Re: Talking Point: Why Pokémon Sword & Shield's Expansion Pass Changes The Rules For The Series

@Kalmaro I haven't played it because of the pokedex issues so I'm not familiar with the game world as some people are, and I'm not buying into it until I see the release of the 200 that will be added to the pokedex if at all. That being my point of view seeing added content to a game that needed it (pokedex wise) is currently a step in the right direction, as opposed to making another game charging full price with the same issues and only adding a few new features.

If there are other issues that Idk about then that is something I'll look into before buying the game(again if at all).

@Kalmaro they said it in the direct why they were releasing the dlc as to not make a 3rd or 4th version of the game. The only reason the 3rd and 4th exist is to approve upon the originals, and because they are doing it with dlc (which you don't have to buy BTW as you can transfer from one game to the next, or trade with people who do own it) means that they can put more content and more effort into the base games they clearly lazily made in the first place. It's a win for everybody, so I don't see the problem, unless people like buying 3 versions of the same game.

Re: Level-5 Realises Fans Don't Like Delays, But Does It To Make Its Games Better

Fido007

I used to like level 5 - WKC and Fantasy Life... now it's all yo-Kai watch and professor layton, I have no interest in what they do now.

Delays in games means that I don't have to spend money right away on the game. The only time I can see it being a problem is if you pre-ordered and had some vacation time set away for the release. Anything else would be complaining for the sake of complaining.

@nessisonett here's hoping they release the base game with no improvements at all. It took us a while to get a non-mobile version of the game on steam, and that was A LOT of whining just to get that.

They are a really lazy Publisher which likes to throw around their greatest IP's at any developer with no thought process other then "Get it released"

Re: Hang On, Competitive Pokémon Fans Are Liking Sword And Shield's National Dex Cut

Fido007

I still don't understand was scyther was cut? Both his and his evolution have some connection with the game titles, making him(and possible a new evolution) perfect for this installment. However he was left behind for what? He's not even competitive (that much)

My other favorites primeape and houndoom are gone also, so with no option of getting them, I have no reason to buy the games.

Also people who bought into poke bank must be pissed.
