such a big fan of mini-games...especially those that take such a unique twist with the hardware. I'm glad it's able to emulate the microphone an stylus flawlessly! I missed out on this one back when it came out (opting for Pokémon Dash instead) and the special controls makes it feel brand-new.

@Chaoz I'm glad I finally found someone that agrees with me! Bowser's Inside Story was my favourite and kept me through the whole experience. I tried to like Dream Team, but the level design and "unique" mechanics are boring. Tried to play it for a second time...the first I made it to the mammoth boss, I just quit the second time at dozing sands. It's way too boring, I'll never finish it.

It's a good thing MegaMan X3 came out that week. The fact that it had to be there eventually and there ARE fans of the game. (Believe it or not)

This was free in Japan if you bought Kirby Triple Deluxe. No point in getting it then, I already have the game!

@Chocochips21 Earthbound if RPG fan, NES Remix if you LOVE Mini-game compilations. I like my mini-games so I would choose that over Earthbound. It's too overhyped, a great game but doesn't hold up well. I never finished Earthbound, you need to have patience.

@thesilverbrick I wish there was a way to AT LEAST get eShop credit, Man that is unfair. Unless you know someone who you can your code to as a gift I got nothing. If I did have Dr.Luigi I would gladly get my cousin Game and Wario.

@lerobadey If you haven't got Wario Land 2 get that ASAP. It has HOURS of playtime because you can revisit levels for treasure. Not to mention multiple endings and a secret mini-game for 100%. If you are a completionist, by all means look no further. My second recommendation is Super Mario Land 2.

People need to realize that not all companies do this....and it just costs a bit of time to write reviews to get. I got a $15 Dr.Luigi and I feel it's worth it, I have my Majora's Mask Soundtrack in a drawer only used once! Anyways, I'll also get $5 for Mega Man 5 on GameBoy! Yay Deluxe Digital! Whoever thinks this is a ripoff is self-entitled. If I had Dr.Luigi, instead of opting for a VC game, I'd rather give one away to another Wii U owner. Leagues better than the 2012 Plastic Cards..... -_- I think this might be the best reward since Pin Set IMO.

No One Said Wonderful 101? It's easily just as good as a first-party game and is so original. I have to have it as Game of the Year, it was so enticing!
