This isn't a good excuse, they could have just added her without the floating power. Although, Gamesake does make a good point. She might not be well suited to the NSMB gameplay due to how much taller she is than the Mario bros. and the Toads. Also, I would like to see Wario and Waluigi too as playable characters in a future 2D Mario game. They'd be better than Toads.

Good review. This is a very interesting game but it doesn't sound like there's enough content to justify the price. Hopefully it will go down in price at some point.

That's some beautiful spritework! I'm having a really hard time deciding whether to get the 3DSware version or this version once I've got a Wii U. The 3DSware version seems to make some of the best use of the systems stereoscopic 3D but the HD visuals in this version look lovely

I won't be getting this, the presentation seems bland to me and it sounds way too frustrating.

This game looks great! I plan on getting both this and Nano assault EX at some point but I might get Nanostray and its sequel first.

I might give this a try if reviews and impressions are good. What games have Moragami and Flyhigh work made?

I won't be getting a Wii U for a while but the launch games that interest me are New super Mario bros. U and Nintendo land.

I'm with @Kagamine and @Pogocoop I wasn't planning on getting this game but I would if Miku was in it.

That sounds like a great event! It would have been nice to see some photos of that game show though. Maybe they weren't allowing photos for that.

Good to see it sold well. Its not one of the best RPGs out there but its still a very good game.

I'm not surprised. This never looked like a good game to me but I still feel bad for Nnooo after they put so much effort into it.

Its disappointing to see the 3DS so low on the teens survey. It would be good if 3DS sales in the west were closer to their Japanese sales but I doubt 3DS sales in the west will ever get that good.

I'll still be playing mine for a long time to come as I don't plan on getting a Wii U anytime soon. I still haven't finished all my GC, Wii, Wii VC and Wiiware games and there are still more GC, Wii, Wii VC and Wiiware games that I plan to get too.

Of course it is, a console generation isn't defined by the graphics. Its about when its released. The Wii was Nintendo's 7th gen console so the Wii U is the company's 8th gen console. Companies don't have more than one home console per generation.

Originally, I wasn't planning on getting this but that trailer was fantastic so now I think I will get it.

@Master_Ryno I don't like the art style either. Also, I think the game itself looks incredibly boring and it definitely doesn't sound like it has enough content to justify its price tag. It sounds more like something that should be $/£5 or less.

£40 is too much for Pilotwings resort but I still found it to be a very enjoyable game and I think it deserves the 8/10 that NL gave it.

This series seems like a rip-off to me with the way that you have to spend so much to 100% complete it, especially with things like this:
"There are sneaky collectable Soul Gems that are little more than in-game advertisements; grab one and you unlock a new ability for a toy you might not yet own, and get the chance to watch a quick video clip showing off their skills. You can practically hear the wails of a thousand pleading children."

I feel sorry for anyone who's system got bricked due to a power outage. Will Nintendo be fixing the bricked systems?

I hope this changes. I was hoping that the ID system would mean that nothing would happen to the owner's games if something happened to their Wii U.

It sounds like Nintendo's policies on the Wii U eshop are a massive step up from that of its predecessor.

Does Little inferno really have enough content to cost $14.99? Also, Chasing aurora certainly doesn't look like its worth that amount, it looks incredibly boring anyway.

@WaxxyOne Have you even played any of their other games? I've played Dead or Alive: Dimensions and it is an awesome game, with accessible yet complex gameplay and the destructible, multi-layered arenas are a lot of fun to fight in. It also has a great cast of characters who have more personality than the casts of the majority of fighting games (aside from Guilty gear and Blazblue). So, no, their games aren't "terrible games that rely solely on gore and boobs to sell.

I've only downloaded DKC so I'll make sure to download DKC2 and DKC3 before they get taken down. Btw, you've got the subtitle for DKC3 wrong, its Dixie Kong's double trouble, not Dixie Kong's quest.

@tealovertoma Ikr? The fact that barely any Wii U games that are being released after launch window have been announced is one of the reasons why I won't be getting the Wii U at launch.

It looks like that time was well spent as this looks like it will easily be the best NSMB game.

I hope this does get a western release. Its one of the two Guild 01 games that interests me, the other being Liberation maiden. I also hope that Time travelers gets a western release, that looks like a very interesting game.

They waited until a few days before the Wii's successor is out?! Well, I guess not everyone is getting a Wii U at launch. I'm not but I've never used the Wii to browse the internet so I doubt I'll need this.

Wow, it sounds like Microsoft and Sony were incredibly rude. Well, it was their loss as Nintendo had great success with the risk they took with motion controls.

This game looks very bizarre but its certainly interesting.

This looks pretty good, hopefully it won't be too expensive since its such a short game but I hope Nicalis hurries up with the European release of Cave story+.

That's good to know but it may take a while before I need one after getting a Wii U as I won't be downloading any retail games and I often take a while to get downloadable games after they release.

This is disappointing but I'm not that bothered by it. The Wii U VC will probably have GC games and I hope it adds other consoles like Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, Sega CD and 32x for Sonic CD and Knuckles chaotix as well as arcade games from the 90's and 2000's.

I really don't get what's supposed to be so good about this game. It looks incredibly dull and boring to me. I guess it might be a good game to get for people that have a Wii U near their bed and have trouble falling asleep.

@TheDreamingHawk If you have a phone with 3G then you can take the internet almost anywhere with you.

What I meant to say is that the wii U may have a better launch line-up than the Wii did but there were many games announced before the Wii's launch that would come out later that looked like must-have games but the Wii U's overall line-up doesn't include any games that look like that to me.

Looks like Konami have been just as lazy as EA. They may as well just not release the game if they're going to do this. That way they won't be ripping people off.

I highly doubt the Wii U will outsell the Wii but it could still do pretty good.
@TysonQ7 The Wii U's launch line-up may be better than the Wii's but its overall line-up isn't. I can't see anything that looks like a awesome must-have game but with the Wii there were some games that looked like must-haves that were announced before launch but released later and for many people Twilight princess was one which was out at launch. I'm fine with my Wii for now as I haven't finished all my GC/Wii/Wii VC/Wiiware games and there are still many that I want to get so I'll get a Wii U when it has a more interesting line-up of games.

Hopefully this is just a mistranslation because it would be absolutely ridiculous if you can't play Wii U games from the USB stick and had to shift games around to play games stored on a USB stick.

I could be a good feature in the games that use them properly and have achievements that actually add to the game rather than pointless ones that are thrown into the game to help gamers boost their gamer score but I'm not that bothered that the Wii U doesn't have them. Developers can still add their own internal achievement system to games if they want and I prefer it that way as the achievement pop-ups won't look out of place.
